Arja was aggressive with my case and I am so pleased with the outcome! I was charged with a hit and run extreme DUI. Arja was able to get me 4 days house arrest, 1 day of jail, Interlock, $1,500 in fines and two classes. Mind you I have priors and I've been to prison once before and that was my biggest fear was going back and losing my job. This is the best outcome that could have possibly happened because of Arja and her team. Lizette was always very knowledgeable and informative and always responded to my many questions. Without them I probably would be back in prison or serving time in jail. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and fighting for my case.

I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.

I am grateful for Kristen and her services. Kristen represented my family cases for approximately 4 years. The overall case is complex needing representation with several components multiple times. Kristen was the 4th attorney that I had. The first was for the divorce; I wish I knew about Kristen then. I would have retained her immediately and likely never had to go through what I did. Kristen was up against a 'shark' of an attorney, who represented my ex. Kristen handled everything with grace and tact. There where moments when she presented the ugly truth to me in a kind way. Aaron was God sent! Everything that happened with my brother happened so fast and the county law enforcement agency was in a hurry to hang my brother high and dry. Our family frantically searched for someone to represent our loved one with about 24 hours until he was in front of a judge on a SUNDAY! Aarons name showed during the search. Once we made the call we knew we had the right man. Aaron was insanely quick, communicative, available and caring. What stood out to me was he gave a s***! I remember speaking to him and trying to explain the situation and respectfully Aaron stopped me and said "I'm not being rude but right now my concern is making sure I am there with him in person and then we can over details later." He got suited up and drove to represent my brother with just a few hours until he (my brother) was to be seen. Aaron showed up dressed to the nines! well groomed and stood with confidence from there on out that level of professionalism didn't stop.. Hiring Brian Sloan will be the best decision you have ever made if you are seeking the highest level of representation during such a confusing - and scary - situation. I have never been in trouble with the law and I made a very poor decision and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in a stiff jail sentence even for a first-time offender. In the end, Brian was very honest with me and was able to negotiate the best plea deal we could have hoped for. When he did his final review of the case for Phase I representation, he was honest and advised me to take the plea deal because I would definitely not do better should we take it to trial. I got a serious traffic ticket as an overseas student, It was really worrisome for me. After consulting with multiple firms, consulted with the Gaxiola law group. Arja was aggressive with my case and I am so pleased with the outcome! I was charged with a hit and run extreme DUI. Arja was able to get me 4 days house arrest, 1 day of jail, Interlock, $1,500 in fines and two classes. Mind you I have priors and I've been to prison once before and that was my biggest fear was going back and losing my job. This is the best outcome that could have possibly happened because of Arja and her team. Lizette was always very knowledgeable and informative and always responded to my many questions. Without them I probably would be back in prison or serving time in jail. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and fighting for my case.

I was in a car accident. The other driver was a hundred percent at fault and my daughter was in the vehicle with me.Extreme lack of communication on their end. I had to continuously reach out.
They said my case was cut-and-dry.
And would be handled within a couple months, almost 6 months later, finally got settled. They sent me to their doctors that they have an affiliation with, and that ended up taking a 1/3 of my settlement. My daughter was in the car when I got in the accident. They took information about her. And I never received compensation for her portion. They completely forgot about it.
And they still have not reached out. The other insurance company originally offered me a $1000 for compensation for my daughter. For just being in the vehicle.
So they should have been able to get at least that. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed..

These people came out of nowhere calling me and texting me everyday for WEEKS for no reason. When I tried to call back to tell them to leave me alone they hang up/disconnected the phone on me. I texted them back to leave me alone and they kept at it. Shady dirty business, would never trust someone who conducts business like this. Why do I have to be harassed by them??
