I have been waiting 3 months for my settlement check too! My accident was 2 years ago. My friend is hoping that the law firm didn't steal my settlement check! I never thought about it until she brought it up. I mean things like that happens. It's hard to reach someone to give me updates at the law firm. Have I been scammed?!! I don't want to believe it. I am still hopeful. I will give an update as soon as I get one. December 27, 2024

I am Totally disappointed in This Law Firm. I have not met 1 person to this date. Unacceptable of the treatment. I've lost my job due to going out for surgery and no one is able to be contacted. No answered calls. My injury was 06/27/2022. I was not in my best interest, no lost wages was considered. My release forms was signed 06/24/2024 and I am still waiting on my part of wages owed to me. I cannot get in touch with anyone, It's as if they took my money and ran with it. The answering service just tells me that they cannot get in touch with anyone and that they will have someone call me back which never happens. It's almost 6 months of the release forms and no one will call on exception of Barbara and she states that she is unable to reach Lorena who told me that it will take less than 3 months for everything because they did not do my Loss of wages as they said they would.. I am sitting here no.help, no job and still with injuries. I.made a visit up to the office since I've never met anyone, the office was closed in which I was told that the person was out on Maternity Leave.I am not satisfied with the services. Poor services and where is my money. We are going towards 3 years since the injury and Nothing.

Save your Money & your time! I see all the 5-star reviews and I am completely shocked. They had to of been written by his staff. I reached out to Bruce and his staff to work help support an immigration case. His office provided no guidance other than how to pay my invoice which I did. I constantly had to send emails to the point of making demands or threats. NOTHING was done with the case other than the request for more money. Good Luck and be careful!

Nathaniel is an attorney that actually cares about the well-being of his clients. I hired Nathaniel previously for false allegations from my ex-wife. Within 1 week of hiring Nathaniel, all allegations were thrown out the window and the charges were immediately dismissed on the basis of no evidence. Then months later the same devious woman falsified another police report with more false charges. I learned this when moments before the HPD busted my front door down, Nathaniel called me and informed me of that nonsense. Nathaniel was literally in my ear via Bluetooth as the police forced their way and arrested me on the spot. Even when I was assaulted by the HPD while in police custody, Nathaniel walked me through the entire ordeal and a few months later, the case was dismissed; No-Bill. How on earth does such corruption exist in a land where they claim "innocent until proven guilty" is beyond me. But when fighting against devils disguised as humans, Nathaniel is the man for the job.

I'm posting this review a year after my case was dismissed (11/23) because, I'm just now encountering the issue. Jim is great, his team is alright. Communicate was difficult sometimes. When I initially talked to him I felt confident and happy with what he was saying and his experience in law- that I would get the results I wanted. He did however make it seem like it would be OFF my record as I have a CDL. I've been in the plants/refineries oil n gas since then. (They never said anything about my background, I assumed the case was gone) The work is great money- Except you travel a lot and have no life. I'm looking to switch into something more local so I can have a life again, and found that the case is still on my background after I thought it would be gone. So, this unfortunately is still effecting me, as a CDL holder. And my impression was it was going to be OFF my record, and he spoke to my father as well, and my father got that impression too. So, just ask your questions thoroughly and precise. Especially about EXPUNGEMENT. (Means completely off your record, no trace of it). And research multiple lawyers too.
While I was happy with the results at the time (assuming the case was off my record), I'm just disappointed now. It was a long and trying time, and now I have to wait another year to get it officially expunged. And spend MORE money. So just a honest review and heads up for CDL folk. Note: He is still a good lawyer to have in your corner, just make sure the communication and understanding of what you're getting is crystal clear.

So I supposedly got served with some child support paperwork to attend a hearing a couple of months ago but paperwork was served last year to a person that wasn’t me so the courts set a default judgment against me in which I contacted Mokolo Law Firm and I must say they did everything they said kept in contact with me walked me through the hearing process and even helped with all documentation that was necessary for me to get a new trial and hearing. I can't express how thrilled I am with Sharon's services! I was desperate for help with my custody case—my ex had completely alienated me from our two girls, and every lawyer I called before Sharon either charged for a useless consultation or scheduled me weeks out with no real interest in my case.
Then I called Sharon. From the start, she dove right into understanding my situation, asking detailed questions that no one else had even thought of. Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.
