Jacob and his team defended my sister tooth and nail, all the while carrying themselves with world-class professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Thank you All! This case involved a car accident resulting in a serious bodily injury; the prosecution attempted to blame my sister as the sole cause of the accident. She was driving home from work and hit a driver making a left-hand turn directly in front of her path--she could not avoid the collision. The charges against her were extreme and had mandatory prison sentences. Jacob and his team defended her and treated our family as if we were their own. We cannot express our gratitude and respect we have for Jacob and his team: Brett & Julie. You have given our family hope and an appreciation for the tireless work that you do everyday. Colin McCallin is the one of the best attorney in Denver, very honest and straight forward which makes him really nice he will not give you false expectation but do everything he can to make sure you are in good shape. Having had an issue with my employer, I contacted numerous "big" firms in Denver. When I mentioned my employer, nobody wanted to assist but many recommended "small, independent" firms. Finally, I contacted Atty Rathod. He had me come in, and listened to my situation. He was matter of fact and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within two (2) weeks he called to say he would take the case, on a contingency basis. (This indicated he was thoughtful and believed in my case.) Some time later, he called to say he wished to bring in another law firm (The best for my particular situation -Sawaya.) Four (4) years later, the first of two (2) legal actions has been resolved in my favor.
Atty Rathod and the firm Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC are there for people who have a case and need the best representation. This "small, independent" firm has grown in stature because they will represent the common man against whomever, large company or municipality. He investigates, does not sugar coat or paint rosey pictures. When necessary, they find the best to assist them, fees not being the motivator .
Generous with his time, accessible and concerned. In the four (4) years since I first met Atty Rathod, he and his firm have had great success defending "the little man" in many cases (some rather high profile) in the Denver area. If Atty Rathod is not interested in your situation, quite possibly you don't have a case.
I will be forever grateful to Atty Rathod for his willingness to listen.

I hired Mr Johnson to handle sealing my court record. Being out of state I didn't want to try and do this myself, boy was that a good decision! Although the law was on our side the Assitant DA was not and took a fairly easy situation and made it his life's mission not to seal my 1985 felony charge. Mr Johnson defended every argument the DA had with multiple court hearings and In the end due to the over and above efforts of Mr Johnson my 1985 felony charge was sealed and I can now live the rest of my life without explaining something that happened 30 years ago when I was just a young adult!

A few years back I was confronted with a legal problem not of my doing. I received several referrals one of which was Steve Feder. Having never been in this situation before I was frightened, bewildered and angry. Steve helped me to better understand the situation, the court system and prepared me for the hearing. While this was my first time in court I had worked with many attorneys in the past primarily through my work as a compliance officer in financial services and as a business owner. The one thing that really stood out to me was that Steve listened and offered suggestions. Unfortunately, many prior dealings with attorneys I was too often told what I could not do, rather than what I could do. I found Steve to be fair, ethical and knowledgable. He went out of his way to make certain my wife and I knew what we were facing. The hearing was quickly dismissed by the judge.

It's not a day go by that I don't think of Tae D. He became part of our family. I was told my case would be very hard to win and that we should get a court appointed attorney. My husband came to this country to work and provide for our family here and abroad but one night our lives changed forever. He was accursed of sexual assault on the job. I was scared and lost. My husband went to jail for the first time in his life. I called around to friends for advice and this name kept coming up...Tae Darnell. I called and that's when the magic started to happen. Tae got My husband out of jail, he gave us the name of his private investigator, we met constantly and he even brought on 2 more attorneys. This was a hard case, she was white he was black-African and we were in an all white area...I seriously just wanted to give up. But not Tae, he say said trust me...my team and I will get you guys out of this horrible mess. And he they did. The truth came out. She wanted money from the company we worked for. But we won!!! and the she ended up having to pay us $250,000. We haven't seen the money but we have our life back. Honestly if it wasn't for Tae D I would not have gotten my life back.

Was on time, straight forward and to the point. He was really specific and very helpful, and I could clearly understand everything. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I would highly recommend Colorado Legal Defense group. If you are unsure about your situation or if you don’t think you already know the outcome these guys will give you some insight.

Attorney Jessica Jackson is PHENOMENAL. I hired her late last December for a wrongful charge that was brought upon me.
