In todays day and age, it is rare you find someone or a company, who is ethical, kind, and a fighter. Our family was crushed with by a dealership, with a devastating experience that occurred on a Saturday! Saturday night, I knew we would need legal service to assist us. On a Sunday, by miracle of a chance I was able tor each Mr. Stevenson. His reassurance, made a dark day a little brighter.

Steve was retained to help my business collect past due debts for work done and services provided. Specifically, we had rented road trailers, ten, to a farm operation which did not pay and it was necessary for me to repossess them. We were unable to collect based on debtor's bankruptcy. Another case involved trailer repair work performed for customer who would not pay. Not able to collect. Another case involved contract to trade a diesel farm tractor to former employee in exchange for lawn maintenance services -- which were not provided. Unable to repossess or to collect as ruled by small claims court magistrate.
Steve did the best he could given the circumstances of these cases. I would not hesitate to use his services again and do recommend him to others.

I worked with, and retained William Devore IV for a legal mess that I was in. I feel that his representation and consultation throughout the process exceeded my expecations. I hired Mr. Cordero to formulate a rebuttal letter to a false memorandum I was issued at work. He interviewed me for 15 minutes and asked me to send him any written documentation that I might have concerning the situation. To my surprise his response was quick and the letter was extremely effective. The letter gave me the comfort I needed to breath at work, and do my job without feeling mistreated. I highly recommend Mr. Cordero .

I had hired attorney Andrew Wigmore to help with a custody case. It was an almost three year battle. He was there every step of the way. He told me what to expect. These things get ugly. He was right. He was super knowledgeable. He made sure we were beyond prepared for everything. He has over 25 years of experience. He always answered my questions or concerns promptly. I retained Mr. Wigmore after a dispute with my father's child which had me feeling helpless. We had no previous agreement written and I was blindsided. Mr. Wigmore and his office staff went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me through out this process. Mr. Wigmore went to court and settled everything for me in a speedy manner, and I have not had any issues since. A few months after the case was closed I received a speeding ticket and Mr. Wigmore was my first call! Again his office handled the ticket without an issue and for a fair price! I do not usually write reviews; however, I would like to say that I am extremely pleased to have hired Michelle Jerome as my attorney. She is an extraordinarily compassionate and motivated lawyer, in addition to being incredibly approachable. When I had been served with completely baseless charges and allegations, I consulted with several legal firms in the New Bern area. I then presented my legal issues to Ms. Jerome. She, unlike the other attorneys I had consulted with, actually took the time to listen to my legal issues, as well as the lengthy chain of events which led to the unfortunate situation at hand. She was extremely zealous in defending my case in order to protect not only my reputation, but also my career, my home and my property, but most importantly, ensuring the welfare of my child. Despite her busy schedule, Ms. Jerome made time for me on quite short notice; as I was given very little time to prepare for the legal proceedings brought against me. She also took the time to listen to the concerns of my teenage daughter. My daughter found Ms. Jerome to be very easy to talk to, as she managed to assuage my child's fears and anxiousness; something that I was unable to do in such exceedingly troubling times. Ms. Jerome managed to resolve my case very favorably, and more importantly, without impact to my reputation, career, home or property, along with protecting the welfare of my daughter. My son had numerous felony drug offenses in several different counties that required mandatory jail time! Mr. Ross was able to get all charges reduced and he received no jail time! Mr. Ross kept us informed about our case, never had us waiting in court unnecessarily and delivered on what we paid him for. He is expensive but my sons life was on the line and it was money well spent!
Highly recommend him if you need a criminal lawyer in Rockingham and or Guilford County!!

I was frantic because my court date was for a particular date and I was flying out of town that morning. I had gone to courthouse to try to speak to someone about getting it postponed or handled the day before no one would talk to me until the scheduled court day. I approached Attorney Mann in the parking lot and asked for his help. So guess you could say I hired him on the spot. He went to court for me got it postponed and then went on the rescheduled day and handled it for. I highly recommend Attorney Hayes Mann.

I had the pleasure of hiring James on two occasions and both times he exceeded my expectations. I hired James Rainsford when he was referred to me by one of Greensboro's top attorneys. I was scared and felt defeated already. My case seemed doomed. Once I began to work with Mr. Rainsford, he strategically untangled all the parts and pieces little by little. He knew that timing was everything. Cory came highly recommended to me. I'd heard that he was a near legend miracle worker in the courtroom (a repeated D.U.I case that might have ended up really bad, he made really right.) . But I"d never needed a D.U.I. fixed. However! Crazy things can happen when you least expect it--a police officer going through your purse and finding EXACTLY the wrong thing for instance. I highly recommend Perrin de Jong. I couldn't ask for a better attorney during my ordeal. He handled my case thoroughly and professionally. Perrin is highly intelligent and possesses excellent analytical skills. He came to court well prepared and was able to adjust to any circumstances thrown at him. Mr. Fowler talked to me twice on the telephone probably 30 minutes each time after wife,s passing to help me with estate questions, when I finally received the Death Certificate I decided to stop by his office and and talk to him in person, Mr. Fowler invited me in and we talked at least an hour and 1/2 to 2 hours without charging me, He was more than very understanding of my situation and went out of his way to help me, He was very informative on what i can do to save myself some money and also what he can do as my Attorney. Mr. Fowler is a very down to earth person actually looking to help people with their problems who walk into his office. near the end of our talking i told him I would go down to the court house tomorrow and get the self help packets he told me about I would need to start the process for administrator ,This is one of the amazing parts I got a call about 45 minutes after leaving his office and it was Mr. Fowler telling me he had paperwork to drop off at the courthouse and that he had picked up the packets I needed while he was there and I could meet him at the home depot right then to get them if I wanted to get started on my applications. That worked out great and saved me a trip downtown.. There are a lot of single words I have seen on reviews to describe Mr. Fowler, but for me it felt like instant friendship..

Mr. Wiseman did a wonderful job for me. Even when the DA tried to read off my crimes of 2014 such as eluding police and they took my car away a 2012 Camaro; I was able to get it back. He also just recently kempt me from losing my driver's license after getting caught while driving while license suspended. I am truly grateful for how he handled my case. They DA tried to bring up my 2014 charges but was quickly shot down by the Judge.

I was in a tight bind and under severe stress under the charges I had been faced with and had lost hope. I was assigned a court appointed lawyer originally, but felt there was no intention of legal representation from that one at the time. I also did not want to pay someone who didn't want to represent me (I would have had to if my defense failed.) I hired Don because of his enthusiasm and his professional manner. Once he became involved the whole tune of my entire case had changed. He was very organized and I truly felt he was ready to fight for my case. It was expensive honestly, but I'm a low budget person so that's irrelevant in my case. The amount of hope and stress relief he provided me, a price tag could not amount to so it was absolutely worth it. My charges were dropped in the end, I didn't have to pay my CAA, and having a clean record again gave me a lot of hope. Any incidents I may or may not face in the future, he will be on my call list. Ms. Williamson was quick to respond to my calls (within a day), which is far faster than other attorneys I've hired in the past. Additionally, she was frank about realities in potential outcomes in the matter and only encouraged the courses of action that were likely to be resolved in a favorable way. She also charged very fairly, not drawing the process out and even advising against work that I could have paid her for but which she felt was unnecessary and might be a potential hardship for my family financially. Many in the law field are cavalier about taking a client's money without it always being the best path for the client, and Ms. Williamson did not do that. In short, she's ethical. And she's also tough and smart. I would encourage anyone with a legal need to call her.
