I recently settled my case with this law firm…and let’s just say I will NEVER use them again for ANYTHING . I was dissatisfied with the services and disgusted with the amount I’ve received for my car accident.. it was ridiculous how I had to constantly call in and upon doing so it was times new people were brought on to my case, and I would have to explain from start. They don’t care! And they received far more money than me as a client in the end… I wish my case was NEVER handed to them by Great Trial which is another company I would NEVER trust to do any other case for me… you are better off going to well known attorneys than this small new inexperienced office. Never again!

I can’t express my deepest appreciation for my attorney and his staff. I am new to Georgia and when I was accused in a new state, I felt lost. I had consults with a couple of attornies that wanted to do no work with high fees. My attorney listened to me and talked to me like a human and not a dollar sign. He checked on me and kept me informed of every decision through out the entire process. This is an experience that can’t be matched. I was being unjustly sued by my HOA and called Atty Wyatt for representation. He patiently listened to details of the case, asked pertinent questions over the phone. His amazing receptionist quickly scheduled an appt. and Atty Wyatt refused to charge me. I could have paid him personally and I also had membership in a corporate legal plan and again, he refused to charge me a dime. Atty Wyatt gave excellent advice, composed a response to the HOA's claims and it was filed the same day! The services and time that Atty Wyatt provided would have easily been billed at $4000 or more at a firm that would have done 1/3 of the work that he did. He did not know me from Eve and is the absolute nicest and most jovial attorney I've ever met! I'm happy to report that the case was DISMISSED due to the kindness and exemplary legal advice of Atty Justin Wyatt! Thank you for stellar advice!

I had a bad year arrested three times and my bond revoked. he got me on bond AGAIN and got me doing things that helped me get my life on track. when we got back to court he fought for me. The police man wanted me to go to prison and mr. awad got 2 of the cases dismissed and the last case got off my record. I had probation and that is it. He never lied to me and he did what he said and he never judged me. get you a lawyer that works for you. its him. thank you awad legal team! saved my life and kept my record clean!

I’m not a repeat offender or an experienced criminal, so when I heard that there may be an arrest warrant issued in my name, I quickly panicked. I wasn't familiar with the arresting process and pictures from bad cop dramas filled my head. Carlos Rodriguez did a wonderful job on my case, which was dismissed. Carlos was proactive, responsive, and very conscientious. He did a great job of obtaining all of the relevant evidence and then giving good advice on the best course of action. Carlos also went beyond the scope of his duties to rectify issues outside of the legal system caused by the false accusations made against me. John was extremely beneficial to have on my side when I was facing my 2nd DUI charge. Not only did I feel complete confidence in John from our initial meeting, I also felt well informed of all possible scenarios that we faced as a team. In the end, John got my sentence reduced to a reckless driving. As someone that had to plead guilty for my first DUI offense I knew what a bad lawyer experience looked like and I'm thankful that I was told to hire John from one of his previous clients. He was everything I could hope for this second time around. The judge even stared me in the face and said, "Your lawyer could not have arranged a better deal for you." Having met with many DUI lawyers the one defining character I was looking to avoid this time was a smooth talking, no action attorney. During that initial process it can feel like you're in a sales meeting and other times like you're being chastised. I never felt either of those things with John. I felt at ease every step of the way and win or lose that was important to me. My only regret is that I didn't have John representing my first case.
I'd definitely recommend John to any of my friends or family if they found themselves in need.

Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. I have never felt like previous lawyers I spoke to listened to my struggles nor cared until now. He was always readily available to answer all me questions. can we start with a standing ovation for Zak though ! a woman that is TRULY representing for the community . i’ll never forget the first time i exchanged words with her in regards to the case … it didn’t make sense , we will attempt to get the charges dropped .
no lie , a year later i had littleto no faith that Watson Law LLC was really looking out for me and my best interest . i like thorough communication , especially involving something that was as sensitive to me as this was , and i wasn’t receiving it . i was an unhappy client . then BOOM ! the law angel came to me in my sleep and slapped the black off me and said “ call the state , you’ll understand everything after you obey my wishes “ . low and behold i discovered my issue was with the state and NOT my law firm !!!! GEORGIA HAS THE WORST LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE U.S!! they are always backed up or not prepared in court … that’s crazy work my boy lmao

This lawyer is extremely hard working and extremely gifted. She did everything she could to help my during a criminal trial in 2013, unfortunately due to the corrupt court and criminal justice system in Cobb County Georgia I was convicted: however, her defense was so incredible she paved the way for me to possibly get my case overturned on appeal. Every time I sent her a letter or made a request she would quickly respond. She was professional and cared about my particular issues, and this was from a PUBLIC DEFENDER! Hire her, she's worth every penny (although she prefers dollars).

I read the reviews section and I have a problem with the negative reviews. Firstly, I am a retired federal LEO having served for 23 years. Secondly, having been a LEO I have no love for defense counsels but it comes with the territory. Lastly, I have no dog in the fight as I've never met or retained Ms Merchant.
With that being said, if you have a low opinion of Ms Merchant provide facts supporting your opinion. Mere words are not facts. Opinions and beliefs are not facts. Opinions and beliefs change. Facts don't. Simply making a statement does not make the statement true. I've been in court countless times as both a witness and gallery observer. I've also watched Ms Merchant in court, Re: Fani Willis. I've observed numerous prosecutors and defense counsels in action from 1975 to the present and, truth be told, Ms Merchant is in the top 5%. I enjoy attending sporting events but if I had a choice between fourth row seats on the 50 yard line watching tOSU Buckeyes play or watch Ms Merchant in court, it would be a toss up.

I had a super speeder ticket - from the very first interaction, David was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He helped to ease my anxiety about the situation and went to bat for me in court. My ticket ended up being dropped down significantly and the penalty was much less than what it had initially been. First and foremost I would like to thank Frye Law Group for accepting me as a client. Secondly, I would like to thank Michael for representing me. It was short notice but he made sure that he was more than prepared. He understood what mattered to me most and was able to execute without hesitation and got my case dismissed. I will leave this review to those that want the honest truth and unfortunately, I need to leave this review vague enough so that her office doesn’t try and discredit my comments (I would challenge you to look at her responses to other negative reviews…some are obviously warranted) I don’t play.
Several years ago, I was going through the most challenging time of my young adult life. I had made some mistakes years prior and unfortunately found myself in a predicament, which lead me to an admission of guilt to my misdemeanor charge…per my council (Ms. Frye directly) I accepted a deal that was inaccurately presented to me in court. While dealing with the aftermath of my case, it was brought to my attention that Ms. Frye had given me an inaccurate and false narrative of my obligations to the court. I can’t go into extreme detail, but I can tell you, I have more than enough evidence of malpractice. I do not and will not take this lightly. As a working class medical professional, anyone that wants to partner with Ms. Frye I would recommend you head my warning.
I have a case worker overlooking my complaint to the Georgia board. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Frye does not want these facts to become public, but unfortunately this is the direction she would like to move forward with. She is unwilling to admit to the mistakes she made to the court (and myself), which the court has graciously provided me and my current attorneys (several years later, after the incident) with enough proof and evidence of said malpractice.
There are so many attorneys out there. This one will overcharge you and make it feel normal…and in my case, give you the worst outcome possible (with sprinkles of nasty, disrespectful and condescending attitude) while verbally giving you the wrong outcome of your case after the trial. I can’t make this up. I know I sound like someone recently hurt by the outcome of my case…that is incorrect. I advise any and everyone to challenge any potential attorney that you might be interested in to ask adequate questions and understand the realm of possibilities regarding your case. This was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my entire life, and I have really been struggling with it for years. I would not recommend Ms. Frye to my worst enemy.
