Back in 2008, I got into some trouble with multiple DWI charges, in a few different counties. Another lawyer referred me to Dana, and when I called him he answered my call immediately. I ended up hiring Dana for all of my cases, and he resolved them all to my satisfaction. In fact, the outcome was MUCH better than I could have ever expected. Fortunately, I didn't need a criminal defense attorney again until 2016, when I got another DWI. I wasn't sure if Dana would handle the case, because it was far away from his office. I called Dana from the police station, and he answered the phone and was able to give me advice regarding what I should do. I followed Dana's instructions and hired him to handle the case. I was really scared about what would happen to me. The charges were serious, and I was going to lose my license for a very long time (maybe forever), if I was convicted of the charges. I was concerned about my job, as I travel extensively for work and, as a single mother, rely upon my job to support my child. During the course of my case (which was handled very efficiently), Dana was always available to meet or talk by phone to address my concerns. He has the patience of a saint! Somehow, Dana kept my license from ever being suspended and got my felony DWI charges DISMISSED! He saved my life and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a compassionate, skilled criminal defense attorney.

I had quite a few driving-related tickets and was facing potentially thousands of dollars in fines in addition to points on my license (which would have been even more expensive). I chose Jonathan because of all the reviews that said he was an effective lawyer who was also sincere and patient with his clients, and the reviews were spot on. He was in constant communication with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of getting all of the tickets resolved. Lawyers are obviously extremely busy and will often try to push you off the phone or cut the conversation short because they have other things to do. I had numerous questions, mainly because I'd never gone through anything like this before, and he was incredibly patient with me. He gave me thorough, detailed answers to all of my questions, and he was extremely polite as well. As for his efficacy as a lawyer, I ended up having my fines reduced significantly and I ended up with 0 points on my license. Honestly, I didn't know lawyers like Jonathan still existed. I hope I never have to, but if I did, I would work with Jonathan again in a heartbeat.

I hired this firm to represent me In my personal injury case after I interviewed a few attorneys. The reason I went with Mr. Clarke is because I did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. He was also extremely intelligent and well spoken. I also liked that he did not pressure me to sign with his firm. He told me to take some time to look over the retainer and to sign it at my convenience. Throughout my case he was extremely compassionate and he always either took my call or called me back by the end of the day. I pleasantly surprised at how he conducted depositions because he was a warrior. I do not think I would have gotten the substantial award I got had it not been for him. He is a true lawyer. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

My best friend referred me to Vincent J. Romano to handle my court case. Upon meeting him for a consultation he made me aware of all the law procedures that were needed to be taken to close this court case. I explained to him my livelihood is on the line and that I needed a dismissal, not an A. C. D. . (Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal) . After being dissatisfied by the final plea deal procured by a public defender in a DWI case, which was essentially a cop out to the initial misdemeanor charge, I decided it was worth trying to start over with a private attorney. During my free consultation with Serino, MacKay, & Berube, I offered to leave my paperwork with the firm to look over while I made my decision. Kevin declined the papers, citing privacy considerations. None of the other five plus local attorneys I interviewed did this, and I interpreted it as a sign of discretion and professionalism, so I hired them. The first victory in the case came when Rich was able to arrange for my license to be temporarily reinstated during a DMV hearing. The final resolution to the criminal side of the case came within six months of my hiring them, and took the form of a gulity plea to a lesser violation (DWAI), as opposed to a misdemeanor, which is what I was hoping for from the outset. Hire this firm if you want likeable, well-connected attorneys who are recptive to client input advocating on your behalf.

A close friend referred me to Mr. Berurbe and picking him as my lawyer was the best decision I could've made for myself after the unfortunate turn of events. Richard was by my side every step of the way, something the larger firms cannot offer. He was very knowledgeable about the DWI process and explained everything that would happen in the justice system and the DMV. Facing charges in the #1 county for DWI convictions and a strong case against me, Richard was able to reduce my sentencing to the minimum sentence allowed by law. He kept me out of jail, off probation, and I was able to drive with a conditional license. He quickly answered any questions I had. I was able to live a somewhat normal life as I knew Richard was taking care of the problem. The best advice I can give anyone in my position would be to hire Richard. After having a lapse of good judgement and making the decision to drive after a few beers, I was pulled over in a small town for crossing the fog line. While crossing the fog line isn't actually a violation, it's something you can get pulled over for on pretext, and if you've been drinking, it goes down hill from there VERY quickly. At any rate, I was charged with DWI, barely drunk by the numbers, but nevertheless, drunk by the numbers at .10 BAC. I was put in contact with Mr. Seibert who not only wanted to know the facts of my case, but my "story" as well. I've been driving on the road for some 43 years with only 1 speeding ticket on my record from when I was 20. Mr. Seibert knew he wasn't representing a career drunk driver, but rather a guy who made an error in judgement on one January evening. During my first consultation, Mr. Seibert asked me to tell my side of the story which I did. He put me at ease, not with false promises, but with the assurance that he would do everything he could to limit the damage to my record. Subsequently, the paperwork from my arrest arrived on his desk and the "stories" were very similar. I wasn't speeding, didn't hit anything or anyone, in fact, I truly believed I wasn't drunk. I had been driving for 20 minutes and felt fine. The police obviously disagreed. At any rate, I asked Mr. Seibert to fight my case as opposed to taking the plea deal offered by the district attorney. While I could have been driving MUCH sooner by taking the plea, I still would have had it on my record as well as had no access to Canada without going through an extended and expensive process. Not to mention higher insurance premiums for God knows how long. My case went on for 9 months being that it was a small town court where the DA only rides through once a month, and we had a couple of unforeseen delays too. Moral of the story... if you've been drinking, DON'T drive. And if you make the mistake of driving after a few drinks and get pulled over, contact Mr. Seibert. There are no miracle cures for having a lapse of judgement, but I assure you Mr. Seibert will explore every avenue available to limit the damage done. In my case, I was lucky for two things. One was having Mr. Seibert representing me, the other was having been stopped using questionable "probable cause". Mr. Seibert was able to show that the stop was unconstitutional which resulted in the suppression of any evidence gained after the stop. And without evidence, the prosecution cannot proceed. I hope I NEVER need criminal defense services again, but if I do, Mr. Seibert is the attorney I would call. You don't just get an incredible attorney when you hire Mr. Seibert, you also get a kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable advocate and dare I say, friend.

My father was picked up at the NY state border while coming back from vacation in Canada for an 18 year old charge he wasn't even aware of. The charge itself was a minor, unproven offense but nonetheless, he was thrown into the county holding facility that night. Our family was terrified, especially since we're all the way in Texas and had no idea what to do. We got in touch with Daire who quickly became a source of hope in a time of panic. He treated us like we were his own kin, making himself available to us day and night with never-ending patience for all of our questions. Because of his relentless effort and deep compassion for his clients, he was able to get our father out of the holding facility within a couple days. Without Daire's expertise, my Dad could have remained in jail for weeks, lost in the system. He is a well-known man in Buffalo and has a respectable reputation within the local legal community, which came in tremendous use for us. Although his methods may seem unorthodox, Mr. Irwin has your back and will do his darndest to get you the best possible outcome in a case. I was arrested for a DWI. He was able to work out a phenomenal deal for me. While he is almost never judgmental, for the love of god, don’t let him know if you have voted for trump. I realize now that it is unfortunate drunk voting isn’t illegal.
