Initially Mr. O'Mara was contacted by myself regarding a collection notice I had received. I wanted to validate the charges and stop the calls while resolving this matter. He gave me advice how to handle the harassment while he reviewed my documents. Finding out all charges were valid he then assisted me in making affordable arrangements with the creditor ----and didn't charge me a dime!!

My daughter was injured at a home improvement store when she was around 10. We held off on settling with the company (under the advice of a different lawyer) as my daughter was taking dance lessons. If we settled at the time of the incident, and something happened to my daughter during dance, we would not be able to blame it on the original incident as the preceding cause of her injuries. So we waited until my daughter was older. Because of the type of injury my daughter received, even though it wasn't severe, she was traumatized enough to cause a series of events to occur for almost 12 years. There were periods of slight depression, anorexia, stomach issues, and unwillingness of going to school. We touched base with the same lawyer over the years, and were advised that my daughter could hold off until she was 17-18 since the accident happened when she was a minor. So we did. Once the end was near for being able to go after the company, we were referred to Sean for assistance. He reviewed my daughter's case, and accepted the challenge to help my daughter. After a couple of months of going between my daughter, and the company where she was injured at, a settlement was reached. My daughter received her payment, using it to purchase her own vehicle, pay the registration/licensing fees, and settle her boarding fees for her horse she got as a gift from family. If it wasn't for Sean, his ambition to help, and his knowledge of cases like my daughter, she would still be hesitant on doing things, because no one else wanted to help her with what happened that day, thinking it wasn't a big deal. But to my daughter, it was a big deal, and Sean believed so too when he met her for the first time. And to this day, 2-3 years after he took on my daughter's case, she still contacts him to say thank you for believing in her.

I hired John for my divorce. The first time I met him, we talked for over an hour, which made me feel comfortable about having him as my attorney. He shared a lot about himself too, so it wasn't' like going to a stuffy attorney's office. He seemed like he cared and was very easy to talk to. My case was difficult and he made sure to keep me positive about not giving up, and I'm so glad I listened to him. He has a lot of knowledge, and I would 100% hire him if I ever need an attorney again.

I would highly recommend this law firm for family/custody disputes. I dealt with not only a child custody dispute, but then a custody violation with multiple twists of the newly enacted child custody agreement and in both instances Dan was amazing. Dan knows the law very well and lays out the best avenues to take, was consistent and thorough, and was not fazed by the antics from the other side. He eased my worries about this process with a cool and calm demeanor. The BEST attorney (in my biased opinion) in Grand Rapids.

I had Danny take care of my past due tickets and I cannot have been more satisfied with the outcome of my case. My license was suspended and I was worried about it for months. I can't say enough good stuff about Jenelle. She was the attorney that I needed. I had met with so many other attorneys on a very difficult case and they always were intimidating or just didn't care. Working with this lawyer was a great experience after I had requested quotes from many others in the State of Michigan and Grand Rapids Area. Jason Hagelthorn helped me with setting up my new business. He took all of the stress out from under me and my partner. Jason was very quick to respond whenever we had to contact him and was always on top of what needed to be done. He secured and negotiated our lease agreement with our landlord and structured our corporation to best suit our business. I had a OWI case in Novi, which was the first time Ive ever been in trouble with the law. I found Arghavan off a website and decided to hire her as my attorney. I didn't know much about law or how these cases are supposed to go or what would happen to me and she was my saving grace. She was nice, but straight forward and honest, which is what a good attorney should be. She was available to talk to at almost anytime with any questions I had and made the whole process way easier for me. She not only helped me out in court, but gave me lots of advice outside of court on how to improve my case and make the process even easier. I would highly recommend this attorney especially if you were me going through something like this alone. She will help you out the best she is able to while keeping you informed about everything going on with the case. No one wants to be in trouble with the law, but having an attorney like her will make the process easy and hopefully get you out of the system and back into normal society.

