She was very responsive and taught me a lot about the whole legal process. Boyd Law came through for us by assigning Joshua L. Fabian to our case. Joshua is a UCCJEA Virtuoso with a fantastic personality and the ability to get through to a difficult judge.
We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely.
When the California judge made what we felt was an erroneous emergency temporary order that caused substantial upheaval in the lives of our children, we reached out to multiple firms and attorneys who all wanted to put us off for weeks on top of charging us for a consultation fee. However, when I called Boyd Law, I reached Brandon (sp?) who patiently listened to our dilemma and put us through to the right team which included Matthew Caldwell, Joshua L. Fabian, and Ashley Hoffman, although Joshua was our Go-To A-Team guy.

I DON'T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!.
Imagine l went to ask his help with a ticket l got it after l forced to pass the traffic light to avoid an accident with the car that followed me closely in raining night in Mira Messa Boulevard.
I explained what happened exactly and he promised to fix that WITHOUT PENALTY. Especially it's my first ticket, and l am driving with out any issue in last 20 years her in USA and Europe.
His assistant took $99 as Attorney fee, and she promised they will contact me to give update with my case.
After several visits to follow what happened to my case bec8l didn't hear anything from them as they promised!!!!
l SURPRISED that the ticket fee increased than decreased! Imagine interested not decreased!!!!
COULD YOU TELL ME WHY I HIRED HIM WHILE HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AS HE PROMISED, l paid MUCH MORE than the ticket penalty. Moreover, l paid his fee without get anything!!!
That's my experience with this BAD ATTORNEY.

This is the 2nd time my family has used Mr. Ticket for red light traffic violations which we believe we were not at fault!
I received a red light violation in San Marcos in August 2018 and reached out to them right away. I explained my situation that I was unable to get out of the intersection before the light turned green as another car entered my lane. I provided other information needed. On Nov. 6, 2018 they were able to get my case dismissed! :-)
From the 1st phone call to 2 follow up emails, their response time is fast and would hear from them within 24 hours.
They are clear about what steps they will take to handle your case/trial.
Their service is definitely worth it if you don't have the time to attend the court dates yourself. They are clear about what they can and cannot do, but will give their best to represent you.
I appreciated every time they reached out to me with my questions.

If you have a traffic violation and a resulting ticket, your first call should be to Mitchell. He was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed saving me hundreds of $$. Back in 2020 I was framed with some drugs in my spare tire in Tijuana, when I try to cross the border I got arrested, it was overwhelming to me, I didn't have any money for attorney at law services, the court assigned this attorney , it was a long walk but everything came out more then I expected. I Was able to fight my case from outside, once Mr. Johnson actually believed in me everything was down the hill

I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware

Cremeans was my son's lawyer. She did not help my son not one bit. He was only 19 at the time of her representation and she was one of the worst lawyers I have ever seen do a very poor job in a trial. She didn't object to any of the things that she was suppose to, and she didn't question so-called witnesses the correct way to show that they were on the stand not telling the truth. To be honest I would have believed she made a deal with the DA to throw my son's case. I don't believe the other reviews are true at all. Cremeans got my son LIFE in prison at the age of 19 because she didn't fight for him! He was charged with no harm robberies.

I already had a horrible situation but to be faced with no good representation was even worse. Marc Geller threw in the towel and gave up for me. when I asked him to try he refused. I fired him and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. it just goes to show it doesn't matter how many years you have been working in a profession experience doesn't equal knowledge.

I have hired Marc for 3 seperate cases, each with exceptional results considering my lengthy criminal record.
The first case was Assault on a Police Officer. After being offered 10 plus years, i was a bit nervous. I consulted Marc and he told me he would do what he can. I ended up pleading guilty of Resisting Arrest and was given probation and community service.
About a year later, i was charged with Felon in possesion of a fire-arm. Possesion of Heroin for sale. Possesion of Methamphetamine for sale. Burglary tools.
A few months later while put on bail for that case i was charged with Felon in Possession of a fire-arm. Possession of Heroin for sales. They were offering me 14 years by the time all the enhancements were tallied on. We ended up taking a deal for 1 count of Felon in possession of a fire-arm and 1 count of Possession of Heroin for sales.
He came and saw me while i was in jail to keep me in the loop. He talked with my family regularly and gave them hope. Here i sit now 1 year after sentencing, a free man and on the right path. After 6 months in jail i went to a rehab. I will be on probation for thw next 2 years which all things considered is amazing. After finishing the rehab i was in i consulted him on an Interstate Compact and the judge and DA had no qualms about it.
Anyone needing a Defense Attorney, this is the man to go to. He put his all into my cases and my family and I reaped the benefits.

