Going back 20 or so years, I have occasionally consulted with Chris on a variety of matters. His viewpoint and advice is "to the point" without lapsing into legalese and jargon, and he is efficient. Most of all, I like that in addition to framing the conversation in legal terms, he applies common sense and sensitivity to the situation. I just feel he has the eye on getting the particular matter solved, rather than have his eye on the billing clock. Very highly recommended.

Evan’s specialization, method, and knowledge in DUI make his firm your best asset. I hired the Levow firm for two DUI’s that occurred months from each other. The first incident had charges of DUI, refusal, speeding and reckless against a prosecutor known to be the toughest in the county. Thanks to Evan’s negotiating, all charges were dismissed for a refusal charge. The second incident had DUI, speeding, reckless, and CDS charges. Evan truly is the best at what he does! I was faced with my second DWI in Hoboken that lasted 11 months of going in and out of court. Evan and his staff communicated with me the whole way through which made things alot easier for me. We were forced to go to trial on this case. At trial watching Evan work was like watching a movie. I gave him the name "The Goat" even before the verdict. I was truly pleased with his services so guilty or not guilty I knew my money did not go to waste. End result Not Guily! A year ago, I found myself in a tough position. I had just gotten a DUI, and as a member of the armed forces I was notified that my security clearance would be under review. My job in the military is my sole source of income, and if I lost my security clearance, rightfully so I would lose my position. I was told that I had thirty days to provide a rebuttal, so I had to act fast. I knew I needed a lawyer with an extensive background in security clearance law. I did some research, and within a few days I had found Mr. Ciuca. Once I contacted Tony and explained my situation, he wasted no time at all. Within a week, he helped me gather all of the paperwork I needed and provided me with an outline of how he was going to draft my rebuttal to the security clearance review board. Soon after, he authored a rebuttal letter for me, and after a day or two, I submitted my final response to the review board. A few months later, I was notified that I would be able to keep my security clearance. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Tony. He was right there with me every step of the way, and wasted no time. His speedy and well drafted response helped to save my career, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Joe did a great job with my case. He fought for me, and won. I was falsely charged with a crime that could have affected my employment, drivers license, and financial aid for school. I was pleased with the outcome because he believed in me and fought for me until he was able to come to an understanding that both the DA and I could accept. This was not a plea bargain either! I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Mr. Sembrot managed to suppress some charges while lowering others and secured me a very sweet deal with the DA. Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. I used Michael`s services for the criminal litigation in Federal Court in Philadelphia. He managed to get the best outcome possible in my case. As an out-of-state resident with a family member in trouble, I needed to find a competent criminal attorney to address charges for an impending court date. I was referred to Mike Engle from the DA's office in my state noting that he was the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Attorneys. I found Mike to be very responsive (he actually called me back the same day) and willing to step me through the legal process. He answered all of my questions in a very friendly manner. We covered the legal implications, the fees, the process, and the potential outcomes so that I felt that putting my trust into Mike's hands was the very best decision I could make after interviewing more than a half dozen attorneys. Now that the case has progressed, Mike has continued to be affable and reachable. Brian is great. Last year my family hired him after SSI turned down my disability claim. I met with him publicly with my parents at least 4 times to discuss my options, and he reviewed my paperwork for weeks until he determined that I was wrongly turned down to earn SSD for my autism disability. I’m mildly disabled but can’t cook on my own and can’t EVER afford to live on my own, so he filed a lawsuit against the social security office. We went in front of a judge twice, because my first court appaearance got pushed back for no reason, and I finally stood my ground and reasoned that I have been disabled since 2009 and need more money help than just my part-time job, including that every employer in my town has refused to hire me full time due to my neurological disability, and it’s my right to appeal the refusal for social security disability pay. It took around a month but the judge was completely on my side and decided that I was in full favor of SSD payments. Brian won my case and ever since January of this year, I’ve earned monthly SSD pay to help me live off of plus my part-time job paycheck. Brian really cared about me to fight tooth and nail to win my case. He was extremely respectful and professional, even called me for consultations since my scheduling wouldn’t always allow me to meet in Greensburg to discuss my case with him. He’s definitely a great lawyer and knows what he’s doing. Thank you, Brian, for winning my case, and I would recommend you to anybody who is troubled with social security issues. 5 stars for you.

