I did quite a bit of research and spoke with many attorneys, once I spoke with Lance I knew I found the right one. He helped me with my 2nd DUI among other charges. I obviously had anxiety due to the fact that I would most likely serve jail time. Lance took the time to text and call me throughout the process and definitely helped with my anxiety. He was more personable than I expected, which was really nice. He was able to keep me out of jail and helped me throughly. I was referred to Lance after being arrested for a DUI. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first (and hopefully last) criminal offense. We spoke for about 20 minutes over the phone and he explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Lance put my anxiety at ease and I instantly knew to hire him as my attorney. I provided some necessary paperwork on my end and he handled just about everything from there.
Lance recommended to test/re-test the alcohol level in my blood from the night of my arrest. He kept me posted every step of the way: where the results come from, what the results were, what our next course of action was, etc. The results came in and turns out my blood alcohol was lower (0.07%) than what was recorded in the breathalyzer. With this, Lance was able to reduce the DUI down to a wet reckless!
Also, it is important to note that Lance appeared in court for me each time. Aside from the final court date, I didn't have to worry about taking time off from work.. He kept me informed of each court date. On the final court date, Lance and I met, but again I didn't have to step into the courtroom. We were able to talk about the results and tie up any loose ends (how/when I could get my license back, how this affects insurance, etc).
If you're convicted of a DUI/DWI, contact Lance immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Great and smart attorney. He will fight hard for your case. If there is any small error in your report or procedure he will find it. After a year of fighting my case he got it thrown out. 99% of attorney's take your money and it will be VERY HARD to get a hold of them. You literally get responses from him in minutes (during business hours, i never tried calling him in the middle of the night.) I can guarantee he will fight hard for you.

When we came to Carlos A. Ramos, the case had already been to court several times, and our old Attorney, just wasn’t giving us any positive answers, we literally were doing all the work, But Carlos was referred to us by a friend and let me tell you, from the very first phone call we made, he took the lead! I had a reckless driving ticket with some other DUI complications. I found Byron on Yelp. He was quick to respond to my request for help. He gave me some idea of what to expect and the potential results. He knew his stuff. They were scary but not guaranteed. I didn't like the idea of going to jail for six months and that was looming over my head. He was able to get the charges and fines reduced and keep me out of jail. I was pulled over for minor speeding and was hit with two other correctable offenses in the same stop (the officer was having a bad day). I hired Byron to defend me and he did an amazing job. One evening in late February, I found myself arrested and charge with a DUI. The circumstances of my case were unusual. While I was discussing my unfortunate encounter with a friend, he quickly recommended Nancy King. From the very beginning, Nancy demonstrated the professional qualities and dedication to her clients that is necessary to win criminal cases in court. Nancy's team went right to work tracking down and interviewing all available witnesses. Although a plea agreement couldn't be negotiated, Nancy felt confident in our defense and we took the case to trial. Shortly before the trial began, the DA decided to charge me with misdemeanor battery in addition to the DUI for an encounter I had with someone immediately before my arrest. After serving 20 plus years as a Sacramento Police Officer, I was accused of dishonesty, neglect of duty and making false statements. Not too bad, right? Based on my experience with Ms. Hudson, she doesn't fit the typical perception of attorneys that most people have.
1. She's sharp...very sharp.
2. She actually cares about her clients.
3. When she's focused on your case, she's totally focused on your case.
4. She treats her clients with dignity and respect.
5. Though quite aggressive from a legal standpoint, she is not hostile or arrogant with judges, other attorneys, opposing parties, or clients.
6. She is very good at "thinking on her feet" and is able to respond quickly and tactfully to situations that suddenly appear during a hearing.
In summary, if you're looking for an arrogant attorney from a big prestigious law firm, or one with a hostile "junkyard dog" demeanor, look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a sharp attorney who doesn't fit the stereotype that spawns the plethora of lawyer jokes and causes people to despise attorneys, Ms. Hudson is worth consideration.

I came to miss Calvert last year, with a domestic violence charge, I had warrants for my arrest, a battery charge, a breaking a court order charge and a vandalism charge, I was scarred as hell! I actually found Miss Calvert on this website, I got in touch and within no time at all I was free of the warrants with no arrest..she then tackled the criminal charges, ( each of witch carried a year In jail, that's 3 years not to mention possible immigration consequences witch could follow ) the DA came back with a. Few pleas, but miss Calvert handled me and the situation swiftly, with skill, precision and a smile! She was able to get just a few anger management classes and the charge will go away, with no possibility a for immigration to then get there hands on me! The best possible outcome is exactly what she gotta. I live outside of the state and contacted Ewing Law Group when I was faced with a stressful, frustrating case and a very short time frame that would require them to travel to another county. I spoke with Jason Ewing, and during our very first conversation it became clear that he is an honest person of integrity. I explained my situation, and he took the time to answer all of my initial questions, then advised me that he could take my case but that it would be cheaper for me to choose someone closer to the county where my case was filed. Knowing my financial situation, he also offered to help me complete paperwork myself, but in the end, I asked him to take the case to avoid the stress, and I am so glad I did. Through the course of working with Jason, he was very professional, but I felt more like I was communicating with a friend than simply an attorney. I never felt rushed, or that he was “squeezing me in”, even though I had a deadline coming up when I contacted him.
He was very knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all of my questions, no matter how annoying I’m sure they were. I tend to worry but he never discouraged my “what if” questions and was patient and understanding of all my concerns. He took the time to break things down into simple terms and make sure that I understood things clearly.

I retained Mr. Carl Mandabach to represent me against my employer of 20 years in an ugly Workers Compensation fight in 2012. Mark was the first attorney I had spoken to that understood my desire, not to take a plea bargain because I was innocent. The other attorney's tries to almost scare you into taking this plea. In the midst of a nerve-wracking situation, I was feeling pretty stuck and anxious. But life had a surprise in store for me. I happened to stumble upon Miss Marion Titus. Brandon was my husband’s attorney he did not follow through with anything he said he would!!!! he didn’t help with anything he said he would!!!! It took him forever to get any info to my husband and always had a excuses why he didn’t have any info!!! Every time he came to see my husband he was sweaty and tried to talk cool like they were friends just hanging out never really seemed very professional and has bad communication skills!!!!! He’s not for the people his goal is to get you to take the deal and be done with you!!!

Lisa helped my husband and me with our process of getting a Green Card last year 2017. He found Lisa online and it was a great decision we made to go with her immigration service because I’m Japanese so it was very helpful for me that she explained details of immigration law in Japanese. Also I asked her a bunch of small questions that I was concerned about immigration process via email and she always gave me an answer. Before our immigration interview, Lisa went through everything of our case that our interviewer would ask. That got us prepared and was very helpful. Even though our phone’s signal was terrible at the time, she was patient and we really appreciated it. We are thankful for her patience and effort throughout the process. Highly recommend her.

Where to begin....first and foremost I would like to begin by thanking Lisa for all of her patience and hard work. Starting the immigration process was something my husband and I had been dreading for a very long time. We had two other consultations with different attorneys but they were not able to answer most of our questions. When we met Lisa, it was like night and day. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She was confident and that put us at ease. She was always in touch with us via phone or email. Some of her emails were after regular business hours... like 11:00pm.. :) that definitely showed that she cared about our concerns no matter the time what it was. We didn't feel as if we were just another client.
Lisa's assistant Brian is awesome. He always made sure to explain the stage of the process we were in in both English and Spanish, which we appreciated. He has a good sense of humor :) which helped us when we were preparing for my husbands consulate interview.
