Stephanie is very attentive to details and works hard for you. Lawsuits are never easy and always emotionally challenging, but Stephanie helps make you feel like everything is going to work out ok. I engaged Mr. Richards to help me with estate planning during a time of family uncertainty. I had no idea of what was needed, but Mr. Richards clearly rolled out the map and explained it to me in complete details what services he was able to offer, what exactly my options were, information needed from me, timetables, and costs. He handled my documents and information with care and was extremely efficient in the planning. At the time, we had a three hour time difference between my home location and his office location, but his professionalism did not allow the time difference to impact our meetings or his services. The entire process took approximately 4 weeks and it was a pleasant 4 weeks. He went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

I contacted the her office to setup a consultation in regard to a creditor bankruptcy case. Jessica, who answered the phone was extremely helpful in answering questions that I had. Please read this complete review. It could save your future. I suppose I couldn't find the words to speak highly enough of Robert Vaughn. He is a criminal defense lawyer only. Not a jack of all (legal) trades. So, if you only do one thing for 31 years, you get damn good at it. He is very good. I am a licensed professional with no previous criminal record, and left home one day only to encounter a life nightmare. Police Officers are human, and highly stressed people usually. They are not perfect, and I can assure you some officers will twist things to fit a category they wish to place you in. Especially if they decide they don't like something about you. And then to have an officer show up that wasn't even there and write a criminal warrant on me, I was at the time stunned. Mr. Vaughn told me from the first meeting what would take place, and it all did, exactly as he told me.
Mr. Vaughn has flat fees for General Sessions, and Criminal Court. DO NOT get sucked into that per hour fee, it is a come on, it starts low and can and will rise endlesssly. I have two business associates who cautioned me on that when I was attorney shopping. Mr. Vaughn has very reasonable fees, especially to be a professional of his caliber. He is one of the top three criminal lawyers in the opinion of a Nashville judge I know from an old business matter. You don't need any other names, you have the one you need here. Robert Vaughn. My case was dismissed and exponged from permanent record. I'm not sure if all the Police Officers involved in my case like Mr. Vaughn, but I can assure you they respect him. Thank you Robert Vaughn for saving my professional license, my job, my reputation both professionally and personally.
Also, Robert returns calls daily, try to find that in another attorney. You may, but I doubt it. Don't ever believe you can't end up with a criminal charge, out of the clear blue. You can. And if you do, call Robert Vaughn, you'll be very glad you did. I am.

I am very pleased with Mr. Vaughn, I was scared and alone but he and Ms. Lisa was there to help me to know what to do. If it hadn't been for them my husband would be in prison. We would have lost him to death due to his medical ailments, but Mr. Vaughn took the bull by the horns and got my husband home. I am truly greatful for his sensitivity and thoroughness. Now my husband is home where he belongs. My husband was facing 18 years for a charge that happened 16 years ago. He was truly innocent of the allegations, but was unable to stand trial a second time to prove his innocence. Mr. Vaughn is a Godsend to our family. We will forever pray for him and his family. I met Adam through a mutual friend and served as his Realtor when he and his wife purchased a house. Less than a year ago how is facing some pretty serious charges in two separate counties simultaneously. Joshua was referred to me through a mutual colleague. We don't know what we'd ever do had we not known Nick Bailey. Ms. Johnson is in my opinion one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I was involved in a horrific car accident that was initially deemed my fault. I was the victim of a "stopping short" scam. After experiencing a very complicated legal battle, I was taken advantage of by another prominent attorney. I had consults with other area council prior to Mr. Leonardo, and they told me there was nothing I could do, and I was looking at a loose-loose situation. Mr. Leonardo returned my call within 24 hours and got me in to see him the next day. Any further correspondence was also very prompt. Mr. Leonardo was extremely knowledgeable about the law, and provided me with various strategies and scenarios to assist me in making an informed decision regarding a course of action. I followed his recommendations and was able to diplomatically resolve a 3 year battle in less than 48 hours. Even more importantly, he saved me 50K. Max assisted us with the custody of our Granddaughter. She was with her mother and not being well taken care of. We went to Max and he assured us that we were doing the right thing. I had 4 tickets from United States Federal Park Rangers. They were driving off designated roadway, possession of tobacco by a minor, fleeing to elude, and speeding 95 MPH in a 50 MPH speed zone. The park rangers didn’t arrest me that day, but when I had my day in court those officers wanted me jailed. Davis got the court to drop all charges except fleeing to elude and I walked away with a $1500.00 fine and nothing more. I would definitely recommend his services time and time again because you can’t beat a deal like that in my opinion.
