Chris handled our unusual family law case with intelligence, needed flexibility, and legal expertise (which is not to be assumed for any lawyer). He showed real skill at legal argument, in briefs and on his feet in court. He also demonstrated the judgment regarding larger, non-legal issues to warrant our trust in his choices and recommendations for overall approach. I am convinced that if our case had not been reassigned to the worst, most lawless judge in King County Superior Court, we would have had a satisfactory solution. Fortunately, on appeal, the issues were well preserved so that success appears likely at the higher court, (a court of law), and we have Chris to thank for that.

let me start by saying if you go cheap you will get what you paid for and that's what happen to me before I hired Nick Marchi. I hired a lawyer by the name Frederick Arcala from Zerwin & Arcala law and because of him my family an I had to go thru some hard times because of immigration. Arcala did not know anything about immigration law like Nick did. I hired Nick in 2013 because of my conviction and Immigration has ordered me to be deported (because of Arcala not knowing the immigration law). Nick was able to keep me in the US while my case was being reviewed. It was a tough 6 years I have to go thru, all my appeals was denied and dismiss. ICE wanted me out but Nick work to get my status back to normal and Now February 2019 we got the best news that we been waiting for BIA has finally accepted my appeal and I got my green card status back and this is because of Nick hard work. All I have to say is Thank you to Nick and his office for putting all the effort on getting my status back and have the chance to be a US citizen soon!.

Allen Bentley did a superb job of respresenting me and ulitmately prevailing in a federal criminal case that involved the imposition of an illegal sentence. We were up against bureaucratic US Attorneys who claimed they had a right to impose a $30 million restitution judgement against me simply because of a procedural error despite their knowledge that the sentencing judge intended the amount to be $50,000. Al did extensive research and provided superb arguments as to why the case should be put before the judge for resentencing. He ultimately got the government to stipulate to the resentencing and persuaded the judge to sentence me to the amount that he originally intended to impose ($50,000).

Dillon Smith as a fantastic attorney. He represented me in a civil trial recently. If not for him I would have lost the case and I could have also potentially ended up going to jail because of the accusations someone else had been claiming about me. I interviewed two other attorneys before deciding to hire Mr. Smith. He seemed the most knowledgeable on the subject matter in the particular area of law that I needed representation for. He won the case for me and the petitioner didn't stand a chance. During the hearing, the petitioner put on a full dog and pony show, The judge was very biased towards me as well (perhaps I reminded her of someone she doesn't like or she was buying into the petitioners entire act) However, Mr. Smith was extremely professional and stuck to the facts of the case - as well as pointing out the lack of solid evidence - and in the end we prevailed. Had we not won, I could have also suffered financial loss due the petitioners claims. I am very thankful for Mr. Smiths help. He is a remarkably talented and top notch attorney. He is also a terrific human being. He sincerely cares about his clients. He went the extra mile for me, putting in lots of leg work and thoroughly researching every part of the case in order to reach the outcome I was hoping for. I highly recommend him. Ten stars!

Dealing with courts, cops, lawyers, judges etc. can be a scary situation, but Mr. Smith provided me with some relief as I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and was invested in me as a client AND an individual. This was my first time needing a lawyer and I couldn't have found a more perfectly suited match for my case. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and was able to significantly reduce the sentence down from what they originally gave me. I personally, will never put myself into that situation where I was in before, to even need a lawyer but I strongly recommend others partner with him if that's what you need. His prices are extremely fair and cheaper than what you'd get elsewhere, and he puts in double the effort to get you the most fair sentence possible.

Jason represented my son in a criminal defense case in 2013. Jason was very effective in navigating us through every plausible option for us to consider in my son's defense. He thought of virtually every possibility and made tactical moves to avoid them. The "victim's" family attempted to misrepresent damages resulting in the prosecutor actually filing a felony against my son, and while we all knew it was unfounded and made us extremely concerned, Jason was cool, calm and collected through the process of exposing all this and getting the charged reduced back to a misdemeanor. I have worked with people my entire professional career and have come to be able to read personal characteristics very well. Jason is a smart, caring and savvy individual that we could not recommend strongly enough.

When I initially contacted Mr. Crowley and explained my issue, Mr Crowley asked enough questions to make sure he understood my problem. He was very clear about potential solutions and suggested what he considered the best one was. He immediately put me at ease by giving me all of the important information. He did not talk over me or waste my time with legal jargon.
At every step of the way, he let me know what was going on either by email or phone, so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. I thought that I would be in court, but he ended up getting my case dismissed. Can't do any better than that.

I was charged with 10 felonies in a very complicated case. This man believed in me and worked tirelessly to get a jury of 12 to do the same. He was able to get several of the counts dismissed prior to trial, and defeated each of the felony counts at trial.
Tom is very resourceful and experienced, and he works well in a team situation, as he did with Bob Goldsmith in this case. He knew the right questions to ask and the right buttons to push, and he got the result that he wanted.
I cannot recommend him enough.

This lawyer went out of her way to defend my son (a convicted felon). She had knowlege of the laws. She was prepared. She stood up to the Federal agents and the judge who continually tried to shut her out. I think they were rude and short with her just because she is a woman, but she stuck to her preparations and won the case for my son who is a convicted felon. But the evidence was there and she prooved that my son was innocent of the trumpted up charges. Saved him 7 years in prison. We will be forever grateful. She is very hard working, honest. Mr. Sciranko assisted me with a protection order case when the respondent hired an attorney. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and was transparent about possible outcomes of my case. The judge ruled in my favor. Mr. Sciranko did not charge me frivolously, but instead made sure to perform only the work necessary to complete my case, and I ended up receiving a partial refund on my retainer. I would highly recommend Laura Dorey to anyone needing assistance with their SSD Claim. Laura was very helpful getting me ready to go before the Judge. When the Judge was finished asking me questions Laura asked me some more questions that she felt the Judge should hear to help my Claim and I feel those were the questions that made the Judges decision. When I became disabled, and filed my paper work, I was denied. At that point I noticed Russell and Hill online and figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a call and get their opinion. They felt they could help me reverse the initial decision through appeal. I was denied a second time. They encouraged me to appeal again, which meant a hearing in front of a judge. They were with me all the way in preparation, filing the proper paperwork, and were with me during the hearing. I contacted Will after I had a legal dispute with my landlord. Peter gets results. My ex wife did everything that she could in her power to conjure up lies in effort to send me to jail. I was frustrated but turned to Peter. We took our case in front of a jury, and he was able to contradict my ex- wife's testimony and extract the truth. The jury went to deliberations and with an hour they delivered a no guilty verdict. I was ecstatic and felt a major weight lifted off my shoulders. Unfortunately my legal problems didn't stop there. My ex-wife continued to use the legal system unethically attempt to send me away for along time. She falsely accused me of violating a no contact order by driving by her house. It was bought to my attention that there was a $25,000 warrant out for my arrest. Once again I turned to Peter. I was angry and agitated because of the incessant false allegations. Peter infused in me that he would thoroughly investigate and defend my innocence. One by one he began to uncover hidden truths about my innocence. He initially went to the prosecutor encouraging them to dismiss the case because there were just to many inconsistencies in my ex-wife's statements, and that I was an innocent man. The prosecutor was stubborn and refused to dismiss the case. Nonetheless, Peter remained steadfast and wouldn't give up. He continued to collect more information in effort to make it more apparent to their office that I was innocent. Finally after numerous of sit downs with the prosecutor analyzing all the evidence, they finally agreed with Peter and this dismissed the case.
