Charles was referred to me by a mutual friend. He has represented me in two cases[DUI and criminal tampering]. For the first one, we got the deal that we were hoping for and the second one was dismissed.
One thing that I liked about having Charles represent me was the fact that he puts aside enough time to listen to your case and any doubts/questions/opinions that you may have about the case. He is always available via email or office visit or even over the phone. He also gets to the point and the best possible ways to tackle the case rather than diverging from the issue. He doesn't beat around the bush.
He charges very reasonably as well. I would highly recommend him.

I cannot think more highly of a human being than I do of Erica Anderson.
She was never my actual legal representation so I can't speak to that. But what I can speak to is that Erica is a genuine, quality human being that cares about people. And she would be my first choice as a defense attorney in a heartbeat.
I called almost every single law office in Denver, scared, trying to get through to anyone, leaving messages asking for legal advice. Not even for defense advice, but as to what I should do about a really scary boyfriend situation. I paid a hundred bucks just to talk to someone at a different firm for 10 minutes who said there was nothing I could do. And I kept getting back receptionist emails like "Sorry. We don't handle those types of cases, just call the police."
Erica Anderson is the only person that called me back. At 6pm on a Friday. Just to help walk me through the next steps I should take. Kind of embarrassing but she probably listened to me cry for at least an hour.
Erica was there for me when no one else was and gave me the confidence to move forward with prosecution.

Sad enough to say I've dealt with a lot of lawyers in my life for more trains than I care but then I came across Michael Sager. I had no clue lawyers could actually be compassionate, driven, and dedicated to there clients. I've only known then to be sleazy, money hunger pricks. I met Michael a little over a year ago when I wss facing some very serious charges and a possible life sentence. When I interviewed him he told me "look I don't have very much experience but I'm driven and dedicated to my clients and I'll give your case the time it deserves and I won't quit fighting for what's right." Not exactly the words you want to hear your lawyer say but I took a chance and put my life in his hands and after many court dates and lots of visits to the jail Michael and I went to trial and found ourselves hearing the words "NOT GUILTY" 7 times. I can't tell you how proud I am to have this man as my lawyer and would not hesitate to hire him again. He truly saved my life and fought for justice he proved to me the justice system does work when you have a lawyer who is willing to stand up and fight. I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Liz defended my son in sex assault case and in today’s climate about alleged sex assault and the me too movement is no easy task, as it seems accused are guilty until proven innocent. I had no idea what he, and many other young men, are up against when this happens, and it doesn’t take much for law enforcement to rush to judgement and file charges. She got a not guilty verdict after a 4 day excruciating trial and was absolutely brilliant.

After I had a one car accident and totalled my car, I engaged Harold Dubinski to fight the ticket I received for reckless driving. Edward Levy helped me correct my record with CBI pertaining to firearm possession. Before meeting with Mr. Levy, I was unable to obtain a Concealed Carry Permit because CBI returned “denied” on a background check. I knew the same would happen for a firearms purchase, even though my federal firearms rights had been restored, and I was legal to possess under Colorado law. I didn’t know what to do.
Mr. Levy formulated a strategy and two weeks after implementing it CBI corrected my record.
The maze of federal and state firearms law can be daunting and complex. Edward Levy eagerly took my case after I had approached 60 or so attorneys who couldn’t even understand what the problem was. He is well versed on federal and Colorado state firearms rights issues, and an intimate knowledge of both is required for good representation

Mr. Kelly recently quite successfully handled my DUI in Greeley, Colorado. I was charged with DUI for having a BAC of 0.249%. Mr. Kelly took my case to Jury Trial and secured a Not Guilty Verdict for me on DUI and the lesser charge of DWAI.
The DA was asking for a minimum of 6 months in Jail for a conviction. I owe Mr. Kelly my life!
