Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. She was able to reduce my case from an original deal of 3 months incarcerated to 45 days of house arrest due to the research she did on me and her ability to show the court the ways in which I have vastly changed since the beginning of my case. I was in a bad accident that wasn’t my fault and ended up getting a ticket because my injuries were too serve. Marcus not only made me feel like he had my back but also told me he would fight for me before even knowing the full situation. The court of course tried to get me to pled out with a deal however Marcus encouraged me to continue pursuing what I knew was right. In the end our persistence to fight for truth and justice prevailed. My case was dismissed by the courts. A big thank you to this man who went above and beyond for me during this time when I really needed it.

When children are involved - especially when the safety and care of those children - it is a challenge for a loving parent to see anything but red. Amy's calm guidance and understanding of process, law and advocacy has been incredible.
I'll add that while some attorneys seek frivolous actions or motions to pad their fees, Amy's careful stewardship of not only the individual but the funds which go to support the children in question is commendable.

I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

I took a long time to get my investments and property into a trust for my son as I wasn't sure of the process and it just seemed so daunting, but Miranda was absolutely amazing every step of the way! She was extremely responsive and had documents to me within at least a week's time, sometimes within 24 hours. She guided me through everything and was extremely thorough and patient with me when it came to properly wording everything. She even periodically emails me to ensure that I am following through with contacting all of my investors and banks. I got my 3rd dui 11 days after being sentenced for my second. Mike took on a losing case. He knew that. I knew that. But what neither of us knew was that we’d end up getting a pretty good deal. Mike encouraged me every step of my sobriety journey and listened when I needed an ear. We got a landmark(for my court division in Arapahoe county) ruling. My deal was cap at 12 months and I got 8 months. Mike is amazing at what he does and cares about his clients. I hope I’ll never need his assistance in the future. Recently, our family was thrown into a situation that required us to seek professional legal support. Marshall Breit came highly recommended as the only lawyer with whom we should consult. Interestingly that referral came from a member of our local district attorney’s office.

Matt Walker represented me for 3 misdemeanor DV charges in Jefferson County. He heard my case and told me not to take the plea deal. With his help my case was Dismissed before trial.
Matt was there to walk me through every step. If I needed him he was always just a text away and would call as soon as he was available.
He suggested to meet as the trial got closer, not to go over anything but to calm my nerves as this was my first time in any sort of trouble.
He never made me feel rushed and listened to all concerns. He is also a huge LGBTQ advocate which for my case was essential.
I can’t recommend Matt enough and will forever be thankful for him and know if I ever needed counsel again he’s there.

I called Matt about a dispute with my neighbor who had mailed me a letter threatening legl action. Matt met me for coffee the same day I called him. When we met, he reviewed my letter and other documentation. Then he actually called the neighbor on my behalf, while I sat there, and worked everything out. It was amazing. When I offered to pay Matt for his time--he pointed out that he had only spent about thirty minutes to resolve my issue--so no charge. Matt is real and Matt is awesome.

Jacob and his team defended my sister tooth and nail, all the while carrying themselves with world-class professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Thank you All! Mr. Huttner is a life saver! I was facing my 2nd DUI in 2019 and was from another state. Not to mention, I knew nothing about Denver and surrounding areas. While back home, I received consultation from a few lawyers but Mr. Huttner stood out the most. I wasn't sure why at the time but I am glad I made that decision. Mr. Huttner was very knowledgeable and respectful. He always made sure he overcommunicated times and dates when it came to court dates/hearings etc. He was open and honest to any questions I had throughout this 2 1/2 year process. I’ve been working with Richard since August of 2016 (Case took 4+ years). I was stopped for a urinating in public, but the charges quickly changed to DUI after they saw my priors. By the end of the encounter, I was facing indecent exposure (Urinating in public), DUI, resisting arrest, and obstruction of a peace officer.
Richard took on my case and immediately got a small win at the DMV. The hearing officer at the DMV ruled that I should have never been pulled over as the officer had no description of the individual he “thought” he observed urinating. This officer could not tell if the person was black, white, or other, and couldn’t even decipher man of woman. Needless to say I was awarded my license back that day.
My case is a very long and drawn out story. We lost at trial due to an error made by the court in which Richard advised that I could Appeal. I was facing 11 months in jail, court fees, probation, alcohol classes, and the loss of my license. I appealed to the district court (won); the people (DA) appealed to the Supreme Court (lost). My conviction was set aside and I was given the opportunity to have a new trial.
The former DA for the 18th district was not a fan of my case and would not just settle with us so we presented the case to the new 18th district DA once he was sworn in. Richard again went to bat for me and was able to get all charges dismissed except for obstruction. I pled guilty to obstruction; no jail, no probation, just a $50 fine. What a difference having a fresh set of unbiased eyes can do for your case.
