Brittany Kessler is an incredible lawyer and human, for that matter. I had a very unfortunate and upsetting experience in which I was booked for speeding, being on my cell phone and a DWAI. I blew under .08 so wasn’t booked for a DUI but what a DWAI means for your record while not criminal is still a terrible blemish. I was visiting NY from CA so there was the added layer of my being from out of State. Brittany was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and concerns and was kind, empathetic and patient when explaining the way the system works. She even contacted a CA attorney to clarify what may happen to my license there, should I be convicted. She was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is so professional but also truly cares. She made the process bearable. Because of her good relationship with the Court, she was able to have my DWAI dropped and replaced with two much minor tickets. She put together a thoughtful, well researched and powerful case in my defense and I feel so grateful and lucky to have had her in my corner. She’s the very best. I’d like to add that Brittany’s firm Larkin Ingrassia was also supportive and a pleasure to deal with. I hope I don’t need Brittany’s help again but if I ever did I know exactly who I’m calling!

Brittany is amazing. During my DWAI case she was extremely responsive to all of my texts and calls and answered any questions I had. David Wade is an excellent attorney. He is in contact with you as much as you want/need. Mr. Wade walked me through every step of the process making it easier to get through it and understand what was happening. He is punctual and at the end of the day, he saved my life. Had I went with a public attorney for my DWI case I more than likely would have lost all hope for my future career plans. If you do make a bad choice, fix it by making the right one. I contacted Craig 13 years ago and after speaking with him and meeting him to discuss Chapter 7 bankruptcy I hired him to handle the case. He did an excellent job and I can't tell how you how impressed I was with his service. Fast forward to 2013 as a result of divorce I reached back out to him for help and just like he did 13 years ago he was there to help me out and I am glad that I did. I found Craig through a flyer in the mail. I was about to file for bankruptcy with no idea where to start, so I made the call. Scott Riordan is one of the most impressive, trustworthy and respectful professionals that I have had the pleasure in meeting. Seeking legal representation for my son was not the way that I desire in meeting remarkable people; however, Scott was a God Sent for a rather bizarre case in which my 17 year old son fell victim to perceived deceptions and falsehoods. I met Edward several years ago when I was looking for an attorney to handle some Landlord tenant disputes/evictions. As it turned out he was very well connected with the City of Buffalo and so he began working on some Housing court cases for me as well. Always got the results I was seeking and since then I have used Mr Betz for everything from a speeding tickets to personal injury defenses and everything in between. Ed and his firm assisted me in purchasing a new property from an online foreclosure website. The site was very confusing, and I personally struggled to get information on the process. I retained Attorney Acevedo in 2006 having changed lawyers several times before due to inefficiency. I only wished I had met and retained him sooner. I needed someone that was going to fight for my daughter's best interests and Mr. Acevedo always found the perfect pathway to the 'high road'. Whether it has been negotiating the best possible settlement on my behalf he has always managed to keep the best interests of my case at heart. He looks into the future; is insightful and real and is always on call and available to counsel me on even the toughest subjects. Even now, as I continue to litigate my case before the Court, I rely totally on his advice as he is entirely objective. I trust him implicitly - and this statement cannot be taken lightly. I What was at one point represented by Mr Rothman without my knowledge. Apparently, a family member hired him without my consent. I never consented to him representing me. He apparently plead guilty to a crime which I did not commit. I later appealed the decision I filed a bar complaint against Mr Rothman I would recommend any one hire Mr Rothman as an attorney .

I've known John for many years! I think of him more then just my lawyer. I consider him to be a valued friend! He's always been up front an honest! I've recommend him to a number of people and also got him few case's along the years! I truly believe he's always had my best interest at heart. If I ever needed another lawyer he's the first person I would call! He is a great family man and is one of the smartest people I know! I remember when he called me way back when he was at the hospital and his wife was there getting ready to have their son and he called me back to just speak about the case I had going against the hospital that made my mom Brain dead! He also fought hard to get my mom taken off the machine that kept her breathing because the nursing home didn't want the money to stop coming in. This man picked me up in a blizzard to go to the nursing home and he made calls to the insurance company to make sure what the staff was saying was true and it turned out that they were lying and it took us hours to get home and almost got stuck a few times!! Good times!! He deserves a reward he really does! As soon as I see that I could write a review I said most definitely. There are times that I didn't even have court on the day that he would go to the courthouse to try and help me or get me out of jail!! There isn't anyone else that I would rather have on my side for any case that he could defend me on! None of this is false information! So if anyone has a case big or small he's your guy! He will defend you till then end and he will be 1000 percent honest with you and help you the best he can! He has a big heart and he has a big family so he might not always be able to answer the phone on time or might be running a few minutes late with because of his dad duties. But I promise he will not leave you hanging!! I give him more then 5 Stars I give him 1000 Stars!! Love you John! Your like the uncle I always wanted!! Lol!

