My attorney Shawn Lintz has absolutely oUT did himself with my case if I must say. It was almost impossible to imagine not having to do some kind of jail time with these charges that were looming over my head, but not only did I not have any jail time but I never spent one minute in the court room. Just as Mr.Linz had told me. He exceeded all my expectations, and then some. He always kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case, and even when he had alot of my crap to deal with he still got me a great deal and out of great deal of trouble. I highly recommend Shawn lintz if you need an attorney for any reason at all he is very well rounded and I don't think there's any obstacle he couldn't overcome for you as well. I would highly Recommend Shawn as a Lawyer. He has been a life savor to my step-son. It is almost nearly impossible to take a child away from his mother However, Shawn Lintz went above and beyond the expectations we had. He gave my step-son a chance to succeed in life. David is EXTREMELY helpful in tough situations. He explains your situation and possible outcomes of your case thoroughly and will answer any question you have no matter how trivial. I came to the Gil Law Group for a recent closing on my house. In the past I've had terrible experiences with firms and dealing with closings and the whole process in general. Luckily, I came across this firm and they have made me realize how easy and smooth this process can be when you know what you're doing! I was looking at 6 months for a dui charge and child endangerment Eduardo recommended that we do a cold plea in front of the judge saying he was a fair judge and usually goes for court supervision on 1st dui cases. I trusted him and thats exactly what the judge gave me.. court supervision! I got to keep my license and my freedom.

I was already on a suspension from a previous DUI that I was found not guilty for. Someone somehow use my name for driving while my license was suspended . The court wanted me to plead guilty and gave me no chance to explain myself until I found this lawyer. He heard my story and we teamed up together and the court could never produce evidence to say that I was the one driving but they still tried to pursue me to give up my rights and agree to the fact that I was guilty but had no evidence. They dropped all charges thanks to John Fitzpatrick.

Years ago I was involved with the legal industry and worked with many major law firms in Chicago. I've also had need on occasion to hire a personal attorney. I highly recommend calling Mr. Deffet if you find yourself involved in a negative situation with a creditor and/or debt collections agency. Mr. Deffet provides one on one support and makes you feel comfortable and informed with every step of your case. I made the biggest mistake of my life one night and was pretty sure that I had destroyed my career and my life. I called Rob on the recommendation of a friend and he immediately talked me off the ledge, showing care and compassion that an idiot like me did not deserve.. Once the proceedings started, Rob was as effective as could be imagined with regard to handling the case but more importantly he kept me fully informed about what was going on. Telander and Telander handled a few cases on my behalf over ten years ago when I was in high school. The state pressed some pretty hefty charges considering the circumstances, and T&T had everything dropped or reduced. They provided confidence throughout the whole process and reduced a lot of stress initiated after the incident. They definitely treat you like a person and not a case #.
I now live out of state, and even ten years later when I need the court docs for employment they are willing to pull them from the clerk of court on my behalf. I highly recommend Brad and Brian Telander.

I picked up delivery case last year. Hired Gregorios for preliminary hearing and after cop testified Gregorios asked him questions and judge threw out the case. I was so happy. Gregorios is nice and not arrogant like some other attorneys. He was calm and collected. Beat the case

At motion officer admitted nothing in his report, no weapon found. I never said nothing to officer. Judge threw out case. Gregorios great lawyer. Good communicator.

Attorney Miglore is THE G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times) when it comes to Criminal Law. He was able to do what others said would NEVER EVER happen. My spouse had an issue that he was grandfathered into when the laws changed which was out of state that required him to register as a sex offender. We lived in Illinois for a brief period and to be in compliance with the law he had to register. The out of state Judge granted an order to remove him from the registry nationally. Since we lived in Illinois briefly, he was on the registry and was told that he would be on the Ilinois registry for the rest of his life, even though we don't reside there anymore. My wife received a ticket for not properly stopping by a school bus in a school zone. it was total B.S. she was stopped the bus was moving with his sign out! Naturally there was a ticket maid from the government to watch and nail her with a ticket. He probably sits there all day. Its just another revenue generator for local government. Its a very serious ticket because they threaten to restrict or suspend your license ( its all about kids safety right?lol) Plus she works as a nanny and submits to background checks. she was interviewing with a couple when this happened and this ticket came up in a check on care.org and they suspended my wife's account like she was guilty!!! what happen to innocent until proven guilty. it was a real mess.
Sal got it changed to a changing lanes violation with online drivers improvement school and a probation period. These over paid ticket maid are out to nail you and generate revenue for the local government. thats their real job. Do not let them steal from you. You have rights. Hire Sal!
To end a bright note the couple hired my wife with a four year contract. They said everyone knows what the cops are up to so it didn't bother them in the least.

Other attorneys said i needed to take a deal that was ending up with time. Down to 30 months. He informed me what trial would cost and due to officer statements and other statements forced out of a witness in writing most likely not being able to be thrown out easily a trial was risky. He threatened with some solid motions even using an existing motion written by my last council in a much better fashion. It was effective and at least a deal was mad for some probation instead of doing time then possible acquit in an apeal. Sadly did end up taking a deal but was an amazing end to the situation and rapidly was taken care of. Definitely would recommend him all over the nation and thankfully I had some friends to help cover the costs that i was able to pay back. He is expensive but if there is a exploit in the case he will find it.

I do not feel like I can write a review that truly describes how worthy David Weinstein truly is. I retained Dave for the first time 8 years ago and I have worked with him several times since then. I wouldn’t recommend any other attorney for the Lake and Cook county area. Hiring an attorney is never going to be cheap but his prices are reasonable... but it’s his work inside and outside of the courtroom that truly makes him the best bang for your buck. He's good, tough, professional and knows the law and the practice of law. I have hired him for several fields of law, and I have recommended him many times, and no one has been let down by his performance.
Dave’s approach to customer service is fantastic. He is responsive unlike many attorneys. He may not tell you what you want to hear, but he will tell you what you NEED to hear. He prepares you for whatever is to come. He was extremely helpful when he outright told me how I need to appear in court, examples- attire, attitude and how to speak to a judge. Always keep in mind that an attorney is not a therapist, many people seem to think an attorney is going to take all of the calls about personal issues that do not directly relate to their case... which is an unreasonable request for an attorney. I may have pushed his patience in this category a time or two.
In the courtroom he remains cool, collected and sharp witted. I was amazed by how resourceful and sedulous he is. I have the utmost respect for the fact that he won’t take on work he doesn’t believe will benefit the client, meaning he won’t have you pay for a service that he cannot accomplish. Overall, I could never ask for more in an attorney!

I first would like to say that I unfortunately have been in Lake County courts for many years of my life. Fighting different felony cases. I have pretty much dealt first hand with a lot of the most respected felony lawyers in the area. Not to take anything away from this websites top rated but David should be much higher rated.
I know personally two separate murder cases that he has won in the same year with two completely different cases. I was refered to David by one of these men. I had him represent a family member in a felony drug case. David was able to secure misdemeanor probation for my family member. Which is a win because my family member was looking at 4-15 years. I ended up in a similar situation and hired David. I was facing a class X felony (6-30 years) David was able to secure me probation also.
