Robert Caliendo is a terrific criminal lawyer. He is extremely intelligent and seasoned in his expertise. Robert was always available to answer any and all of our questions. My entire family would highly recommend Robert. We have come across several lawyers in the past year, and Robert was able to not only help our situation but was able to get the entire case dismissed prior to trial. I was fortunate to have Mr. Caliendo and Mr. Fernich represent me during my time involved with the Southern District of New York on Federal Charges. Throughout the entire time, I felt like Mr. Caliendo was fighting for my rights and always hoping for the best outcome. He defended me from motions to plea agreements all the way through sentencing. Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He handled my son’s complex criminal case like a true professional, a case that could have ended with my son being branded a felon, which would have scarred him for life and ruined his future plans. Mark Panzavecchia was amazing in regards to my case. He maximized the recovery amount on my case. I thought when 4 firms completely shut me down that i was out of options and would lose my job 3 weeks from then. I was told this isn’t a good enough reason, you’d be wasting money, there’s no point, and that the time frame was too short for anything to be done. That is until i was recommended to Sara who when i called the day after, had already looked over my case and told me we had something. I was facing 3 class E felonies. Sara Jackson had got me off with probation, a bit of community service and a misdemeanor. I can't even begin to explain how greatfull i am to have had Sara to defend me! Sara Jackson is very thorough and a fantastic communicator. William Petrillo is just an amazing blend of magnificent attorney and wonderful human being. When I stepped foot into his office the warmth and genuine concern shined immediately. His knowledge and ability astounded me. I knew within 5 minutes of speaking with him that this was the man I would entrust my future too. Today the outcome of my case is proof positive I made the right choice. After this experience I am left thinking there are attorney’s you could hire to protect you and there are those that you enlist to be your guardian angel. Bill falls squarely and unequivocally into the second category. Anytime I needed reassurance he was there. His staff was there. They were always there insulating me from the fears of possible incarceration and the complete ruination of my career. You truly know a person has your best interest in mind from the bottom of their heart when they stand to make more money the longer your situation drags out and they dedicate themselves wholly and tirelessly to expediting the process as much as humanly possible. That’s Bill Petrillo. I cannot recommend this man enough. 5 stars just doesn’t give his ability the justice it deserves. If my life were at stake in a criminal matter ever again I would trust NO ONE besides Bill. No one at all!

Mr. Goggins made our home buying process easy and painless. He explained all of the steps and was always answering questions along the way. I liked that I never felt rushed off the phone and I never worries because I trusted that we were in good hands. I met Mr. Fennell when I was searching for an attorney for a bailment case that exceeded $250,000. I had just fired my attorney for not understanding the case. I interviewed 3 other attorneys and was impressed immensely by Mr. Fennell's intelligence and directness when discussing the case. Most importantly he included me in the case strategy and management and not once did he talk down to me or not include me in important decisions and factors about costs. After a 7-day jury trial, Mr. Fennell landed a jury verdict awarding in excess of $300,000. Defendant appealed and Mr. Fennell won again at appeal. I am happy to report that not only did his firm secure the victory in court, they also collected every dollar with interest for me. I have used Mr. Fennell's firm for Matrimony, Family Court, Estate Planning, and Commerical Litigation. I retained Maria for a case i had back in 2011, and let me tell you... She's very precise when attacting fine line issues that can lesser or even get your case "thrown out". I was refferd to her by word of mouth- and the word do travel, because im from brooklyn and she works prodominantly in the bronx. Around that time, i was told that see just "beat" a serious case of one of my fiancee close friends husband. And since my case then was a bit serious, picking her for the task was a "no brainer". The engery was awesome when we first met. She was very compassionate and professional. The D.A. , was ready to go to trail, but I was able to fire the lawyer i had, due to ineffective counsel... and as soon as I had Ms. Tobia on board she was able to turn a situation that was heading for the worst- much better. Actually, to make a long story shorter, she "Beat" the case. The felony was dropped to a misdemeanor and without getting to tectnical, I was able to walk. In a nutshell, Ms. Tobia is very sharp and well rounded when it comes to maneuvering through out court proceedings, preparing and presenting infomation. YES, I recomend Ms. Tobia if your in a jam.

