I can’t put into words how great of a lawyer Lucas is. I consulted multiple lawyers and they all said that license would be suspended. When I got in touch with Lucas he told me not to worry, and that he would take care of me. The cases were in two separate counties (Denver/Broomfield) and the process was seemless. He responded in a timely fashion and even checked in on me to make sure I was completing my court ordered work. It was a major relief when he told me that he accepts payment plans. This man’s one of the best out there. Put your faith in him you won’t regret it.

Lucas was great! I hired him for a drug case in Arapahoe County. He fought the DA all the way to the end. Lucas helped me get a plea where I can seal my case in the near future. Lucas told me what to expect throughout the whole case. He kept me posted on all updates on my case. He promptly responded to my texts/emails/calls.
He was also able to accept payment plans. That was a huge help. I would certainly recommend him to all those facing any criminal charges

Lucas stuck with us getting a settlement completed for almost 2 years. The insurance agents blocked and obfuscated and made excuses time and time again, but Lucas stuck with our case and got us an excellent settlement as well as helped us with the offset medical bills to get a better payoff amount than we could have ever done alone.

My experience with Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor has been beyond great. They dug into the issues of my case and discovered things in my favor that go far beyond what other defendants in the same case appear to have missed or not seriously considered. My opinions of Jim Helfrich and Kate Sender go beyond my ability to express. The best I can say is that I trust them to do their absolute best, which I believe they have done. No bullshit.
They haven’t always told me what I want to hear, but they have always considered my opinion and that has been reflected in the things they have produced on my behalf. My case is not over, but they believe in me and have taken my side with the best they have to offer. Their rates are fair, and I have never had the feeling they were fabricating hours as so many law firms do, especially the law firm that is attacking me. I suspect I will have more to add to this review in the future.

I hope for the future Google Reviews can provide an option of (—) Negative starts in the mean time I’m gonna rate this little mediocre house “business” a — 9. I schedule an appointment with a month of anticipation for March 18th on the first place, mind you I create this appointment around February if not sooner around last weeks of January. I call to confirm on March 15th to my surprise a lady answers and says “we hope you called us back, we are gonna have to reschedule due the person in charge of your case is out for an audience” My initial thought was, there’s no one else that can take my case? There’s just one lawyer? Didn’t thought that much of it, they rescheduled me for today April 8th at 4pm. I call today in the early morning to confirm my appointment before I do so I found a v-m in my phone form some lady saying “please call us back as soon as you hear this” so I do, for my surprised the First Lady that answers doesn’t have any idea of how to help me, they transferred me with another person and this one tells me we are gonna have to reschedule the reschedule ONCE AGAIN! Due the lawyer taking your case is out sick.” I am beyond upset at this point, this is the second time they rescheduled me! I told the lady the that was unacceptable, she give me the option to come tomorrow and the I told her that I couldn’t be missing work, I already asked for the evening off so to please let me keep the same time and to find me another lawyer that could take care of my case. This lady proceeds to tell me “yes, let me see what I can do and I would give you a callback.” This happens at 10:23am for the rest of the day I never received a call, email, text, message , fire sign or anything from this person. So, if you are desperate, have limited funds and need assistance ASAP please AVOID THIS little piece of trash !! They would waste your time, resources, money, gas and words. Spend the extra fees in someone that actually follows direction, mean what they say and has genuine word, not this little circus. Do better , y’all playing with peoples lives and time. Shame on you and your ancestors!!!!

Danny & his team provided honest and very accurate analysis of my charges. They carefully reviewed all the video cams, blood tests, and written reports. He was able to dismiss all but one charge - and that was finalized at a lesser charge. He correctly advised me of the potential outcome, financial obligations, and court ordered requirements. He represented me to the DMV and got all of those charges dismissed. He was available for consultations and all my questions / concerns. Highly recommend Danny to take on your case.

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job.
Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. In the extreme, sub-zero temperatures of January, my building lost heat, water, & was declared uninhabitable. My insurance company left me homeless, delaying coverage for shelter, food, and water for weeks- despite an approved catastrophe claim.
If it weren't for Dan Sloane at the Denver Trial Lawyers, I'm not sure how my story would've ended. His knowledge, advocacy, & humanity are the reason I have somewhere safe to sleep tonight.
There aren't words that could adequately express the enormity of his ethics & strength in practice, nor their impact on my life through this grave situation.

One night I decided to go to the store down the street for a late night snack. While I was inside the store, a police officer pulled up, he came inside the store and told me someone had called my vehicle in for reckless driving. The officer then proceeded to ask me if I had been drinking, being from Texas and not knowing my Colorado rights, I was truthful with him in hopes of getting a public intoxication. I reached out to this law firm 6+ months ago about a dental malpractice case. They told me they were behind and would get back to me in the following months. Well, I finally called them back only for them to say “oh yes, I see you in our system, sorry but you are a conflict of interest so we can not support you”. Mind you, you have 2 years after you find out about your negligence to file a claim. So, thanks Sharon and associates for wasting so much of my time and leaving me in horrible pain and loss.
