I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.
I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time.
Ryan and Sarah answered all my questions, and were professional and empathetic throughout the entire process.

I was falsely accused of a serious crime. The police charged the wrong person in a self-defense incident. My life was in chaos, and I panicked to find an attorney. The day I called Krizman, I spoke to Wyatt. He spent significant time understanding my case – something law enforcement and other lawyersrefused to do. After ending the call, I knew he cared more than anyone I spoke to. He listened and learned what happened to me, allied with me, and I immediately knew Krizman Law was the firm I needed to represent me.
Throughout one of the toughest ordeals of my life, everyone at Krizman Law told me they were on “my team”. In a time when I felt like no one cared about me, Casey told me several times that “one way or another, all of this is going to go away”. At court appearances, he constantly told me to enjoy my life, encouraged me to go out on hikes, and to share pictures of my weekend with him. Even though my life was in crisis, the people at Krisman Law knew they could provide a result that would be in my best interest. They encouraged me to let them handle the burden of my charge.
Casey and his team collected evidence for the DA that created the true narrative about what happened that day. Along with an indisputable timeline of events, it became clear that I was defending myself. This destroyed the fake narrative of the actual suspect (who lied to keep himself out of trouble) and exposed the false narrative the Sheriff's Department created in their reports. Jacob, Wyatt, and Casey worked expeditiously to encourage the DA to review the new evidence before the arraignment hearing.
Because of the efforts and care of Krizman Law, the DA didn’t even put up a fight. He simply dismissed the case. I am convinced that, unlike other lawyers, Casey and his team were fully invested in their clients. They told me they were in the business of “crisis management” and treated me like my situation was more than just a criminal case. They understood what I was going through and would often call to check in on me. My life is back to where it was before the incident happened, and I will be forever grateful to Casey and his team.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Trent and his staff helped us by taking care of everything with the defendant's insurance company, but not just that when our medical insurance found out that the injuries to my wife were caused by the accident and that we were not at fault they wanted to be reimbursed. That was frightening to us, but they contacted and negotiated with them and took care of the issues. Then he continued working on our case against the defendant's insurance company and finally got us an amazing settlement. Mr. Huttner is a life saver! I was facing my 2nd DUI in 2019 and was from another state. Not to mention, I knew nothing about Denver and surrounding areas. While back home, I received consultation from a few lawyers but Mr. Huttner stood out the most. I wasn't sure why at the time but I am glad I made that decision. Mr. Huttner was very knowledgeable and respectful. He always made sure he overcommunicated times and dates when it came to court dates/hearings etc. He was open and honest to any questions I had throughout this 2 1/2 year process. He advised going to trial would be best if I did not want to take a plea deal. I was quite certain we had a great chance and ultimately decided to go to trial. Mr. Huttner took every step to make sure that we were in a great position to win this case. Going into this situation and dealing with the uncertainty was extremely stressful but I kept believing that Mr. Huttner had this under control. Eventually, We went to trail and after 903 days I was found not guilty. I cant say enough about this man but he is one of the best I've come across. I highly recommend Mr. Huttner.

I’ve been working with Richard since August of 2016 (Case took 4+ years). I was stopped for a urinating in public, but the charges quickly changed to DUI after they saw my priors. By the end of the encounter, I was facing indecent exposure (Urinating in public), DUI, resisting arrest, and obstruction of a peace officer.
Richard took on my case and immediately got a small win at the DMV. The hearing officer at the DMV ruled that I should have never been pulled over as the officer had no description of the individual he “thought” he observed urinating. This officer could not tell if the person was black, white, or other, and couldn’t even decipher man of woman. Needless to say I was awarded my license back that day.
My case is a very long and drawn out story. We lost at trial due to an error made by the court in which Richard advised that I could Appeal. I was facing 11 months in jail, court fees, probation, alcohol classes, and the loss of my license. I appealed to the district court (won); the people (DA) appealed to the Supreme Court (lost). My conviction was set aside and I was given the opportunity to have a new trial.
The former DA for the 18th district was not a fan of my case and would not just settle with us so we presented the case to the new 18th district DA once he was sworn in. Richard again went to bat for me and was able to get all charges dismissed except for obstruction. I pled guilty to obstruction; no jail, no probation, just a $50 fine. What a difference having a fresh set of unbiased eyes can do for your case.

Mr. Cross you did a fantastic job you were very clear on the entire process and what needed to get where we wanted the deal to get to. A great negotiator and honestly a stand up gentleman with knowledge that's impressive with case law and the process of court proceedings. Mr. Cross was very patient however very informative on how to navigate this case. He keeps in contact on a regular basis and will even give some encouragement on your well being, sobriety and goals you may have set. In court he shows no signs of nervousness and pays attention to detail. If I could recommend any lawyer I have personally dealt with in my past I would recommend Mr. Cross before even some of the ridiculously priced lawyers. Mr. Cross can get the same results as a high priced lawyer for half the cost. When it comes to your life and freedom, picking and attorney can be stressful. I was in a bad accident that wasn’t my fault and ended up getting a ticket because my injuries were too serve. Marcus not only made me feel like he had my back but also told me he would fight for me before even knowing the full situation. The court of course tried to get me to pled out with a deal however Marcus encouraged me to continue pursuing what I knew was right. In the end our persistence to fight for truth and justice prevailed. My case was dismissed by the courts.