Mr. Albunio did an excellent job in drawing up my husband’s and my will on very short notice. He also went to bat for us when we faced almost immediate inaccessibility to our coop, due to no provisions being made for handicapped persons while the building’s elevator would be replaced over three months. Mr. Albunio is an awesome lawyer for many reasons. First, he will not lie to you at all but will do the best he can for your case. Second, he keeps his clients in the loop at all times and lastly, his manner of treatment is out of this world. He was very compassionate about my condition and treated my husband and I with respect at every turn, never minimizing my feelings. I especially like that he was very knowledgeable about his field of work and explained it to us so thoroughly and was able to help us understand the complexity of our case in layman terms. In all truth, I bumped into dialogue with Counselor Houslanger completely by accident, under the erroneous impression that his firm was the latest to inherit an old judgment, presumed to be still in effect and in force, naming my mother as the Defendant, while in truth and in fact he was NOT the Counsel of Record. Nevertheless, he gave me an audience, he asked me for the Index #, he had the means and the desire to take some initiative in researching some basics about this old story, and as fate would have it, my mother's old judgment had been ordered to be vacated some five years earlier in a certain class-action matter. Counselor Houslanger then went out of his way to offer some basic instruction for the proper Pro Se steps to remedy the judgment in the Court of the first instance, which I imagine would have worked nicely if the Court staff at my mother's venue understood the procedure as well as he himself does. Bureaucrats seldom see beyond the scope of their own responsibilities, however. This attorney possesses a keen insight to the needs and concerns of ALL with whom he speaks, whether he's getting paid to listen and respond or not. And as long as he doesn't have any equity or interest in the other side of the case or docket, I'll call Todd Eric Houslanger before I call anyone, whether the matter to be addressed is a traffic summons, a criminal arrest, a debtor judgment, a divorce proceeding, a CBP Global Entry Reconsideration Hearing, a charge under the Espionage Act of 1917, or even a FISA Court matter. Regardless whether he'd be equipped and/or inclined to represent and/or to assist in the representation, this is clearly a man whose interactions are ALWAYS a matter of consequence. My only regret is that I encountered this man some seven years after my brother was crushed to death by a subway train. If there weren't so many liens pending in the current cause of action already, I'd fire all current counsel yesterday, and hire Todd Eric Houslanger today, without even checking his record of decisions in such matters. I contacted Ms. Summers and consulted with her by phone regarding a summons my son received for a parks violation. It was a very simple case but she gave me excellent advice and I decided to retain her. She charged a very reasonable flat fee. Subsequently, we met with Kimberly and her partner Doug Schneider. They were very patient and reassuring, especially with our son, and we felt listened to and cared about. Doug represented us in court and we were very satisfied with the results. Irwin Klein is truly a god send. I had a complex case that put me under a tremendous amount of pressure. Not only was he resourceful, understanding and patient, he was also thorough. After he completed my first case, i had a unrelated landlord tenant issue that he resolved effortlessly in the middle of a pandemic. Mr. Klein was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. Unfortunately, it was after I had retained a lawyer for the purchase of my home. The previous lawyer (J. Bradford Kenealy) had not taken the time to thoroughly and competently review my contract. After I took the time to review the contract, I decided that I needed someone else to represent me. That is when, after sitting with Mr. Klein for over an hour, I retained Mr. Klein. I felt completely confident that if I were to be absent at closing that he could sign for me and I would be able to sleep at night knowing that all bases were covered. My title for this review was based on his ability to rectify all that was wrong with my contract after it being fully executed by both parties. Mr. Klein spent days emailing and calling the sellers' attorney's office. all on the premise of having a forum at which to renegotiate the contract since there was an unfavorable appraisal. Where some may have given up and sent back the amended contract, he was very persistent in seeing it through despite the sellers' attorney's lack of communication skills. It was then that Mr. Klein was able to eradicate all my fears about moving forward. Which would have been extremely frustrating to be left in limbo just before you are about to leave the country for 2 weeks. Even though I could go on with details of the transaction and paint a more favorable light for Mr. Klein, the best detail to leave behind is that I will never look for another counsel in matters which are legal.

Thank God for Mr. Wagner ! My husband and I, could not have made a better choice when hiring him to diligently and efficiently handle our case.