CPS had a huge vandetta against me and my family. I called them out for neglecting my children and placing them in harm's way. I ended up relocating temporarily in Livingston County in which I hired Mr. Trabilsy for his legal services. I'm not gonna lie I was a very enraged mother at the system whom claims to help families but I learned was farthest from the truth. I cannot tell you enough that I have the upmost respect for Mr. Trabilsy and very much appreciated every step forward he took in my case. More than a few times I was infuriated with the laws that protect this fake agency and Congress won't even step in. Mr. Trabilsy let me know every step we were taking in my case and explained why it had to be handled in the ways that came about. He was more than understanding through the whole process and could sympathize with my frustrations while keeping a high sense of respect for his client along with Empathy. Very professional at all times and very reassuring through it all. I couldn't reccomend any other attorney that I respect more than Mr. Trabilsy and good luck if your trying. He truly is a blessing in a suit that strongly and highly intellectually represents his Clients not only through to the end but goes above and beyond his duties making sure his client is good and well on their feet before closing your case. I was very broken and protective when I hired Mr. Trabilsy and I am so Thankful he represented me against the true evil corrupting of a Agency whom ALLEGEDLY keeps our children with us and is here to help but in truth they are hurting and tearing apart our vulnerable and innocent families. Dealing with a divorce I didn’t want was hard, typically attorneys can be difficult and uncomfortable to deal with in general, But I am beyond happy how I was treated by Ameel!! Ameel successfully attained a mediated consent judgement far above what the mediator said the valuation would be in my civil lawsuit which centered around a verbal contract I had made. He was able to do this by having built a very solid case based on the mountain of details I provided him. Throughout the time period of my case, Ameel often discussed matters with the other attorneys in his office, which is something you wouldn't get with an attorney working all by themselves. The opposing attorney attempted many devious tricks and scare tactics. Ameel easily recognized all of this and kept me and the case on track. From a financial standpoint, Ameel was very gracious in giving me time to pay and helping me to handle certain aspects myself to reduce cost. Last and most important, he simply was on top of everything, he is extremely organized and it is obvious he truly enjoys the challenge of winning for his clients. This case was the biggest legal battle of my life. I would feel extremely comfortable having Ameel represent me in any future situations, no matter how large or small.

I hired Ryan Glanville to represent me with one of the worst driving tickets you can receive. I spoke to two other local attorneys before I called him. Once I spoke with Ryan I knew he was the attorney to hire. On the phone it was obvious he knew the law and was so easy to speak with. After I hired him he informed me of his plan and he followed through with it. He kept me informed the entire time. Ryan and Annette answered the phone every time I called with questions and emailed me with updates as soon as they knew something. Ryan was able to get my ticket dismissed and kept me out of the system. It is not often you come across a person that is so good in their profession, a great communicator and has a caring heart. I called Attorney Nacht for direction with a complicated legal issue. He had no jurisdiction in the state in which I needed help. But he patiently listened, and then spent considerable time searching out and connecting me with an A1 attorney who specialized in the area of law needed and in the state needed. Erica DeAngelis is one of the best attorneys that I have ever come across in my lifetime. This is a strong statement for me to make because I have friends and family that are attorneys. Very pleased with Patrick and his staff! My divorce ended up very messy with lots of extra questions and added headaches, and he always made me feel calm and that he would take care of everything and he did. From the first consultation, Daryl provided clear & straightforward answers. With his legal assistance, I was able to successfully obtain restricted driving priviledges after facing a 1 year implead consent suspension. His expertise was further validated by the fact that he managed to reach an agreement with the prosecurer without having to go on record during my circuit court hearing. Daryl is the real deal. I never thought the day would come when I would feel human again after being subjected to the system. Mr. Landon helped me through an extremely difficult time (of my own doing) without prejudging me. He was there by phone, email, and in person whenever needed and got me a fair sentencing. Jeff was very quick with responses to questions. I felt comfortable with him and he did a great job! I could not have made it through two very difficult situations with out Mr. Lewis as my lawyer. With his representation both situations ended very positively. Mr. Lewis dedicated his time and energy into helping me take everything one step at a time. His office staff also was always there to help.
