I want to thank the law offices of Christopher McCann and for helping me out with my DUI case. Him and his staff are very well prepared and know exactly what they are doing. As soon as I decided to go with Mr. McCann he had a game plan and sprung into action. The competition was asking for me to speak to their secretary and to send them emails overall just too many things. If you hire Christopher that is who you are going to get a one on one experience with your lawyer. What I really liked about my Chris and his team is that they always kept me in the loop with anything that happened in my case. Over all 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend him if you want a good experienced lawyer. He was able to get my DUI case dismissed.

I interviewed several attorneys to represent me but none could give me such a detailed and knowledgeable explanation of the process I had to go thru. especially when it comes to handling professionally licensed defendants.
Levon was very compassionate and spent so much time on explaining and calming me down that he probably well exceeded the fee he charged me which was already much lower than other attorneys wanted to charge me. Even just talking to Levon made me feel better. He was more than an attorney but also a friend during this terrible nightmare I went thru. He clearly updated me at every court date and every step and answered all my questions in a clear in concise manner no matter how many questions I had. Levon has very important skill that not ll attorneys have-he knows how to talk. And finally what mattered the most was the result: after a roller coaster ride with DA's and prosecutors and after numerous court dates my case was finally dismissed! If you come across Levon's name during you attorney search don't think twice to hire him! He is smily the best!

Anthony settled a case for me in December of 2015 from an unfortunate accident in a retail store and a fair settlement was had. I was in serious trouble for the first time in my life. I was facing a felony charge of DUI with injuries and high BAC. I knew I needed a special lawyer, so I asked a friend with more experience hiring lawyers for help. He asked several of his own lawyers who they would recommend. Ron Brower was the one lawyer that the other lawyers recommended.
It is hard to state just how grateful I am for the representation I received from Mr. Brower. Both he and his paralegal, Ellie Pulliam, took care of everything. I was informed every step of the way. I felt that they truly cared about my case and were always available to answer any question I had. Despite the unbelievable stress of my situation, it was comforting to know I was in such good hands.
Mr. Brower was able to work with the D.A. on my case and reduce the charges from felony DUI (which included jail) to a straightforward DUI. I honestly do not believe another lawyer would have been able to do that for me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Moises Aguilar and staff for well over a year. Sadly my son was involved in a criminal case matter. As you can imagine as a single parent it was very scary and emotional. I had never been involved in something like this before. I came across Moises and called his office. He was professional from day 1 educating me on steps to take asking many questions along the way and out for our best interest. A couple years ago, I had my previous employer fire me based on my health. I immediately reached out to Houman and his team and they welcomed my case. It was a long journey, but Houman and his team kept in contact with me consistently. I even was able to text him, often, asking about any updates from his end. He always kept me in the loop and I was never a step behind. His paralegals also were amazing. When the case neared its end, they spent a lot of time with me in sorting out through the finalization of my case. I had great faith in them and I would genuinely recommend Houman and his team to anyone. I first met Maryam in 2013 while she worked diligently on a criminal case for my husband. She had truly been a Godsend to my family. Maryam went above and beyond to thoroughly represent my husband, she went as far as to obtain her notary license so that she could notarized an important document while my husband was incarcerated at MDC, LA. I could call on her and Maryam would be available. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that she was an attorney that actually cared about her clients. Maryam was honest with me and did not sugar-coat the severity of my husbands case. I felt safe and connected to her for her honesty. Tragically, my husband passed away in custody. I had not spoken to Maryam in well over a year (we ended up going with a public defender). I received a very heartfelt text from Maryam giving me her condolences and telling me how much she knew I loved my husband.
A year and half later in 2016, I hired her to represent my minor daughter for a DUI. Again, I cannot tell how much she went above and beyond to represent thoroughly for my family. She works hard, she's honest and she has a heart that truly wants to help her clients and represent them in the best possible way. Maryam took the time to sit and meet with my daughter and offered her ear and help even beyond the court room. My daughter received probation and Maryam did her homework and was able to save me thousands ($25+K) of dollars in a falsified restitution claim. I could never thank Maryam enough for all that she has done for me and my family. My daughter is now off of probation thanks for Maryam. She is on a much better path and is expecting.
I will say that I did not trust attorneys before. Maryam is an attorney that I literally trust with my life. She took the utmost care of my late husband and my daughter. She is very dear to my heart and I love her!

