Attorney Ellison assisted us with the case regarding employment law with two counties in Minnesota. After completing work for the counties they did not pay us for the work yet we were being taxed for it and subsequently end up falling behind. We obtain the services of attorney Ellison who took her case and assisted us ultimately leading to the judge granting us actual litigation. That means a lot to a small business attorney Ellison was fair his costs was reasonalve. He communicated all actions of the litigation and informed us of what to expect after the litigation. He made himself flexible to our needs. He is the people's attorney and I would definitely refer him to anyone that is looking for representation in a field that he specializes in.

Look no further if your ever in need a the BEST Defense Attorney in AZ! I live in California and was so scared when I was trying to find an Attorney for my son who made a very stupid mistake. I was referred to John by another AZ Attorney who didn't have time for my son's case. As soon as I spoke to John, he made my anxiety attack disappear. I knew from the start he was experienced and could get us through this nightmare; and he did. John kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions and made me and my son feel at ease. John also worked with me on his fee. Wow, where to begin. This case was the first time I was ever a defendant. Scared of not knowing what happens, I reluctantly found Mr. Moore. He used his experience to explain the entire process to me and put my mind at ease. I would definitely use Mr. Moore in the future. We won our case( SLAM DUNK) and now I am in a better place for it. I cannot stress enough how much John Moore did for me in a time of crisis, frustration, fear and stress. From the minute I called his office and talked to his partner, they were both very responsive, friendly and started looking into my case right away, before even meeting with John in person.
During my initial meeting with John I was a complete wreck. I was nervous, embarrassed, about to cry, and my mind was all over the place. From the very beginning of him offering me water and walking me to his office, I already felt better knowing there was NO JUDGEMENT and that he really just wanted to listen to the details of what had happened during my free consultation.
John was very friendly and easy going, and didn't have that "cocky" lawyer appeal I had seen before and didn't like might I add. He was very honest with the fact that I did, indeed, need a lawyer and that it would be expensive but that he would charge way less than other "big name" lawyers. He gave me the time to shop around and said to contact him if I decided to move forward with him as my representation with absolutely no pressure.
He was exactly right! I went to 3 other lawyers and he spot on about the price (competitors being anywhere form 3-6k more)! Not only was the price at others TOO high for me to afford or pay, but the environment and personality's of the others I visited were dreadful. One was a complete salesman and then asked me for 10k, another was basically falling asleep during my consultation and then said, "well, there isn't much I can do," and the third was so unmemorable that I can't even recall anything about him!
While money was a factor in choosing the right lawyer, I am a big "gut instinct feeling" type person, and knew that I would ultimately choose the person who best resonated with me! I feel lucky and blessed, because not only was that person John, but he was the most affordable as well. I truly believe it was destiny for me to find him.
Specifically, once hired, John kept me in the loop at all times and more importantly- did everything I needed him to do. He asked the right questions, gathered all of my information, handled the court dates and mostly, kept me calm. I kept asking him if there is anything I should do, or how worried should I be? His response was always calm and with a smile, "Don't do anything and don't worry... you really don't have to worry." This was so hard to hear because I WAS worried. Worried about my future, going to jail and just in general, was a big ball of stress. He totally helped calm me down and even assured me it was okay for me to cross the US/Mexico border to go on a retreat I had already planned! Not only did he tell me to go, but he told me to have a great time!
About my case, he handled it well... beyond well... COULDN'T HAVE GONE BETTER! I was charged with a Felony 4 for a first offense shoplifting case. I was so afraid of reading about my future and what being a "felon" would do to my life. Not only did he get it dropped to a Misdemeanor, but he also pushed up on the prosecuting lawyer to allow me to take the shoplifting diversion program, in which once completed, the case would be closed. Oh happy day! He did it and all I had to do was show up to court, plead "no contest" and then agree to complete the diversion program, which I did within two weeks!
In my opinion, John went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he had to. I learned more in his free consultation than the other three free consultations combined! In conclusion, if you are looking for a lawyer I CANNOT stress enough how perfect John is for the job! While he was my criminal defense lawyer, I am confident that whatever your legal issue he could help and do so with confidence, a smile and grace! He was honestly the best person to help me navigate around a legal system I know nothing about! You will not be sorry if you need to hire him for any reason!!!

I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Steven Meyerand. As I am sitting here a free man looking forward to every waking moment with my family. He and Jared are an amazing legal team to have on your side. I was charged with a class 3 felony for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon which carries a minimum prison sentence of 5yrs in Arizona. I did not do what I was being charged with but I made some critical mistakes in not fully cooperating and antagonizing law enforcement on the night of the incident. I was completely guilty for contempt of deputy but not for what I was being arrested and charged. Needless to say when the State refused to let the case go we went to trial. The trial took 3 horrible nerve racking weeks to get through with hours upon hours of testimony. His guidance and reassurance during the trial helped me and my family get through this trying ordeal. At the end of it all he convinced the jury I was Not Guilty. Arizona does however have what is called lesser included charges, which for this case was a class 6 felony for Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon. The lesser charge if found to be dangerous would have been a minimum of 1.75 yrs in prison. I was found Guilty for the lesser charge but since he convinced the jury it was non-dangerous it was left as an undesignated felony with 3yrs probation, which means I can work to get it reduced to a misdemeanor. See! that is how amazing he is, I know all of this now because of his commitment, knowledge and professionalism to making me understand my rights and options. Steven guided me through every phase with a full understanding of what was happening with honesty and integrity. I feel this was the best possible outcome short of a full dismissal and I have him to THANK.

