André Ríos Bollinger is a wizard! I contacted him after I was told the police were looking for me regarding a felony hit-and-run. André jumped into action and got in touch with the witnesses and police immediately. He broke down the law and possibilities so that I could understand them and make my own decisions. He got a bail bonds agent ready to get me out of jail, and even came down to the police station with me. Ultimately, I wasn't arrested or even charged with a crime. After André talked to the police they agreed everything was a big misunderstanding and closed the criminal investigation. I can’t recommend Ricardo enough. I went to several lawyers, and all of them told me that I couldn’t become a citizen. Ricardo gave me hope and helped me file everything to become a citizen of the United States. He assured me that everything was gonna be fine and it did. This attorney charged me $7500 to represent my interest if a R.O, against my son I wanted removed as I did not put it on. Instead she sold me out and had my son removed to a rehab facility , did not mention the removal of the order without even telling me. She did that to help the prosecutor. It lead to disastrous results to my son leading to his death and the destruction of my family. I hired her the next day in shock at her behavior so criminal. Do not be fooled she does not know who her client is and will she rip you off also OF Course.

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. She did our will--took longer than expected, and we had to follow up with her several times to get status updates. I called her on 8/10 to do a simple legal name change, and she took over a month to start the process, then hasn't responded to any emails since then. I called to follow up on 9/22, and she told me everything would be filed by the end of the week...and nothing. Just called back, and was told yet again that she was unavailable and they had no updates.

I was facing 5 felonies and 2 misdemeanors from the DA in CA. He was top notch and did a fantastic job at representing me in court. He understood my fears of the unsurmountable charges I was facing and the possibility of a very long jail sentence. He was positive he could get the charges reduced or dropped. I was very skeptical for sure and prepared my family and I for jail time. All said and done, Alex got 4 felonies, 1 misdemeanor dropped and no jail time. He also negotiated with the DA that the one felony charge could be dropped to a misdemeanor after 2 years. DA agreed. Served no jail time but I was served lowest form of parole (no weekly or monthly check ins, just had to request travel passes to go out of my county and keep straight with the law) for 3 years. Thanks to a new CA law, my felony parole ended after 2 years. Now I will use him to expunge the felony to a misdemeanor. In the worst time of my life he was a godsend. I highly recommend

He's decent at best. Not aggressive at all! Does not respond well! Thinks of himself as doing a highly moral job and looks down on his clients who need help with problems! Does a decent job with your case and that's the only upside. The downside is that he's too passive and refuses to go after the other party or even recommend on how we could go after them for damages! Would not recommend him. He's too soft for law!

Long story short, I hired Claudia as a lawyer for my divorce and child support case. Love how everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Child support cases didn’t go as planned, but I think we all know parenting laws are not favorable to fathers. However, the divorce process was so good that I was so impressed on the results. I had a high speed chase with the helicopter and was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor, I was possibly facing more than a year in prison and this pit bull of a lawyer got it reduced to a misdemeanor with a little bit of community service and a very small fine. I was referred to her through a friend who had gotten himself in some hot water as well and she also worked her magic for him. She’s super cool and her communication is excellent, I couldn’t be happier. If you’re in serious legal trouble you need her on your team, trust me.

Ever since Vikram passed away about a month and half ago, I only received one call and that was letting me know Vikram had passed away. And someone new would be charge of my case. I had court today 3/28/2022. No one was there to represent me. Prior to my court for more then a week I would call the office to speak to somebody. No one would return my call. I had a good experience with Vikram. But someone was supposed to be in charge of my case after him passing.. I payed alot of money for what so no one could represent me.. Thank God I spoke to a Public Defender and told them mu situation while I was there at court thinking someone would represent me. The public Defender took over the case. And got my case Dismissed. I think I should be allowed a refund of my continuance fee .

What can I say about Russell and Logan, along with Anna Yum and the rest of the incredible team....they saved my life and got me back home to my family!
From the start Russell was very skeptical and realistic of my charges, and the likelihood that things would go my way. As our relationship grew and more details and facts about the case came out, things slowly started to change. He and Logan really started to believe in me.
As the case kept going, with the DAs reluctance to see this for what it was, Russell, Logan and Anna, continued to have the difficult talks of the realities and risks of continuing on towards trial, and not agreeing to take a plea deal for something I was innocent of. I appreciated their willingness to have the hard talks. It was an incredibly horrible position to be in, but with their belief in me, it helped me push forward. Unfortunately the DA did push things to trial.
Right from the start of trial, I couldn't help but feel confident. From Russell's unmatched experience, and his incredible mind that is always thinking of every angle and working non stop, to Logan's cool, calm presence and complete control of the courtroom. They were the perfect team! They bounced questions and ideas off each other the entire trial. Their preparation showed every step of the way. They were always courteous to the judge, related things to jurors, had great questioning of the witnesses, and came out on top with every exchange with the DA.
Results were unanimous not guilty verdict within one hour of deliberations!
Russell and Logan were total rock stars from start to finish. Anna Yum was amazing and knew exactly the right pair to assign to take on my case. 5 stars in every way!!
I would not only refer them to any one I know that finds themselves needing a defense lawyer, but I would not let them go with anyone else!
