Truly the best law office out there to handle divorce matters. My brother got divorced some years back and basically I learned from him where he had to hire another attorney to handle his case because the first one messed things up. So when I got into my situation with my wife basically I Googled lawyers in my area Roland Hairstons team came up and I just looked at the reviews and what got me were the reviews where they had to handle cases that other attorneys couldn't finish or going in the wrong direction. That's what got me over and from that point I knew this was the firm to handle my situation. They are straight up with their fees and no hidden fees. I'm not a million dollar client but they treated me like a million dollar client. If I didn't speak to Hunter one of the other attorneys would handle the situation and was on top of it like I was talking to them about everything which was amazing and a great feeling. It's nice when you don't have to explain yourself all over again which means lawyers in this firm communicate to each other so everybody's on the same page. Again thanks for the help your firm is truly the best.

Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.

My son got caught up with a friend while away at college this past spring!! The trouble resulted in a my son being charged with a felony!! Not good for an 18 year old who’s never been in any trouble via school or the law prior to this!! He was expelled immediately from college and needed an attorney fast! He found Mr. David Von Wiegandt on his on and we reached out! He gave my son a reasonable quote and we obtained him for the case!! My ex tried to take my son from me and put me in jail through multiple false abuse accusations to the police in three different states. My troubles started 4 years ago when a detective from Marshal county set me up and proceeded to charge me with a felony that I didn't do. At the time I had no record or knowledge of the law. I just wanted things behind me. I hired a lawyer who was part of the Marshall county cartel and he just went along with everything they said. Long story short I now have a target on me because I bought a farm that Tony Nichols wanted. That man was trying to take advantage of me being ignorant to the law. Last I heard they were getting me on several felonies and sending me to prison for 10+ years. I then got in contact with Ross and he had different plans so I was able to walk out of the hell hole that is Marshall county court house a free man. Ross is so personable and knowledgeable, it gives him the advantage over any other lawyer. If you've been hung out to dry and see no way out from the corruption that we call small town Tennessee politics, do yourself a favor and get Ross Brazil on your side.
P.S. the DA in Marshall County is corrupt as all get out. They all are down there and need to be stopped.

Thanks to Paul Randolph’s legal prowess, which is truly remarkable, he successfully sought the dismissal of 18 charges against my nephew. This case was extraordinarily complex, involving 6 felonies and 4 theft counts. After those charges were nollied due to misidentification, the Police Department in Rutherford County, Tennessee, charged my nephew with 8 new theft counts. Undeterred by this development, Paul meticulously explored every detail of the case and concluded that the Police Department did not have probable cause to arrest my nephew.

Luke is a great lawyer, I would definitely higher him again. I was hesitant at first because he was affordable and his office seemed unorganized. I was worried he wasn’t going to be aggressive enough because he is such a nice and laid back guy. The plaintiff (ex-wife) was out for blood. I was truly blown away when he started questioning her during her testimony. I had to hold back my laughter when she started getting angry because he was quickly showing everyone in the court room how ridiculous and absurd she is.
He also went out of his way to help me with things that were completely unrelated to the case.
