Truly the best law office out there to handle divorce matters. My brother got divorced some years back and basically I learned from him where he had to hire another attorney to handle his case because the first one messed things up. So when I got into my situation with my wife basically I Googled lawyers in my area Roland Hairstons team came up and I just looked at the reviews and what got me were the reviews where they had to handle cases that other attorneys couldn't finish or going in the wrong direction. That's what got me over and from that point I knew this was the firm to handle my situation. They are straight up with their fees and no hidden fees. I'm not a million dollar client but they treated me like a million dollar client. If I didn't speak to Hunter one of the other attorneys would handle the situation and was on top of it like I was talking to them about everything which was amazing and a great feeling. It's nice when you don't have to explain yourself all over again which means lawyers in this firm communicate to each other so everybody's on the same page. Again thanks for the help your firm is truly the best.

Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.

I just wanted things behind me. I hired a lawyer who was part of the Marshall county cartel and he just went along with everything they said. Long story short I now have a target on me because I bought a farm that Tony Nichols wanted. That man was trying to take advantage of me being ignorant to the law. Last I heard they were getting me on several felonies and sending me to prison for 10+ years. I then got in contact with Ross and he had different plans so I was able to walk out of the hell hole that is Marshall county court house a free man. Ross is so personable and knowledgeable, it gives him the advantage over any other lawyer. If you've been hung out to dry and see no way out from the corruption that we call small town Tennessee politics, do yourself a favor and get Ross Brazil on your side.
P.S. the DA in Marshall County is corrupt as all get out. They all are down there and need to be stopped.

Blake took my case to trial when many others told me not to or just did not have trail experience. He got me a not guilty verdict on one charge and appealed the charge I was found guilty on. Which had a similar result. If you are thinking about going to trail I would suggest Blake Kelly. He took the time to look into my case and assured me I had done nothing wrong and to not take the deal. He was prepared with the work it took to defend me and win my case.

Mr Carter is great. I had a complicated probation violation case as another county was involved and he did what my other attorneys either would not or could not do. I was transferred from another county and should have been realeased from Davidson county when I arrived as both counties were running my time concurrent, but when I got to Davidson county I was told my time was consecutive (which means a sentence must be served in its entirety after you complete the previous sentence) despite my original deal of everything being concurrent. My previous paid attorney said everything was taken care of and my time would get calculated and I would get my jail credits, I soon found out that was not the case when my former attorney told me he couldn’t do anything. Thinking I had to finish another 11/29 in jail after I had just finished my sentence for the same incident in a different county I decided to reach out to see if that was correct. So I hired Tim, and was completely relieved when I spoke to him. He was completely straightforward and always kept me informed. My other attorneys did not keep me in the loop like he did, and he managed to accomplish what they said they could not. Thus, I was released from jail with the possibility of being off probation in 6 months. I highly recommend him as he’s straightforward and diligent and keeps you informed, which if you have ever experienced the legal system you will know that’s one of the biggest issues in regards to your relationship with a attorney. Thanks The Higgins law firm for helping our daughter in distress after a car accident. You also provided stress release for us since we live in Europe and are not familiar with the American insurance policies.