I had the unfortunate experience of having William J Kiernan represent me during a criminal matter as a contract attorney for the Alternate Public Defender. He refused to take my phone calls, he refused to respond to my emails, he refused to meet with me and most importantly he refused to properly prepare for my trial Kiernan, literally, did no preparation at all. He even failed to send out a written discovery request. Needless to say the trial did not go well. He is lazy, incompetent and basically worthless as an advocate. I would not recommend him in any capacity whatsoever.

I relocated out of state and obtained new employment. I was informed that I needed to have my information updated due to
inaccurate information in the FBI database. I contacted the attorney and within 24 hours I was provided with a quick resolution to my issue. A Results of Criminal & Traffic/Minor Offense Records Search was filed with the court, the next morning and I was provided a copy. This was completed less then 24 hours.

I paid him $2500 to help get my son's charge reduced and expunged. We live out of state but the charge was in SD. He took my money and said it should be resolved within two to three months. That was over three years ago. He stopped returning my calls. I spoke to another attorney this week and he said it doesn't look like Donte ever filed anything.
Do not hire this man. I don't consider him ethical. I will be reporting him.

I hired Mr. Wyatt to get my husband resentenced, and he charged me $5,000 and never got one meeting with the DA, never filed one motion, he lied saying he knew the head DDA Dwain Woodley. He had me gather character letters, my husband C-File, he led us on for 8 months. Then he stop answering phone calls, we are left in the dust, and he got away with $5,000 of my money. Do not hire him, he's a scam. He told me he would refund my money, and he just ghosted me. This is not right, and my husband never got a chance to present his case, because we trusted in the wrong Attorney. Do not hire this Lawyer, he's very unprofessional, and he's a liar.

I was told Marc needed some paralegal support, and I needed some representation for a personal matter of my own. I was told by Bobby, Marc's paralegal, that they would trade me service's. I was worked like a dog night and day for this firm, seven days a week and even on easter, thinking I am racking up hours on my tab, while Bobby was giving me every excuse in the book about why I'm not getting my retainer agreement, nor is he calling to schedule my court date. Finally after two months of the runaround, and I've refered him $25,000 in business, I put my foot down and said no more work was coming until I saw my retainer agreement. That's when the 180 degree flip where I was insulted, name called, ridiculed, and even threatened. At no time did Marc step in to resolve anything. Wondering if just me, I checked with the San Diego court, where I got the number of two plaintiffs charging Marc with professional negligence. I called and got quite an earful about how I was not a unique case. The woman broke down and cried when telling me how Marc threatened her while she was in the middle of leaving an abusive marriage. So if you're a woman especially, I would proceed with caution.

My experience with attorney Terry S Allen was nothing short of a nightmare. He consistently misled me about critical aspects of my case, starting with falsely claiming the prosecution hadn't provided him with discovery. All he seemed to do was repeatedly waive time, allowing my situation to worsen. Shockingly, he even waived my rights without my knowledge, leading to my misdemeanor being needlessly elevated to a felony.
During my preliminary hearing, he shockingly refused to question officers' hearsay, claiming it was not allowed, which is patently false. His incompetence became glaringly apparent when he failed to inform me that he had accepted the prosecution's elevation of charges without a fight.
Even after I fired him over three weeks ago, he has yet to inform the court of his removal as my attorney, leaving me in legal limbo. His excuse of having murder trials to handle whenever he waived time was clearly a lie designed to cover up his lack of interest in my case.
Terry S Allen portrays himself as an experienced trial attorney, but my experience suggests otherwise. Despite knowing the prosecution's case was weak, he showed no intention of mounting a defense. He was paid $12,000 only to receive gross negligence in return.
In summary, steer clear of Terry S Allen if you value your rights and your money. He is a fraud who will gladly take your money without any intention of providing adequate legal representation. His incompetence and dishonesty make him unfit to practice law
effectively.

My experience with Terry S Allen was deeply disappointing and concerning due to his unethical practices that compromised my case and disregarded my rights as a client.
Additionally, Mr Allen displayed indifference to concerns about due process and fair treatment. Mr Allen allowed the prosecution to violate procedural rights without objection or challenge, which further weakened my legal position and undermined my confidence in Mr Allen’s advocacy.

No seriously. Why would you allow a preliminary hearing to move forward if you haven’t received discovery? And how are you supposedly making deals with the prosecution if again, you haven’t gotten discovery? Why waive time if you’re not going to use that time to actually get discovery, interview witnesses, subpoena medical records, speak to supposed victims. Get police reports.
And if the district attorney doesn’t give you the discovery, wouldn’t you file a motion for it? Why just let it slide and move forward let alone let your client be held to answer. I thought you would be more aggressive as a defense attorney. But to be honest it’s almost like you didn’t show up at all.
