I hired Dan after going through 2 lawyers that did virtually nothing and make mistakes along the way. Dan's confidence in my case and his attention to details was impeccable. He's one of the few lawyers that will ACTUALLY take the time to go over the case in detail and fully understand the intricacies of the case. He was thoughtful, kind and considerate but most of all.....patient with me and my case. I had a serious felony strike case. He was methodical and met with the DA several times in person. He laid out the many mistakes in the county's case. And in the end was able to make the DA realize they had a case that had no merit of basis for continuing further. My case was dismissed.
I would recommend Mr. Olsen to anyone that had a complicated legal issue. You will not be disappointed in the representation he gives. If you are reading this review, I highly suggest you meet with him. Thank you Mr. Olsen and Mr. Abrate for your help. No offense but I hope I never see you again....for a criminal case that is!

Mr. Olsen helped our daughter, who was charged in a criminal assault case and had a high bail levied against her. From his understanding of the charges against her vs her actual level of involvement, he advised that the charges would eventually be dropped, but we would need to be patient and allow the court hearing process to run it's course, unless we posted bail for her release. We did not have the money needed to bail her out, and could not afford the bail bond fee. We followed his advise. During the 2 1/2 months that followed, Mr.Olsen consulted with the DA multiple times in an effort to get the charges and bail reduced or dropped based on the evidence against her, but to no avail. Just before her case went to trial, the DA dropped all charges. We appreciate Mr. Olsen's experience, knowledge of the law and court process, and his efforts invested in helping us with our daughters case. I would consult Mr. Olsen again.

Ryan Friedman is an amazing attorney. He does his due diligence on all matters presented in front of him. He is a true subject matter expert who finds solutions and never excuses. He was upfront with me and attentive to my matter. I was new to Sacramento County after relocating from Los Angeles county. I volunteered for a temporary restraining order in SolCal because I wanted to work on a dead marriage. My ex wife filed multiple falsified law enforcement that landed me a case in the Sacramnto District Attorneys Office. I am truly thankful to Mr. Friedman because he was able to get the District Attorneys office to drop the case while I was able to plead innocent. He was very patient, truly took the time to understand my situation, educate me on the court system, explain all the possible outcomes and discuss potential strategies.

I contacted James when I was arrested for a DUI. I had been in some trouble when I was younger, so not completely new to the court systems but now, as an adult, I knew a DUI conviction could negatively affect me in my job and I wanted to be sure I was doing the best to protect myself. i landed in jail and it seem as tho the case i was there on wasnt going to be resolved as quickly as it should. I ended up having 3 attorney before C. Butler received my case and even tho it still took a few more months Ms. Butler made those months more tolerant then one can deal with under the medical conditions i had but stressing wasnt a problem cause Ms Butler kept me well informed of every aspect of my case. She showed a high interest of wanting to resolved my case. Ms. Butler was a true blessing.

Selecting Joe Valdez as my representation was an absolute pleasure. Not only did he work with me prior to providing any funds but he was willing to work with me on payments for representation. Since I currently live in LA and my court case was in Sacramento, CA I was facing the issues of Transferring charges to different counties, which told a huge effort on my part and Joe’s part to make possible; Joe was able to rearrange court dates to work around my wok schedule so I was able to attend appropriate session in the court house on multiple dates. When I was not able to attend the court appointment, I was a rest knowing of Joe's extensive relationship with the court systems he would be able to communicate between the courts systems and myself as if I were present. At the beginning of my case I was looking at face 90(+) time served and still having to attend all appropriate classes requirements to conclude the 1st time D.U.I offender program in Sacramento, CA. My case was carried out for a few more months during this time Joe was able to work the sentence time to 29 days (which was Transferable and could be completed in Sheriffs work program/House arrest) and minimal finds and program attendance. Selecting Joe was a blessing; I could not imagine a better represenative for myself. He represented me in a way that I could not be happier with, during this crucial moment of my life. I recommend Joe Valdez to anyone seeking fair chances in court systems and life.

I was fighting a misdemeanor charge that I was not going to plea guilty to. I was ready to take it all the way to trial if need be. I'm also disabled and in a wheelchair. Charles was very helpful with my physical condition. I never had to go to court once he was hired. He was very professional and keeped me posted on every aspect of my case. I never had to worry about what was going on. He was willing to answer any question I had. I had to sign the final paperwork and I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. Jessie Morris saved my life and my freedom in 1983. Jessie was my attorney in a criminal case in Sacramento court in a jury trial. I was in jail awaiting trial for a year because I was not able to bail out financially. Jessie fought very hard for me in trial and the end results was not guilty of all 15 count charges.
