In working with Paul, it was clear he had good handle on the legal and technical issues involving the situation but equally important was Paul's "bed side manner" in caring about the stress the situation was having on the family. This did not go unnoticed. At times, it felt like a family member was on our side. This is no small item. Other than a medical professional, I'm not sure there is a more important person to display emotional empathy than an attorney. It might be "routine and normal" for guys like him to be handling cases but for every day "Joe's" that need legal help in our lives, having a caring advisor is key.

I contacted Jeffrey Schultz about representing me for a small claims appeal case. From the moment I met with Mr. Schultz during the 30 minute free consultation, I could tell that he was listening carefully to the details of my case to fully understand the best approach for representing me. Amazing services! From my experience he went out of his way to get things handled and as quickly as possible. A weekend trip out of town turned into a two month stay In central booking with no bail and considered a flight risk. By our second court date I was on my way home! This man got up and educated the judge and the da on the law to the point they had to go over it in court, and realized at that point they no longer had a case due to an error on their side. When my case was dismissed and charges dropped the DA was not happy and said they would still be pursuing other route’s. When I made it back home the Da had already reopened new charges. I was states and states away and he put it to rest yet again. I was never charged everything was dismissed. He is definitely someone you want in your corner during a tough situation.

I was being charged with Felony Theft and Burglary for illegally rescuing a Great Dane from someone who was neglecting him. Mr. Ferrante was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quickly returned phone calls, answered all my questions, did an over abundance of research, and above all was honest with me, and never gave me false hope. He got me a plea bargain with the State's Attorney to drop the burglary and brought my felony theft down to a misdemeanor with probation and community service. I was facing 13 years in prison and walked away with comparably, next to nothing! I also brought my best friend to him when she got charged with a DUI and hit and run and consulted with him again when I got charged with driving on a suspended license. He does excellent work! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in a situation where legal counsel is needed!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Arnold after dealing with a prior attorney who just wasn't working out for me. I researched lawyers and felt that after reviews, Mr.Arnold was an attorney that I was looking for to help me with my parent's Will. I must say, the decision was right! From the first visit in his office to the last, I was treated most professionally and had things explained with much knowledge in a way I could understand. Communication was open the entire time! There were a few bumpy roads along the way within the Will, but Mr.Arnold and his staff were right on top of things. I could have never accomplished an end to these issues without them. There were a few times when the longer office hours were also much appreciated. I can't say thank you enough to him for taking on this case. It was a little hard to find trust after dealing with the first attorney, however the office of Donald Arnold brought back that trust I needed in an attorney. I highly recommend his office and will be using him for personal reasons of my own in the near future.

In June 2014, my 18-year old grandson, attended the Annual High School Week in Ocean City...This was his first time away from home without parents/granparents. Yes, good kid, never been in trouble, active in church and a pillar in his community. Unfortunately, he exercised poor judgment and decided to hang out with the wrong "friends" and was caught with a $20 bag of marijuana. As a result, he received 3-charges! My son hired Mr. Parolski to represent my grandson. Mr. Parolski is "very seasoned" and has a clear understanding of the BEST approach to any and ALL criminal cases. Months later, Mr. Parolski went back to the Judge to ask if the charges could be expunged because my grandson had just turned 18---like most kids got caught up in the "craziness" of High School Week without parental guidance. The Judge listened and the charges were later expunged! Mr. Parolski you are the BEST!! Your years of expertise and counsel allowed my grandson a second chance. My family is extremely grateful! I got a little carried away in ocean city about a year ago and ended up being pulled over twice-let go (but later charged) the first time and arrested the second. It was awful and embarrassing, but after talking to a lot of locals, I came to the conclusion that most of them use Richard during unfortunate circumstances such as these. He was a little hard to pin down on the telephone (since I don't live close) the second time around, but over all he did awesome and was very affordable. Pbj on the first and dismissal on the second. I have a record from years ago and was really worried, but all for naught because Richard is definitely superior in his practice. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in his general proximity, since I frequent there often. Thanks Richard!

Mr. Becker helped us with setting up our business and making sure we structured our partnerships properly and advised us as to make sure we had all our bases covered. He took his time to explain how the case went from beginning to end. Whenever we had questions late nights he would consult us on the phone, making us feel very confident about our situation. I received a mailing from Warth’s law firm as a form of ‘automated mail communication’. Unknown to me, I still had a outstanding judgement that I was under the impression had been satisfied. This was a petty offense and completely revenue driven by Ocean City. Upon contacting him, he educated me right away regarding my offense and suggested he’d look into ways to resolve it. Bradley is the only lawyer I have ever had because I have not been in trouble much in my life. He did an excellent job of getting me a Probation Before Judgement on a misdemeanor charge. He accomplished this by getting me in front of a specific judge that was known for PBJ sentences. I didn't have to do any jail time and only ended up with 90 days probation. He also helped me get my record expunged of the charge. He did so much for me and I am grateful for him!
