I was very pleased with Lakisha's professionalism and her willingness to explain all the issues I did not thoroughly understand. She is efficient and timely and exhibits great insight and strategies. Shevelle McPherson represented me in my personal injury lawsuit against the insurance company of the individual that injured me in an automobile accident. Before I hired Ms. McPherson, the insurance company had not only denied my claim against their insured but they were also refusing to pay my medical bills. 6 months after turning 18 my son was indicted by a grand jury for 5 criminal offense. Between a public defender who kept speaking to us as though he was guilty and getting another lawyer whom we hired that painted rainbows and quitting without speaking to us as to why

Rita has handled two issues I've had. One was family related, one business. On both occasions she went out of her way to help us. She is very responsive. She's fair, and realistic in her approach and doesn't speak to you like a typical lawyer, in lawyer language. Everything is spelled out clearly and in a manner that is understandable. M. Pesochinsky became my lawyer after an unfortunate encounter I had with an officer who had been unfair and discriminatory towards me and which resulted in a mandatory court appearance. Scot had represented my son when my son was a minor and was on probation for use of marajuana and then was falsely acused of stealing a ring. Knowing that the stakes were high since my son was already on probation we needed a top notch lawyer to fight for his freedom. Scot was the best . We wound up going to superior court and Scot put the prosecution team to shame. He knows the law, he knows the way to speak to people on the stand to get the truth and he always kept us informed of what was going on. My son was found innocent and was aquitted. As a matter of fact the court officer came over to congratulate us and comment favorably about our lawyer. It turned out that the accuser was more afraid of getting beat by his dad then telling the truth about losing the ring in a bet. We have recommend Scot many times over the years and all have come back with praise and positive feedback. Will never use any other lawyer for criminal, serioulsy.. My son has used him a few years ago again with success.

I was referred to Scot by two other people that have used him and they told me he was the best there is. My boyfriend got into legal trouble and was in jail I felt there was no hope and we would never be able to afford a lawyer. I called Scot on a Sunday afternoon told him the entire situation and he talked on the phone with me and made me feel at ease. He started working on his case immediately and by Tuesday Scot had already visited my boyfriend in jail, got a court date set, and was able to set a bail for him. We have used Scot and his wife for all of our cases. Our friends have used him for all of theirs with high praise. I recommended him to anyone and everyone that needs a good lawyer. Mr. Gatlin is a superb lawyer who exude a lot of strength and character. He was upfront and matter of fact in my mom court case. He was able to get a very serious traffic violations dismissed. Vicki was great! I contacted her when the insurance company offered me a small amount, yet she managed to more than quadruple that sum by utilizing really out-of-the-box thinking and negotiating tools. For example, she used the current political climate of the jurisdiction in which my case was venued in order to secure a larger settlement. I would have loved to have seen her in court, but living out of state as I do, taking the matter to trial would have been more of a headache than it was worth. Vicki understood my concerns, and acted accordingly. It was a no-mess, no-fuss kind of settlement from my perspective, which is exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the fact that she escalated the case within the defendant's insurance company and was able to have a competent adjuster assigned. I had tried on my own, but was unsuccessful. I hired Alex to represent me against a terroristic threat charge; brought by my former spouse who has routinely attempted to abuse the system in order to gain an advantage in alimony, custody and other disputes in our divorce.
Alex immediately recognized the risks which accompanied these false allegations : loss of employment, difficulty finding future employment, loss of parental rights and custody…. along with the potential of jail time and the forfeiture of my 2nd amendment rights.
Because of his deep understanding of the criminal justice system, having been a former prosecutor, he understood all of the tactics that the prosecutors would use and thwarted them at every turn. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the law e abled him to highlight serious deficiencies in the prosecutions case and through the use of established legal precedent was able to have the indictment against me dismissed prior to trial.
Suffice to say, the outcome has been what I anticipated based on the baseless allegations- but it was no sure thing. Further, the execution of his craft isn’t what set Alex apart; it is his passion for his clients rights and dedication to my cause. He had every opportunity to encourage me to accept a plea deal- but he didn’t. He not only took the time to truly understand and the underlying facts and circumstances- but the implications and became a true advocate against the miscarriage of justice I was facing.
In doing so, Alex was thoughtful and courteous, available at anytime to answer questions. He never disappeared for kk g stretches while the process played out- keeping me informed of his efforts and soliciting my inputs. Alex also worked to assuage my fears and concerns and put me at ease in what’s been a four year saga.
Suffice to say, I would strongly encourage anyone seeking an attorney to start and end their search with Alex. I know, as I’m expecting additional malicious and false allegations, I will being hiring Alex without any hesitation.

Andy is an excellent attorney and a great guy! He has gotten many driving violations dismissed or amended to no points with minimum fines for me.
