I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a lawyer from a DUI law group based in Phoenix, Arizona, and sadly, my experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. I was tried in Mohave County, an area where my lawyer evidently had no prior experience or connections, which proved to be a significant disadvantage.
Firstly, the cost of the service was exceedingly high compared to the quality of representation I received. Despite the hefty fees, I felt that I was not a priority for my lawyer. The level of communication was poor; my questions and concerns were met with delayed and often lackluster responses. This inconsistency was extremely frustrating during such a stressful time.
Moreover, my lawyer falsely claimed to possess extensive knowledge about DMV procedures related to DUI cases. I discovered the truth rather late, leading to unnecessary confusion and added stress.
The most troubling part was realizing that, had I not taken the initiative to speak directly to the judge, my sentence could have been much harsher. I found myself stepping into the advocacy role that I believed my hired professional would take on.
In conclusion, I regret my decision to work with this DUI law group. I would advise others to conduct thorough research and ensure their lawyer has substantial experience and a track record of success in the specific county where their trial will occur. It’s crucial to have competent representation that provides value for money and actively supports you throughout the legal process.

I'd highly recommend Ryan and his team--they were all incredibly supportive, knowledgable, and always professional! Ryan actually takes the time to listen and empathize with clients. He was always easy to reach too. My situation was very stressful, and Ryan made every effort to make sure I was informed with all the pertinent details and was always on top of everything at all times! Lynn came highly recommended to me by a priest in the Traditional Catholic Faith. I had medical power of attorney for a gentleman who was in need of receiving the last sacraments of his church. He was not dying at the time. The hospital had a terrible policy in which they would not allow your clergy in unless a person was actively dying. Lynn was able to send letters to the appropriate hospital administration personnel. In doing so, she was able get the hospital to allow the patient's priest to give him the sacraments. She also was instrumental in assisting with the Palliative Care Department which had an issue/misunderstanding in what was appropriate care for this person and how it was being handled.
She is exceedingly kind, caring and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable when assisting her client's needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

I first met Shahin Damoui on a telephonic meeting set up for us by his paralegal Jeannine, and in one call I learned how a strategic mind and professional demeanor could legally assist me well, in my unemployment benefit disqualification/fraud case against the AZDES agency. Then Shahin, over many electronic mail messages, showed me how easily his assistance could be, with caring words and attention to detail, all while carrying himself as an executive at his Mayes-Telles Law firm, blending compassion with conviction.
At the first deputy determination appeal hearing, Shahin had registered himself to be a part of it even before I thought I would answer the Appellate Judge on my own, and facilitated a rescheduling after we had no contact from the Judge that day. At the rescheduled hearing weeks later, an interruption in Her telephone connection seemingly made the prospect of any hearing ill-fated, but Shahin contacted her office, and two hours later, our hearing recommenced with Shahin taking the lead answering Her Honor's questions calmly and assertively, while making corrections to testimony respectively. Miraculously, only hours later the very same day, the Appellate Judge's decision came in favor of myself the Claimant, and it could not have happened, without the deft assistance and guidance of this great lawyer.
I'm obviously so grateful for his amazing service.
The same great lawyer with the character and confidence to tell me, "I am very happy we were able to achieve the result we wanted, and you were very courteous the entire way. I only wish all of my clients were more like you"! Not content with only winning, Shahin then offered to ensure all unpaid claimed monies would be paid to me retroactively. Honestly, how many lawyers display such a level of caring and competency, without being aloof or inattentive to the true thoughts and concerns of their clients? I've only hired one lawyer in my over half-century of life, but all other potential legal representatives will be measured against this great man.

Brian did an absolutely amazing job handling my case.
