We hired this firm twice this year, to assist with a house purchase. This firm is in network with the legal plan associated with our employee benefits. I found the whole process very easy. Never have been addressed formally as ‘mister’ so much, and I think I like it. The lawyers and other staff were responsive and competent and patient with our many questions. They worked well with our real estate agent. Why would someone not want to hire a lawyer to help us navigate the biggest purchase of our lives? Five stars.
Review updated 11/2022: We have continued to use this attorney office, this time for estate planning, last will and testament, etc. I have been very happy with them. As a xennial, my generation tends to not use lawyers much, but these folks make it super easy.

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.
The best part of her consultation, if she thinks your case doesn’t worse to continue, she doesn’t wanna waste your money! This is how she does business !

I was so lucky to find Morgan Lake when I did. I bought a Jeep in Puyallup, Washington, drove it for 4 hours on I-90, then watched one of its wheels suddenly sheer off it at the studs. A year ago, I was under stress and made an unintentional mistake at a Target store, and the police opened two cases with theft 3rd degree.
I was looking for a lawyer for a long time based on reviews and called to lawyers, and only Steve asked me the right questions.
The hearing continued on for one year. It was a very stressful year because I didn’t know how things would end. Steve did everything right, I followed all instructions which h provided, and finally the prosecutor dismissed my case. I highly recommend Steve as a professional.

They were concerned with making money and were completely oblivious to the techniques the opposing council was using to cause me harm. I could say a lot more but in brief do not recommend.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Eric W. Ferguson took two personal injury cases I couldn’t get other attorneys to touch, and won them both, for quite fair settlements. I was referred to him by a friend of a friend, who had a similarly successful experience.
I found Eric to be personable, a straight shooter, honest, with a sense of humor. He’s a younger attorney than some, and in that early career stage where he’s still accessible, and not just chasing the huge dollar, big cases.
The two cases:
#1: Behind an espresso establishment, my left foot rolled off the edge of a small paver, which had been set unevenly, in a path across a bark area. My fifth metatarsal snapped. I’m in my sixties. It took four months for the thing to heal. That was in 2010. A downtown attorney told me there wasn’t a case. Eric took it and negotiated a respectable settlement from the property management company’s insurance agency.
#2: My truck was tail-ended on the Alaskan Way Viaduct, in 2011. The driver pulled a hit-and-run, but I had his license number. Damage to my truck was minimal, but the impact caused my post-surgery lower back problems to make my left foot numb. Again, other attorneys I talked to weren’t optimistic about me having a case. Evidence and medical bills were small, but Eric negotiated a settlement from the other driver’s insurance company.
