I reached out to Mr Wymard shortly after getting into trouble with a friend. Mr Wymard assured me that while the charges were "trumped up," there was still some risk to the case against me. After reviewing all of the facts and speaking to several witnessed, I was assured that we would have good chances in a trial. While I was still nervous about the situation and the impact it could have on my life, Mr Wymard's confidence made me feel better about the imminent proceedings. To my surprise, my attorney had been working in the background to have the case thrown out, and he did!

I did mail my revised N400 using USPS certified mail with return receipt and I also included all the valid documentations from the correct state agencies.

Joel is very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and articulate. He guided me through a challenging period in my life. I had 2 DUI's and I contacted Joel. After we discussed my cases, I hired him. Joel was very responsive and always got back to me if I had questions or concerns. He was able to show the court that indeed I was an intelligent, productive member of society, who had psychiatric and emotional issues that lead to drinking. I needed an attorney to have my juvenile record expunged. I called around everywhere. A lot of people gave me the run around in regards to even scheduling a consultation. While I had Niels Eriksen defending me, he would swoop into the courtroom with his briefcase and long pea coat, shake hands with the judge (one of them he was room-mates in college with), get whatever he needed to do done, and then we would be out of there. He obviously knows what he is doing and just has a powerful confident presence about him. It made me feel extremely comfortable knowing he was on my side.

Jim Swetz represented me in a high profile, complex, and convoluted case that spanned several years. The local police and prosecutors tirelessly pursued my own demise, something ALA Steven Avery but never fully exposed. Jim never ceased in exposing the misrepresentations and pursuing a fair trial. The Verdict from the jury trial did not pan out in full acquittal, but the sentencing phase helped produce real justice in light of the conviction. And we won the appeal filed by the DAs office. Jim Swetz was recommended to our family when my brother was killed by a drunk driver almost 5 years ago. He has had nothing but our family's best interest in heart since the beginning. He explained how the legal system worked and what we had to work with and how long the process would take. He knew nothing would ever replace my brother, a 20 year old, who lost his life far too soon. He wanted to make sure that the bar that played a huge role in his death would have to own up to what they did. I unfortunately had to go through the Chester County court system for an outstanding traffic violation & soon after a misdemeanor criminal charge. I had never had these kind experiences before and was, well, dead broke and lost. Judge Iacocca was firm with me, but also, unexpectedly, beyond respectful.
I don't want to gush too much here, but I believe this man is coming from the highest moral standard, yet with a generous heart and forgiving nature to his character. He comes off as a regular guy with an understanding from lived experience, both inside the courtroom & beyond. I believe he wants to truly have impact in a system that's currently, ahem, "challenged". I'd imagine he's a fine attorney too. Like a guy who'd do what he does just to "keep the lights on".
His predecessor, Dan Mansiano, who tragically passed, like Judge Iacocca, did what a good judge is supposed to do: one who listens more than speaks, then tries to make fair decisions based upon what is known without being swayed. In turn, Iacocca sets a real example for the community, and for preserving a level of decency and justice. We are lucky to have him. We need more judges like him, period.

I don’t know what happened to my other review but I think pallen is nothing but a money hungry person. I don’t think he’s handling my mother’s finances well and I think him and my sister are both very sneaky about what he’s paying a nurses aide for her, when he told me and my other sister he was hiring Bayada nurses for my mother’s care. All the sudden him and my sister hire a nurses aide who I feel is not competent. I hope people know these guardianships get 4% of the estate and I feel he’s draining her finances. My mother was not incompetent and I feel the court system has failed her! Save your money- now I’m finding out that my sister Lynn and her husband are on drugs and pallin isn’t doing anything about my mother’s welfare. Lynn is a bad influence-she will not let us visit our mother. Heard she cleaned out my mother’s house with the money in her safe!! Pallin she’s buying drugs and you don’t care about my mother’s finances that you claim you are taking care of. She has no idea (my mother) of what’s going on with lynn(her daughter).

Synopsis:
Was found guilty through representing myself. Hired Kayla to represent me on appeal. Kayla did her due diligence in securing the necessary information to prove my innocence. She litigated flawlessly and raised necessary doubt as related to the prosecutions case. The judge stopped the prosecution to point out that Kayla had embarrassed the position of the state, that reasonable doubt was rife throughout, and that the prosecutions witnesses were riddled with holes and doubts as to the truth and validity of their claims. We are extremely pleased with her performance.

I was facing serious charges a year ago. I hired a private lawyer but they were not really helpful. I was going through hearings without really feeling I was being helped by my attorney. Then it got to a point where they needed more money to proceed with the case. I was feeling hopeless. They asked for a ridiculous amount of money that I did not have and they were not really helpful to begin with. So I started looking for another lawyer to help my situation. My uncle, through a lawyer friend of his recommended Steven Omeara. After going with Mr. Omeara i totally lost that feeling of hopelessness that I had. Steven was very helpful and fought very diligently for me. He was always on top of things. He is a well recognized lawyer and I must say that I got a first hand look as to why he is so sought after. Steven helped me get into a program where they will expunge my charges upon completion. The previous lawyer I had failed to get me into the program but Steven did. I couldnt be where Im at without Steven Omeara. And I highly recommend him for all your legal matters.

I have struggled with finding the right attorney for years hired 3 others before I found Mr. Thomas. He got me my divorce in under a year! This was no easy task my ex had his brother defending him so he had the luxury of no attorney fees and I have 3 children.