Adam is such a great lawyer that truly cares and supports his clients. He does a great job at explaining every step in the legal practice which like many is extremely helpful if one does not have any prior knowledge. With my case he always had a back up plan and made sure I was updated once information has arrived. It was easy to get into contact with him which effective communication is crucial amounts your lawyer and yourself. Adam does a great job at offering advice but is also willing to support any decision you have. He is an honest person, great lawyer and is definitely worth hiring as your attorney.

I had the opportunity to have a consultation with Mr. Gross about a legal situation I am currently in. He was extremely helpful to me. To me a genius is someone who can take information that would be impossible to understand and make it accessible to anyone. So when I consult with an attorney I expect to hear ...this is the trouble your in and this is how much its going to cost. Adam and the DM Cantor team were incredible in handling my DUI Case. It was my second time getting a DUI and the team was successfully able to get my case down to a first time offense. I ended up with a first time fine, home detention and ultimately a reduced penalty in the State of Arizona for a second-time offense.
The result of my case was a very favorable considering that a normal second time DUI requires a minimum of 6 days in jail and 24 of home detention and more significant fines and fees. I can't express my gratitude to Adam and the DM Cantor team enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

Atty Ravindar helped me throughout my immigration process. Unlike the previous attorney I hired, he was easy to reach and woukd call you himself if you need him. Charles had a special way of handling situations that to say the least, we're my oversight and poor judgement on my part and he would flat out tell me my position and what we could do or not. He doesn't waste your time or his trying to undo what has been done. I had not put my name on a house we bought 2004, put in her name only for personal reasons, then got married the next week in Maui. 2013 ex wife filed for divorce, I had never put my name on Deed of Trust. I thought for sure it was like Chicago and I was going to to get My fair share. Had alot of hard knocks, fun time remodeling.. The return when sold netted her a fortune, which in my case not so good. I learned a valuable lesson and my attorney teased me which he does to lighten the grief, shock. He means no ill will, just some words to ease the pain. He has helped me when I did not think you needed a lawyer, such as DUI blood test had me convicted before I got to court, not so fast he said, then proceeded to dismantle the states shotty blood analysis by doing our own independent blood lab. Had a little luck of the Irish behind the gavel also. Reckless driving be OK with your client. As a fellow lawyer that recommended him in 2012, Did I want the fancy clothed, big building, TV commercial guy or do you want the guy that fights the fight, gets the job done, and tells you the truth, bills a fair dollar, and also tells you your wasting your time and money. It's about results some good, some hard to swallow. If you hire him, tell him to shine those shoes and wear a belt and get one fancy suit, which will have to be made since he loves the gym...

I’m guilty of what most are, a preconceived notion of how someone or something will be or turn out, before allowing a fair chance. In other words, I didn’t let the fat kid play quarterback...turns out he had a damn good arm. Jacob Fausette, in every way, shattered my perception of public defenders. Keep in mind, he also has a law firm with his brother, along with the grueling docket of cases handed charged to him by the state. Well, I assumed I would get little to nothing from Mr. Fausette, and could you, could me, could anyone really blame him. I don’t think so. Now, hear I am, telling you how WRONG I was. The outcome, in light of my legal circumstances, turned out better than I could have ever hoped, thanks to Mr. Fausette. He got a better outcome than perhaps spending thousands of dollars or hiring five different attorneys could’ve gotten me. He was persistent, he showed conviction and here I am praising him for his efforts. He negotiated tirelessly with the prosecutor, and would not just settle for an easy plea. He is sharp, straight to the point, and willing to actually listen to your side of things and fight for the outcome you hope for. He knows the law and is experienced working with many of the judges and state attorneys. Myself, along with many others who put themselves in the hands of attorneys who are also human and tired and overworked and work based on pay, are lucky and should be grateful to have a lawyer like Mr. Fausette. Is this a new standard that Mr. Fausette is creating? Probably not, however, it’s great to know that lawyers like Jacob Fausette are available to those who may not be able to fork out a few hundred bucks an hour for his or her attention or services. I can’t imagaine what paying Mr. Fausette would get you. Atticus Finch...well, certainly an ode. Thank you, Mr. Fausette, an ode to Atticus indeed.

