After the first experience, I would not chose/consider another firm. From the receptionist to legal aids and attorney's, all of Mr. Weiner's staff are cordial, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They put you at ease no matter your situation. I see all these amazing reviews, but that was not the case for my family. My 28 year old niece with an anoxic brain injury, has been neglected severely and suffers from a sacral stage 4 injury right down to the bone and Osteomyelitis all within one month of being in the nursing home. We contacted this firm early last year, and to this day, nothing has been done. We provided, pictures, information right from the patient portal.completed and submitted every update. I am at a loss to understand how my niece fell through the cracks. Here we are 2025, 1 year later, being contacted via email to say they now have sufficient information to submit for medical review. They had the authorization to get into her patent portal, supporting documentations of everything. Medical notes and pictures..She is still being treated for that sacral wound suffering through surgery due to the intensity of her wounds. Now more pressure injuries on her heels, hips, pressure points with constant infections. This has taken a massive toll on our family. Her mom, died in January, Now my niece is stuck where she is. Our experience has not been positive at all. Good for those who were properly taken care of.

Attorney P.J. Mitchell did an excellent job defending me of fraud charges. He reduced the original 17 charges down to 4 by fighting very hard. He entered a plea for amending the last 4 charges and it was acceptable to the prosecutor. Thanks to him I was spared to serve a long sentence. If you don't call P.J. Mitchell, he has vast experience, you may put your freedom in jeopardy. Best defense attorney ever.

Ron was Amazing! He was confident immediately from the first interaction that he could take on the case. Ron was very upfront and told us how he would handle the case. My case was unique because I was convicted by the military court system, and it occurred outside of Florida. His great communication skills were able to clearly convey complex legal concepts to prosecutor and judge. This has never happened where the prosecutor agreed , and we were able to get it done without a hearing. Highly recommend Parks and Braxton. These guys know the law and did a great job handling my case. I was looking at a DUI 4 and refusal to submit. During depositions Mr. Parks was able to show that there was no probable cause for arrest, both charges were thrown out and i received no penalties other then the fees associated with pre trial supervision. These charges coupled with my colorful history could have landed me in the joint for up to five years. Mike was always available to talk when i was freaking out, i give these guys two thumbs up and a special shout out to LEO in the office shes the real MVP always super nice and knowledgeable.

Where to begin …. Richard Gregg is an amazing lawyer !! It took me sometime to find a lawyer that would charge me a reasonable amount ( set me up with a payment plan ) , show compassion and was fair . My husband violated his probation with new charges back in November of 2022 (one being a PBL) andthe state was offering up to 45 years ! As a wife you hear this for your husband / family and it breaks you with the thought of losing your loved one to the system. Today , I walked out of my husband’s sentencing after everything and am pleased to say he was given 3 years for his VOP. This has been a long awaiting day to finally know my husbands fate. Richard does not play in that courtroom !!! We still have the trial to deal with but … I believe Mr. Gregg will squash that one too !
