I hired Mr. Honecker back in March 2016. I was falsely accused by my ex wife of pushing her. This was all because I served her with divorce papers. I never was arrested a day in my life. Always been a law abiding citizen. This was also an attempt to mess up my chances of being a law enforcement officer by my ex. Mr. Honecker was an amazing attorney. Sometimes I didn't understand some of the things he was doing and I questioned it. But it all worked out for the good. It should not have taken 5 months to clear me of all these charges, but due to a lot of adjournments by my ex and Mr. Honecker it did. My ex placed a stun gun in my vehicle and called the police while she had a temporary restraining order on me. The contempt charges were due to her setting up my mother to call and discuss money and I was arrested for 3rd party etc. In the end all charges were dismissed against me as of August 10, 2016. Last thing will be getting my firearms back in two weeks. I am sure that will be no issue. He is great at what he do and he does not hassle you for money. He does so well for you that you want to pay him extra. So yes I approve of Mr. Honecker and will hire him any day! Just hope and pray I don't have to use him again lol.

I hired Mr. Honecker because he had many years experience with the Monmouth County (NJ) Prosecutor's Office; now he is a partner in a large law firm; I was accused by my landlord of assault...I had made a police report recounting how the LL gained entry by ruse, and began to berate me because I had an infestation problem he thought should have been rectified immediately, if not sooner. I am handicapped and totally disabled living on a small Social Security Disability Award; it took me several mos. to interview a no. of exterminators and to save money; I reacted to the LL's ignorance by verbally abusing him...I just wanted to make a record of the incident, but the LL preferred charges. Mr. Honecker met w/the municipal court prosecutor and the plaintiff...in short, the LL had no case and the charge was dismissed in its entirety. Mr. Honecker is very unassuming, but he knows how to present his facts in a professional matter; he had my best interests in his heart and mind; he showed the LL acted in a provocative manner, and it was reasonable for me to respond accordingly. I have met others who have engaged Mr. Honecker, and they told me how much of an outstanding outcome he obtained for them. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone who is facing a municipal court charge, as well as more serious crimes. He has been named a "NJ Super Lawyer" 2010-12. He truly is an excellent attorney, and more importantly, a compassionate gentleman! I can't say enough!

She took my case because seven months ago, my son's father left my country Peru, taking with him my baby, with false documents to the United States. Several years ago, I was being represented by a local firm in complex civil litigation. I was facing a driving while suspended charges and Cristian came on top by getting my charges dismissed. Prior to the case Cristian was very trustworthy and honest with being very informative. I was accused and had 4 charges including (2) 1st degree charges. I met Barry and not that often I meet someone and immediately feel like he has been family already. Barry handled my civil case in Family court ultimately with a win. This is the first time, hopefully the only time, I've ever been involved in a legal matter against me so personally this was an emotional and scary time for me. The legal proceedings frustratingly took over a year. Barry kept me well informed throughout the matter. I put a lot of trust in Barry since I have no legal knowledge. Andrew has always been very responsive. He is well versed in his areas of expertise which made me feel comfortable. And to be able to use the same person for multiple reasons makes the process easier as you do not have to get to know a new lawyer for each special need. Peter Alfinito did an excellent job of representing me. I was involved in a minor car accident in which I was legally at fault because I had the stop sign, even though it fell into a 'gray area' as to who was responsible, based on the circumstances.
I contacted several attorneys by phone to determine who I wanted to represent me. I was impressed by Peter's credentials. He asked questions, explained the legality, and calmed me down, since I was very upset about the situation. Used Joseph for a complicated criminal matter that my son got himself into up in Bergen County. Joe jumped on the case immediately, got my son's bail reduced to a level that we could afford, constantly kept us apprised of what was happening in the case, and after doing some discovery actually got the prosecutor to dismiss the charges!! Having worked with 4 attorneys in the past, I came across Mr. Aaron Liller through Avvo, I have to say that Mr Liller is extremely knowledgeable and patient, he explained everything in detail, responded to my emails and calls even on weekends and late at night. I was purchasing a bank owned property and he was there at every step and answered my every question with lots of patience. I hit 3 parked cars and flipped my own car landing on my driverside door all right in front of the Hoboken Police Station so as you could imagine all the cops came to see!. I was charged with a DWI and Since this all happened in a company car I knew i was going to lose my job. Not only did Robert prolong my case for about a year giving me enough time to find a new job, but I only got 3 months loss of license and the minimal fines. Amazing lawyer, if he can pull this off then he can do anything.

I got my first moving violation ticket on a very busy 4th of July weekend. It was bumper to bumper traffic. The congestion was so bad a group of cars formed another lane. I only joined so I can make a left turn, away from the traffic. Unfortunately, a police officer stopped the group of cars that formed another lane. Forming another lane was illegal.
