In 2018 I was falsely arrested for one of the worst things someone can be accused of, first degree murder, it was a terrifying moment in my life and I had no idea of where to go or who to talk to, I spoke with one attorney who was charging an insane amount of money to represent me, I decided to take my chances and go for a public defender and this is where I met Jack Litwak who was working as a public defender at the time. Jack was not only confident in his ability to prove my innocence but also believed in me and gave me the faith and reassurance I needed at that time, he worked and investigated harder than the police department did, he found receipts, talked to friends and family, investigated camera footage and police records, he did all he could for me, his passion and efforts in this work changed my life and I am eternally grateful for all he did for me, my innocence was proven and I was let go, not only was he a huge part of my innocence being proven but he also guided me to the right people to make sure this police department was held accountable, thank you Jack for the work you have done for me and for all the work you continue to do, I would recommend anyone who is in need of legal support to this man, and assure you that you are in great hands.

I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.

I am grateful for Kristen and her services. Kristen represented my family cases for approximately 4 years. The overall case is complex needing representation with several components multiple times. Kristen was the 4th attorney that I had. The first was for the divorce; I wish I knew about Kristen then. I would have retained her immediately and likely never had to go through what I did. Kristen was up against a 'shark' of an attorney, who represented my ex. Kristen handled everything with grace and tact. There where moments when she presented the ugly truth to me in a kind way. Her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. The only reason that I have new representation is because I moved across the country. She provided me with guidance to transfer my case. She also has great communication. I never felt that I was left hanging and wondering.

Aaron was God sent! Everything that happened with my brother happened so fast and the county law enforcement agency was in a hurry to hang my brother high and dry. Our family frantically searched for someone to represent our loved one with about 24 hours until he was in front of a judge on a SUNDAY! Aarons name showed during the search. Once we made the call we knew we had the right man. Aaron was insanely quick, communicative, available and caring. What stood out to me was he gave a s***! I remember speaking to him and trying to explain the situation and respectfully Aaron stopped me and said "I'm not being rude but right now my concern is making sure I am there with him in person and then we can over details later." He got suited up and drove to represent my brother with just a few hours until he (my brother) was to be seen. Aaron showed up dressed to the nines! well groomed and stood with confidence from there on out that level of professionalism didn't stop.. He helped my brother when everyone else was looking at him less than a human. He handled this case so professionally and proficiently I cannot express how much gratitude I have for his work ethic. You are where you are supposed to be Aaron and I'm sure your name will bring comfort to those who you represent.
