David is by far the best attorney I've ever had he is very smart and has so many clients and still managed to keep me and my mother beyond informed. He devotes his entire life to his job more than most attorneys do. He also managed to solve my case of 9 felonies for selling heroin to an undercover detective to just 22 days in county jail and basic probation with just 2 convictions. I would recommend David as your next lawyer he is the best at what he does and to this day I will still call him for legal advice and he is always right! Thank you David!

David not only represented us for traffic violation, he also kept our insurance from going up and handled due to an error by the clerk of court David took the time to drop what he was doing and run up to handle issues out of his control on our behalf. Most attorneys do the one job and then are done with you, not David! He went far beyond measures every time I called in order to get things done at a fraction of the cost mind you! He then followed up after each issue to be sure it was handle! I can't even say enough to thank him!

I retained Ms. Nicholson's services last month after receiving a traffic ticket in Durham. It was the first citation I had received, and so was uncertain as to how to proceed. Ms. Nicholson, her partner, and the rest of her staff were all very professional and answered all of the questions I had. They put me at ease, and I worried much less about the situation after our conversations.
Ms. Nicholson was able to get the traffic case dismissed in this specific instance, and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. However, even if the result had been different, I would still recommend her firm due to her professionalism and transparency throughout the process.

I recieved a letter from the DMV in relation to an incident with my monitech device. I got the letter for DMV court on Monday and called Meredith the same day and she made time to have a meeting with me that same day as well as go to the hearing with me that Friday. She was amazing I was so frazzled About goin to a DMV hearing. Meredith sat down with me we talked about the events that lead to the incident and she really made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to prove my case and keep my license. I would recommended her to anyone in a similar situation or dealing with the DMV at all!

I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

On March 24 2021 Mrs. Miller was able to beat a dwi for me where I blew a .12. Very professional argument. Had previous cases on hand to defend her argument. Would definitely recommend her for any legal matter. I had found Jeff on line. His team was in touch with me within a day. I am from out of state so was hesitant at first. But after several Email’s and conversations decided to proceeded. Our day in court finally came , a couple of notes do not bring your cell phone to Roxboro court house an pay fine before leaving. Leaving St. Thomas More Church in Chapel Hill I was unaware of the posted speed. I received a citation, was to appear in court two months later. I was unable to attend, I live Cape Cod Massachusetts. The citation caught up to me two years later, on the renewal of my Massachusetts driving license... I contacted Attorney Goldston. He returned my email promptly and reassured me not to worry.
