I've never heard of anyone who'd been mentally ill having their firearm rights restored, but my team of Attorneys Paul Hecht and Bill Conner delivered! I can almost hear everyone exclaiming "What?" in shocked disbelief with all the negative mental health publicity these days. So, let me clarify: in 2011, I underwent surgery. That surgery and adverse reactions to medications led to my temporary mental illness which lasted only a few weeks. I've been back at work as a successful engineer for several years, but that brief bout caused me to lose my gun rights.

Bryan helped me tremendously with my case. The DA wanted to pursue a felony for a 1st time offense and Mr. Kazarian was able to get my case reduced to a misdemeanor. He kept in contact with me via calls, texts and emails. He was always on time or early to meet me at the courthouse to discuss any information I may have needed pertaining to my case. He kept me very well informed and explained the civil criminal codes to me as I had no understanding of what they were or meant. I always dealt with Mr. Kazarian directly and not a paralegal or secretary. His fees were quiet reasonable for all the work he did investigating my charge and helping me to move forward from my charge as painlessly as possible. It's public record he has made mistakes in his life and career, but was able to turn his life around, and is now a success. I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!

this guy saved my tail. he does the detailed research. he found a section of law that my judge was not aware of. ca. 29805. da presented a plea offer. john researched the HIDDEN consequences that would have taken my 2nd amendment rights, and lost 35% of my business. he always returns my calls. primarily, he looked at all the possible consequences, so i could make informed decisions with no back end suprises. john normally does family law. i used him for advice in conjunction with other lawyers.
