I hired Attorney Pagliara for a issue i was having with a tenant. The tenant was trying to seek attorneys fees for his attorney and seeking a counterclaim and defense of retalitory eviction. Mr. Pagliara worked quickly and got opposing counsel to drop his attorney fees that i may have been on the gook to pay and drop the retalitory eviction. I never seen an attorney get such quick results. I am 1000 percent pleased. He is tenacious and very knowledgeable and diligent and aggressive. Took him 2 hours from taking my case to get results. I would hire him again and recommend him.

I have been trying to purchase real estate for about 2 yrs. After 3 failed contracts (at no fault of our own) and a whirlwind of a closing, we finally did it! I have worked with Ed Weinstock, and others in the past for a number of matters, some of them criminal. Ed Weinstock showed great integrity following through on his promises in all instances. He does not round or cut corners to save his own time and truly works at all times for the bet interest of his clients in an aggressive manor leaving no stones unturned at trial. Unlike other lawyers I have worked with, Unlike others, Ed was willing to work with me rather than solly on his own agenda in order to pursue and argue items that I requested to have addressed during the trial. This is certainly a level of service above and beyond the standard workload he could expect yet he still accommodated everything request leading us to an acquittal at trial and a dismissal on several other matters. Ed Weinstock's tenacious and relentless argument during trial was indispensable bringing rebuttal to everything the prosecution could muster dragging out the trial to its end after almost a whole day in court for what was only petty disorderly persons offense. I feel absent such tenacity as iv seen in other lawyers, we may very well have had a less desirable outcome. If I was ever charged with a serious crime, Ed Weinstock would be my first choice for criminal defense offering the best representation I have observed and all at a reasonable and fair price.

I have had a difficult few months, with a house purchase, two moves, and a death in the family which required me to spend two months out of the country. My car registration could not be completed online because of a name misspelling, and I was putting off going to the MVC because of COVID-19.
One Sunday morning, my friend texted me that she was on a hike and invited me to join her, and so I went in my car without my wallet. A cop flagged me for going over the speed limit in Pennington, and then piled a couple huge fines because I did not have my driver's license, and my registration had lapsed. (This jolted me into finally going to the MVC the next day in Trenton.)
Fortunately, I have a legal plan through my employer, which Jenna Casper-Bloom accepts. I noticed she has her own law practice in the area, but that beforehand she worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender for 15 years, and thought she would know our state's system like the back of her hand.
I was right. I called her the next day, it took 3 minutes, she asked me to email her the tickets, and all the information I thought was relevant. I didn't hear back until a week and a half later, when she'd reduced the fine by 40%, ensured there were no points, and that I was not pleading guilty. Money is so tight right now, that even a 10% reduction would have been helpful, and this was way beyond my expectations.
I was very impressed by how efficiently she handled my case, and I never felt for a second that I was on a legal plan. I am very grateful I found a local counsel who is sharp and hard-working and I will be recommending her to my colleagues and friends.
(And BTW, since you're reading a review about a lawyer, I wish you good luck with your legal troubles.)

Jenna is excellent in all respects. She achieved our objectives without any problems. It is tough to find a local attorney in western NJ as so many attorneys from the urban counties try to pretend like they practice in Hunterdon and Warren Counties. If you have any matter in the Northwestern part of the state, you would be a fool to hire an attorney from Essex or Bergen County when there is such great and competent counsel in Flemington.

Living out of State, Mr. Ducey represented me in a claim against my PIP insurance company in New Jersey. He was very thorough in collecting all relevant information and extremely familiar with the rules of Forthright. New Jersey automobile insurance law requires that all automobile insurers provide those who are covered with the option of submitting a dispute concerning personal injury protection benefits to binding arbitration. My claim involved medical bills which were denied payment to the provider even though the insurance company had been paying them for years. Mr. Ducey presented my case in arbitration which resulted in a ruling concluding the claims and future claims involved in my complaint were medically necessary. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ducey and would use him again if needed.

We were 7.5 months into a high-risk pregnancy and found ourselves facing an illegal eviction. The Superior Court Judge actually violated case law and granted the landlord an illegal Warrant for Possession. We contacted Chip the same day and he was reassuring and fully informed about what our next steps should be. We scheduled a consultation and met with Fred Dunne, who had spoken to Chip, and he outlined the legal steps they would take. We were instantly comfortable in their hands and could tell they were motivated on both a legal and moral level. I had been litigated against my ex-husband and been through 6 lawyers. I was particularly impressed that both Chip and Fred were genuinely invested and outraged at the legal injustice. Chip took over and we went to the hearing where the Superior Court Judge maintained his illegal position. Chip cited case law that the adversary’s attorney was not even familiar with. He was meticulous and also made sure he got everything “on the record” as we knew we would have to appeal, given the high-risk nature of my pregnancy. Throughout the entire process, including the appeal, Chip was attentive and extremely responsive when questions arose. Chip prepared an impeccable brief for the appellate division and they overturned the Superior Court’s improper ruling within 24 hours. After retaining half a dozen lawyers and consulting with at least another half dozen over the divorce litigation, I can honestly say that Chip is one of a kind. This is the first review I have ever written and I am happy to be able to do it. If you have lost faith in lawyers like I had, Dunne, Dunne and Cohen will definitely restore it. They are highly competent, attentive and they CARE.

I recently collected off a case with Chip Dunne. I went straight to him after getting in a terrible car accident and front end collision. I retained Rachel in reference to a unique landlord tenant issue. This issue was caused because the initial landlord accepted tenants rent but neglected to pay mortgage on leased property. The rented property the went into foreclosure and the bank wanted the tenants to vacate as there wasn’t a current written lease agreement. Rachel was able to negotiate with the banks Attorney and prove the tenant had the legal rights to remain in property. She was able to maintain a high level of professionalism during this process all the while showing grace and genuine concern for her my well being. I met Doug at an event at a friends home. He introduced himself to me and we began a conversation immediately. I asked him what he did for a living and when he said lawyer, I took advantage of the situation and asked him about the business trouble I was in with my business. I ran a multi million dollar company and it was in trouble. I had seen lawyers before Doug and in fact was using one at that time. Doug offered unique ideas and thoughts on how to get out of the trouble and, excuse me "destroy" those who were trying to destroy me. I was sold, I jumped ship and retained him. It took about 9 months, a lot of meetings and court motions, but I WON. I am now riding high again. Saved my marriage and all is good. OK, the bad news (not so bad)... Doug is not cheap, but worth every sent. And, he is difficult to reach, well, until he gave me his phone number. Then you can catch him best after hours, you see, THE MAN DOES NOT SLEEP... EVER. So you can call him at 4:00am and he is like "Hey Bobby, whats up?" Its great. I could not recommend him highly enough. If you are in trouble and you want out, quickly and strongly, VERY STRONGLY, making the people who "F'ed" with you RUN and HIDE, with their attorney, then Doug is your guy.
