Michael was extremely thorough and responsive. I needed assistance with a severance package that presented several challenges. He always made himself available even if it was for a 5 minute conference call. His knowledge and guidance ultimately led me to a faster turnaround than I anticipated. Well, let me start off by saying Mr Prestia is the best Lawyer I could have asked for, was recommended to him through a family member. As soon as I walked in for the consultation I knew he would be the perfect lawyer to take on my case. He knew and said from the beginning that it would be hard to prove my innocence knowing what they had against me but even with that information he told me he would fight till the end and that is exactly what he did. He did it all quickly too never had a single problem when going into the courtrooms and speaking with the DA he sorted everything out for me all I had to do was tell the DA what happened that day of the incident. We met with the DA once and that first time it didn't go so smoothly they were not going to give me a plea bargain, he told me to not worry and that he would speak with them to try to get me another meeting with them and he did that exactly, ended up speaking with them and ultimately we settled with a plea bargain. no criminal record only a violation. No lawyer I know would have tried to fight this that much and get me another meeting with the DA for a second time what was most likely going to happen was going to trial but Mr Prestia was set on not taking this to trial since it could go 50/50 in favor or not in favor of me. Thankfully in the end it all worked out and the charges were dropped after taking the plea bargain. No criminal record is what he wanted to achieve for me and that's exactly what we got. I really do recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of one, Mr Prestia is really understanding. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I'm definitely coming to him first.

Very helpful and knowledgeable with my Estate Planning concerns. I will have him revise and update my pour over will and trust. I discovered there are many fraudulent DIY software out there for creating wills and I simply decided to pay a little extra and get a professionals opinion. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

I know Norm from the gym we train at together, and he's a vivacious, tough as nails sparring partner. I imagine he must be the same way in his work. I called him one time to ask for legal advice regarding another friend. The advice was outside of his normal field (employment and contact stuff), so he said give me a little while. A few hours later he called me with a ton of information that helped immensely. I was shocked, since previous legal aid whose expertise was contact law didn't provide some of the information norm gave me in a few hours. 10/10 I would recommend him to anybody for anything.

Matthew was recommended to me from another lawyer when I was issued a speeding and traffic control device ticket that I found unjustified. The original charges would have totaled 8 points on my license. We discussed my options and he answered all of my questions clearly. He was able to give great advice about NY driving laws and courses I could take to maybe make the outcome better. He handled everything with the court and even got the tickets reduced to the best possible outcome of 0 points on my license after. Knowledgeable, Persistent, and Devoted I applied for asylum and consulted with Dan Green to help me prepare for my interview at the asylum office. Dan worked with me as a good professional of his job —he was very focused on my case, becoming quickly familiar with my situation. Dan was sympathetic and kind, and helped me through the preparation he determined I needed for the best chance for success at my interview. He researched and found an extraordinarily skilled translator to meet us at the asylum office. Dan accompanied me to the interview, which required that we board our first bus at 4:10 in the morning. 9 months ago, I reached out to Joseph at J.S. Fritzon Law to see if he would be able to help me litigate a case between an abusive employer and myself. He told me in the beginning it would not be a very big case however he would be happy to take the case based on the information that I provided. Our dream of having an legal entity that could represent Youth Rugby in Rochester became a reality ,largely because of the quality legal representation provide by Mr Hurwitz. He walk us through all off the steps of first becoming a Corp. ,then getting us tax exempt status and finally getting us listed as a NYS charity. After much frustration in trying to find a patent attorney that I felt would look out after me, and my idea for a patent, I had just about given up. I looked into doing the process myself, but quickly got lost and overwhelmed in the world of patents. Realizing I could not do it myself, I narrowed it down to a couple of patent attorneys and prayed a lot about the direction to go. I contacted Mr. Megale to represent my younger brother last minute. We didn’t have an attorney nor did we have thousands of dollars lying around to hire just anyone. 1. Gabriel Bullaro is, in my opinion, the consummate legal professional. My “Special Needs” brother-in-law ran afoul of the law while driving for a ride-share service. He was unaware of what he had done, but was charged nonetheless and faced a serious financial penalty, points on his license and a possible suspension of driving privileges. I had a good “gut” feeling about Gabriel from our first conversation. Gabriel kept me informed of our progress every step of the way. He was assertive but not “pushy”; and was especially sensitive to my brother-in-law’s disability in the eyes of the law. We had several strategic conversations over a 2 week period that led to my brother-in-law settling with the municipality in question for less than $75 dollars. A great result from a great lawyer!

20 hours ago Best experience I have had with hiring a Lawyer to fight a speed ticket and Tailgating ticket. In years past, I hired an app called Off the Record (OTR) and they are crooks. James M. Wagman is the real deal and a real honest guy. James was able to get my 20+ MPH speeding Ticket and Tailgating Ticket down to just a parking ticket. That's 10 points down to 0 points and a possible Fees of $600+ down to $220. The money I paid James to fight my tickets was well worth it and I have learned my lesson never to speed again.