I had found Maryam Sharifi through a common aquantance and I will say I was very lucky to have been able to find a way to her. I had received a DUI charge that was pending as a felony and she did everything she could to save me jail time and bring it down to a misdemeanor. She had spoken with me dad and many occasions and went out of her way to keep him informed as well and she really got to know us had a genuine concern for my well being. She found a traffic school for me and made sure I kept up with any and all court assigned classes to make sure I got out of this okay. For a very long time I had a huge worry of going to jail and having to drop out of school and all that come with that; and Maryam has helped physically as well as mentally with all of that and I couldn't thank her enough. I highly recommend Maryam Sharifi if you have any kind of issues like I did.

Martina is the best thing that's ever happened to me. After going back and forth on whether or not I needed a lawyer, I finally decided to make a few calls and speak with a few different attorneys. Martina right off the bat was the most informative, helpful and was the only one who seemed genuinely invested in helping. Most other attorneys I spoke with had a very cavalier attitude. She was very easy to get ahold of throughout the duration of my case, and consistently kept me in loop as to any changes/progress being made.

I had four traffic cases open and my license was suspended due to non failures to appear , I called her up and she right over the phone checked the status of my driver license and right away gave me a very fair price. compare, to attorneys that feel their time is so valuable that they don't even take a moment to deal with you directly and right away charge you $1000's of dollars to just look at your case. She was totally the opposite. She lisened, she cared, and she followed through with what she promised. I 100% recommended her to anyone who is looking for a real attorney who care about you.

I needed a lawyer to represent me in a case of a frivolous CPO brought against me. I had already engaged the representation of one of the "hot shot" lawyers on a well known firm who after charging me double the normal rate, was pressuring me to accept the CPO. I refused and sought another lawyer. Lora Silberman was recommended and everything changed. She was able to negotiate an out of court settlement and got the case vacated. Bankruptcy is an emotional decision and difficult for the average person to understand. Brad made the whole process much easier to navigate. He is knowledgeable while showing empathy and yet professional at all times; rare qualities in a lawyer!
Everything was explained to me (and sometimes more than once). I knew what was happening and when. Everything went exactly as I was told.

I've never heard of anyone who'd been mentally ill having their firearm rights restored, but my team of Attorneys Paul Hecht and Bill Conner delivered! I can almost hear everyone exclaiming "What?" in shocked disbelief with all the negative mental health publicity these days. So, let me clarify: in 2011, I underwent surgery. That surgery and adverse reactions to medications led to my temporary mental illness which lasted only a few weeks. I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. A few weeks ago, we posted that Fred Anderson had quit our friends suit and was quite upset. Later we had found out that Fred Anderson had not quit and was proceeding with trial. My wife and I were there through the first two days of trial. Watching Mr. Anderson through the glass door, you could tell his passion for the truth and his total dedication to our friends situation, and at times could hear Mr. Anderson through the glass getting his point across to the courtroom and to the presiding judge. During this process, getting ready for trial, having to be here or there, Mr. Anderson always kept our friend informed and gave the facts of the case to him, without sugar coating it. His strength, courage and knowledge of this type of the law was beyond, what we would ever think was out there and saw a master of his craft working hard to prove that his client was wronged. To sit with Mr. Anderson you can tell his mind is working constantly, doing every sceneraio that he could imagine, thinking of what ever law he needed to be brought in on this case and kept looking at the trial steps ahead of time. While questioning myself and my wife, Mr. Anderson helped us with the questions, engaging us to relax and think about our answers and answer them clearly as we could recall. Mr. Anderson never made us feel inadequate while questioning us and thanked us several times for standing by our friends side. So to you Mr. Anderson, we sincerely apologize for "jumping the gun" our our last posting. We had been misinformed and just took that information as the truth. You are a man of a fine art and you have the wisdom beyond all others when it comes to the law and helping your client with delicate issues, was well done. It's sad that they don't give 10s in this case, as watching Fred Anderson go from aggressive, to passive, to aggressive on this case, made me scratch my head at times. Watching him was a true art form while fighting for his client and keeping the composure through-out this trial was a rare site. Fred Anderson looked, acted, and dealt with the matters that were handed him in the ut-most professional design. We were a little worried as there were times he seemed out in a zone, but it was that he was searching for the law, the words, the fight, to win this case. He came across as posed and as professional as anyone we had ever witnessed before. He knew what he was up agaist yet, he bowled right through it as he had a job to do. He won this case in our minds, but the jury didn't see it that way, that day. I would reccommend Fred Anderson to anyone I know that has a legal problem.
