I needed help in getting an Order of Summary Administration so that I could sell my home, I did not know I needed that since my mother had passed away like 8 yrs prior. I consulted Sugarman and Sugarman and they were so kind and they resolved my problem in 2 weeks time. This is a wonderful family firm. Ron was Amazing! He was confident immediately from the first interaction that he could take on the case. Ron was very upfront and told us how he would handle the case. My case was unique because I was convicted by the military court system, and it occurred outside of Florida. His great communication skills were able to clearly convey complex legal concepts to prosecutor and judge. This has never happened where the prosecutor agreed , and we were able to get it done without a hearing. The judge had issued an order granting my petition for removal from Florida's sex offender registry. This was under two months since hiring him. Thank You Ron. You're the Best!

I had another attorney at the time and not only was my case sitting with no action for over a year but this attorney, who was "paid" to take my case, stopped responding and his office would reply days after a request or inquiry was made . After an excellent recommendation, I hired Mr. Kotler Scott F and his team. Not only where they responsive and professional but they got to work immediately and my case was resolved within a 3 month period after he took over with a favorable outcome. His prices are fair but his knowledge, expertise and professionalism are like no other in the business. He provided great advice, direction and was well connected within his community. His office staff was also top notch with immediate responses. If you need the best lawyer firm in town then Mr Scott Kotler is man!

Where should I start? I almost fell off the bed when I received a phone call at 9:00PM EST from the Miami Jail from a “very kind” officer informing me that on New Year’s weekend my “smart” kid was arrested at the airport, was at the jail discussing the stock market, however needed to be bailed out! My response “sure right this is a joke right, why is he in Miami, he usually celebrates New Year’s Rock-N-Eve in New York” and where are his stock market computers and his electronics? Never mind I said, I can ask him; I was on my way out of town, was my response, but let me think about this! I initially thought you know what just leave him there, then after I got over the shock, I called Attorney Kotler’s number, Attorney Kotler advised and I quote “I am on vacation in California, but hang tight DON’T PANIC”! Do you have the arrest number and what is your Son’s name, I believe is what he asked (I was still in shock) Good God my first time going through any jail issues and I thought that my Son was going to have to spend New Year’s in jail. I asked Attorney Kotler if I should just leave my Son in jail (I was joking after the shocking phone call from the officer at the jail) Very funny Mom was his response. He immediately advised on what to do PRIOR to even retaining his services, I bonded my Son out and then met the most incredible Ms. Jennifer who is Attorney Kotler’s paralegal. I retained his services and he represented my Son in court to ask the state to drop the charges. This review isn’t just about Attorney Kotler being a LAWYER! This is about him being a HUMAN first and understanding the stress that something surprising like this can cause on a single parent with a disability, but even more importantly understanding that even smart kids especially when they have a high intelligence can still have run ins with Law Enforcement. Let me add how grateful I am that Attorney Kotler took the case, represented my Son well and allowed me to be on the sidelines w/my Son’s permission in case he needed further assistance from me other than simply retaining his services. There is no amount of money that I could pay him to keep the STRESS off of me and fighting for my Son. I offered him a thank you gift, lunch money, dinner money, but he said no that he was happy to be of service when we needed him. I discussed with my Son the possibility of residing in Miami because who would not want to be near their Amazing Attorney. Now about Ms. Jennifer, there is no possible way in my opinion that Attorney Kotler could do and be all that he is without an “AMAZING & INCREDIBLE” assistant such as Ms. Jennifer! It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?

I don’t even know where to begin – Marc, Alyssa, and their entire staff saved my fiancé’s life. Patrick Wilson was introduced to me by the senior partner of the latest law firm that I had hired. I was informed that Pat is the DUI specialist in the firm and he would be taking the lead on my case. At this point I had already hired two other criminal defense attorneys and spent 3 years in county jail on a no-bond pretrial detention order. Pat came to see me at the county jail and I explained to him my situation. Right away he asked me a series of questions that the other attorneys never did. His experience in his profession and criminal defense cases shined through right away. During our consultations, he provided a lot of insight about my case. Unknown information is the greatest contributor to fear. Pat very quickly earned my trust because he was honest, hardworking, and unique. He did not make promises or give me unrealistic expectations and was not afraid to deeply dissect situations and entertain the possible outcomes. He made me feel less afraid in the toughest moment in my life because he gave me hard facts and not theories. I received more useful information through his consultations than I did with my other paid attorneys. The discussions were clear and the proposed outcomes were realistic. Which in turn created a bond between Pat and myself that soon turned into a friendship. The best thing about Pat is that he is the type of attorney I could trust— both in character and skill sets.