I was turned down by 2 mega firms here in Pittsburgh. Robert pierce was one of them and I forget the other. I was let down and fed up with disability attorneys and their bs. A friend recommended I go see Brian. I get there and he immediately says it will take time and he's going to start my cases over from scratch to build them. So we did. He guided me through the process and a year or so later we had a hearing. We won. I got my benefits. The big guys will turn you down if you're not a sure thing. I use fedex vs a pedestrian in a crosswalk as example. If your not a case like that for SSDI/SSI, you'll get rejected my the mega firms like Edgar Snyder and Robert pierce. They will abandon you days before your hearing even. I've heard reports of it happening. Brian will not do this. He is super personal and trustworthy. We have a great client attorney relationship and he went over and beyond his call of duty when he could have just told me what the mega firms did and sent me on my way because I was "to much work and not a sure win". Do yourself a favor and retain him for your SSDI/SSI needs. You won't be disappointed. I sincerely promise you that. From the bottom of my heart.

I would highly recommend Albert Joseph Evans for a car accident injury. I was hit in the rear end of my car. I did not know my next step. Who do I call and who do I talk to. The car insurance for the lady that hit me kept calling me. She wanted me to take a settlement of my week wages that I missed due to injury. I now walked with a limp and was in pain 24/7. I went through 6 months of pt that were not helpful. I then went for pain management and had 3 injection in my back. He was understanding and knowledgeable about car accident injuries. He let me know who to talk to and who not. First thing is to stop answer the phone calls except by him and my doctors. I found out about all the car insurance rules for the state of pa. He walked me through the jury picking on my case. Explained to me step by step what he was going to ask the people for the jury. He help explain all the details of going to trail of pros and cons. He did explain the arbitration also. It is important you know all your avenues for your case to decide what way you want to go with it. Know that you have no chose but to have a major surgery done on your back and live with this the rest of your life. I am glad I had albert for my case with all his knowledge with car accidents.

Im a juvenile from WILLIAMSPORT PA it was a racist town/county and they have a 98% prosecution rate. They always target black kids/juveniles and throw any charges the are false & outlandish & 9.99/10 they stick. I have been adjudicated for many charges i didnt have anything to do with because they take the stand, and lie. They tried to put gun, shooting & burglary charges on me after all the other false allegations they charged me with that i had no doing in. My public defender was no help and let it happened. When my mom finally hired Ed. Alva. They acted very straight and played by the rules. He pointed out the facts and saw that it was BS on my evidentiary hearing. And they dropped all my charges and released me from probation the same day he was hired. He's calm understanding and actually does his job VERY well. & he will be my lawyer until he retires. But i will always use this law firm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After having several attorneys who did not believe in my husband's case, but did not hesitate to take my money. We came across Alva & Shuttlesworth via referral and was introduced to Mr. Foster. Since day one of speaking to Ed, he saw the vision and believed in my husband's case. He didn't make any promises or sell us dreams like lawyers in the past. However, he simply said I will do my best to represent my client. My husband currently serving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit has been fighting for his life for over 15 years. We hired Ed for PCRA Evidentiary hearing, and he came in, reviewed the file, spoke with his client several times, went to see his client, and listened to what his client brought to the table. I was in a car accident caused by another driver and smashed my nose on the steering wheel. The injuries ultimately required two surgeries to repair correctly. The insurance company for the driver downplayed my claim and made a low ball offer that I actually considered taking. Thankfully I consulted Mr. Kurtas who took the matter and ended up getting me the full coverage from the other driver as well as the full underinsured coverage from my own insurance company. In total, he recovered more than 6 times the amount that I was initially offered. I could not be happier with the result.