I’d first like to say that I am 33 years old. This is the first review I've ever written. First of all, I'd like to say that Dawnese was more than affordable and well worth the price. My first encounter with Dawnese was professional and left me feeling more at ease with my upcoming hearing; which she only had little over a week to prepare for. She read over my case and took it as a personal interest to make sure she'd fight for me. She took the time to make sure that we left no stone unturned. To say that I was impressed with Dawnese would be an understatement. I was beyond taken back to see how much see fought for me. She won that case without even having to use all the evidence we had. Scott Bennett was an excellent choice of an attorney for my case. I was faced with a life changing event that I did not even understand was an offense. He was extremely thorough in his explanations of the offense, the potential charges I faced and what each one of them meant to me as a professional and a person. When I first went to Scott over a stressful contractor remodel job that ran way over the estimate. The contractor was suing me. Scott calmed down my fears over the legal process. Whenever I needed to talk to him he was there. He always responded back to emails and text messages quickly. He has a quiet, calm personality, but don't let that fool you. If you need a trial attorney he is an excellent negotiator with a solid ethical code. You can expect because of his ethical code that you will not be over billed for his time. Scott was able to settle my case without it going to court. It was no surprise to me that he made partner as quickly as he did at his firm. I will forever be grateful to Scott!

Mr. Feinberg was very instrumental in clearing me the unjust traffic charges that were wrongfully applied to my driver's license by the overzealous Tempe Police department.

Following a horrific vehicle accident, my nephew received the harshest possible charges for an event that we felt was not deserving of such excessive retaliation by the state. He was assigned a public defender who, while good-natured and good-willed, seemed increasingly incapable of doing more for my nephew than simply going through the motions and hoping for some good luck. I decided that I needed to help get a more determined and effective attorney. I had some contacts and got numerous recommendations for "the best" attorneys in Phoenix. Most did not even bother to respond to my inquiries. Someone recommended Marci Kratter, and after reading her statement of purpose and values on her website, I felt we had found the right lawyer for my nephew. I asked her to look at the case and give it to me straight. She responded that this was a terrible situation made more terrible by the egregiousness of the charges against my nephew and that she felt certain she could help. She offered to split her fee with another attorney, Larry Kazan, who was an expert in handling vehicular cases. The result of their efforts was a drastically reduced sentence deal for my nephew, one much more commensurate with what had actually occurred. Larry Kazan shredded the testimony of the state's accident reconstruction agent, proving that much of the charge against my nephew was based on inaccurate and misleading assumptions. His reputation was more than lived up to. He and Marci Kratter were tireless in their defense, massively effective, and generous with both their time and their approach to financial matters. I cannot recommend him sufficiently to match his expertise.

In December of 2018 I used Henager Law Firm to represent me in a case that had me falsely accused. I reached out to Henager Law Firm because Tom has an excellent record with winning cases that go to trial. After telling Tom what happen, it was clear he nor me was going to accept any plea bargain and we were going to fight this to the end. Tom prepared and provided witness statements and evidence that put pressure on the state prosecutor to dismiss the case. Unfortunately the court system dragged it on for several months but when it was all said and done, Thomas Henager had my case dismissed and life back to normal. I hope I never get myself into anymore predicaments but it is a peace of mind knowing I have somebody to call if I ever do. Thanks Tom!

When I started looking for an attorney I thought I would never find someone who would believe me. I think a lot of attorneys wouldn't have. I needed an attorney who wasn't afraid to ask the hard questions and had the skill to present the truth. Tom is an exceptionally skilled attorney who gave me everything I needed and more. Tom was able to get me out of jail faster than what is normal. He pulled together every necessary witness and was able to quickly develop a strategy for my defense. Tom had more confidence in my defense than I did, his confidence and experience were reassuring. I was facing felony charges that could have jeopardized my professional license. Tom was able to get my case completely dismissed! I walked out of the courtroom a free man all because of Tom and his zealous advocacy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.

I cannot figure out how to remove the previous review but I would if I could. Immigration is a very difficult and emotional process and we felt like we were not getting help. As it turns out Magaly Fontes was not ignoring us and had some family emergencies herself which kept her from contacting us. She did call us and we got the most caring, informative help we have received so far and are looking forward to her representing us through this process. If anyone can tell me how to remove a review I would like to remove the previous negative review I left.

Mark is top of the line attorney... My wife was offered 5yrs prison in plea... We hired mark after that offer... Today was sentencing and 3 years probation was the outcome.... That's amazing... Never having dealt with any legal issues in my life besides a speeding ticket, I was clueless and terrified of what to expect when hiring a lawyer for a “your worst nightmare” situation. Bruce came highly recommended by a respected colleague of his and I am so grateful that I took their advice.

I had a very unusual case. After meeting with Kathryn and explaining my situation, she was 100% on board. She spent a lot of time researching medical facts and went the extra mile to find a forensic expert that provided invaluable information. During the hearing she was presented with a surprise expert witness by the opposing side. She swiftly took command of the situation and was able to depose the witness and show said witness was not qualified to provide expert testimony. Kathryn is professional, focused, thorough and quick thinking. She made sure I was kept well informed and explained all my options as well as possible outcomes. I cannot say enough good things about her and the job she did.