I heard about Gus from a Radio Ad for an Advocate Attorney to prevent Foreclosures and assist me with the legal process with my Bank. I became unemployed in 2012, from a very well paying job, and was unable to keep up with my Mortgage Payments. I was constantly on the phone with the Bank and thought they would be able and willing to help. However, after stalling for months, and then transferring my loan to a Servicer, I realized I had been "played like a fiddle". From the first day I sat with Gus, he was forthright and explained, that based on the facts of my case; he thought he could help me. He added that he would review the case further, speak to the bank, and would then quote me a flat fee price. He said he would be honest. If he thought he could not help me, he would tell me. Unfortunately, things have taken longer than expected (due to unexpected financial issues on my part) and we have been working on this for over a year. His Paralegal, Sue has demonstrated time and again, that she truly understands what needs to be done, and always strives to that end. As of today, we continue to work toward getting my Mortgage Modification, and I hope to see it resolved favorably in the next few months. Most lawyers would have been on the phone immediately to collect additional monies. Not Gus! Gus has been a true partner in this Major Crisis in my life, and he embodies what a truly Honest and Trustworthy Attorney is. The Legal Profession could use a lot more lawyers like him. I have recommended him to a friend who is in a similar situation, and would do so again without reservation!

I highly recommend Attorney Brill, I had a phone conversation that was highly respectable and very factual. The phone conversation lasted about 10 mins with sure fire questions and answers that gave Attorney Brill my case in a nutshell. After the phone call and a sit down consultation, I immediately hired Attorney Brill. He gave me a clear understanding of the law and what he can and cant do. I felt like Attorney brill was the only Attorney out of the 3 actually consulted giving me a chance to speak rather than making a quick buck, which plays a major part in my book. After getting a public defender that I could not even get in contact with I decided to go to Sullivan and Brill from my case. Steven was very professional and charged a reasonable rate and most importantly got my case to drop to a disorderly conduct from pretty severe charges. All i had to do was a couple of days of community service. I should mention that this was the first time i ever needed legal help and hopefully the last and if not i would gladly hire Brill again.

Mr. Colascione was excellent in all aspects of my case. At the first meeting after being hired, he was able to calm my fears, and really make me feel a lot better about my upcoming case. During the time between hiring and the court date, Andrew was extremely thorough and very professional in everything he did and told me. He also updated me on the status of everything, ranging from different plea deals to just checking in to make sure I was doing all right. If I ever needed a lawyer again, he would be my first and only call. Its not always the best situations that you may need a lawyer for, but Mr. Colascione really helped make my potentially bad situation, into something much more manageable and less frightening. I originally started with a misdemeanor, and through Andrew's hard work, it was knocked down to community service and a violation. I would 100% recommend Mr. Colascione to a friend.

This was my first run-in with the law, and I was not going to take my chances with an attorney I did not trust. After meeting with Andrew and discussing how he would handle the case, I felt more than informed. He not only covered all of the bases, but was sure to let me know every possible outcome of the proceedings. From contacting the DA to finding out how my case would be recepted by the court, Andrew was completely on top of the situation. Usually people see his/her lawyer calling and groan; that was not the case for me, as I knew that Andrew was going above and beyond to keep me as involved in the proceedings as he could. I had many questions throughout the case, and Andrew answered all of them with facts and examples to back them up. It was like I was working with a friend rather than with someone who was just focused on the payout. When my court date came, I went in with confidence knowing that I was well informed on how the day would go. Needless to say, Andrew won my case and cleared me from something minor that could have potentially ruined my future.

In June 2013, he took my case. Throughout the case, I quite often would have doubts, but he insisted that I stay strong and let the law do its job.
