Stephan represented me in a federal case back in 2005.It was a difficult case due to the political climate of the time. He got me the best that I could get in the circumstances. Furthermore he showed thay I was more than just a number or just an obligation even though I was a pro per case. So yes I would say that you want Stephan on your aide in federal court. And as a final note I can tell you Stephan is also respected by judges as well as the probation officers i've come into contact with so far.

I hired Ben after a representing myself for the majority of my two cases. I wasn't as successful as I would have liked and I knew my case would end up going to trial. Even though I had a falsely filed protection order granted against me, Ben was able get me a fair parenting plan with DV no restrictions. If you know anything about Washington State law it's extremely difficult for men to get a fair trial. I only wish I would have found Ben earlier in my case and maybe the protection order would have never been granted. My advice to father's fighting for their children is to consult with an attorney asap. One of the best things about Ben and Community Legal Solutions is that they will work with you financially. I would have never been able to afford an attorney if it wasn't for Ben and Community Legal Solutions. To all father's and mother's fighting for their children, I would highly recommend Ben. He definitely went the extra mile and didn't even charge me what he should have. I am grateful that there are attorneys out there like Ben.

I know he cared a great deal about my daughter when the authorities charged her with a crime she did not commit. On several occasions during our 17 month nightmare the prosecutor tried to bend and twist the law but Jon was there, he was there every step of the way. Juanita helped me with a DV case. I had spoke with a few attorneys beforehand and none were able to clear give me answers to my basic questions about the case and the game plan going forward. Possibly since for the most part since the case was rather simple and not a big moneymaker some of the other attorneys did not show extreme interest.
When I first met with Juanita our conversation was simple yet focused, she listened attentively and then gave her opinion along with her plan for going forward.
She was responsive and kept me informed with all the changes even without me asking, which speaks volumes to me about her concern and dedication. In the end we were able to get a favorable outcome. So all in all I would recommend Juanita to anyone needed legal assistance in her area of practice.

Back in early June of 2018 I was arrested for a DUI involving a crash(crash was not my fault). I found Jon Lewis and hired him for my case. Him and his fellow attorney Matt Stock were able to get me a deferred prosecution which meant that In exchange for a DUI, I must stay out of trouble for a certain amount of time while fulfilling the conditions of the court. After said amount of time, my case would be dropped to reckless driving. I am extremely thankful for the help/guidance Jon Lewis and his partners have given me. I would and will recommend them to anybody who needs a solid and professional defense attourney!

I was recently charged In Pierce County with DUI and hit and run following a minor traffic accident. I engaged the offices of Lewis and Laws to act In my defense. Mr. Lewis worked with his Senior Associate, Matt Stock, also an excellent attorney. Matt was extremely thorough in guiding me through the process and in working proactively with the prosecutor to get my charges reduced or dismissed. The final result was a dismissal of the hit and run charge and a reduction of a serious DUI charge to the lesser charge of Reckless Driving. He was also instrumental in getting my $600 fine waived. I was only required to pay court costs of $200. I have no doubt that if it had been necessary to take my case to trial, I would have received a very competent defense. I contacted L&L legal team after getting charged with a DUI in Snohomish Co. late last year. After an initial consultation & review of my case, Mr. Lewis agreed to take my case as he felt we had a good chance of beating it.He was upfront about all aspects involving my case moving forward & informed if this was what I wanted to do, that I needed to buckle in & be patient. First and foremost, he asked me how I was doing, and was I ok with my work,personal relationships etc., as he knows how stressful these kinds of situations can be.He made me feel at ease and like he cared about his client, for real. Over the next several weeks, I had a court date or two, interspersed with me following his plan & getting some things out of the way that would eventually be required of me regardless, so we were ahead of the game all along. I did everything that was required & followed his instructions to a T. As the months wore by (and a few more court appearances) we reached the end of the tunnel & it was decided to take the case to trial.
Long story short, Mr. Lewis was able to make a deal with the prosecutor, we had done all our home work & had completed everything the law requires, prior to even sentencing. I was able to get a reduced charge which I gladly took & I walked away a free & happy man.
At all points during this experience, Mr. Lewis was professional towards both myself & all involved in the criminal justice system and I believe it was his professionalism & experience that helped me win my case.He was always patient with me & answered any questions I had.He very patiently explained things In did not understand at first, and always gave me proper courtesy and respect.He was a pleasure to deal with for sure.
Also there were a few instances where Mr. Lewis couldn't make it physically himself & he sent one of his partners, they were all highly professional & personable too..... I still felt ably represented. I truly feel I would not have been able to do this on my own, or with a public defender.
Highly, highly recommend Mr. Lewis and his law firm to anyone.
