Personally answered my call after midnight on a Wednesday morning, I had to be in court in one week he was there, 105 miles from his office. Chris and his team got me enrolled into everything that would help my case that first weekend, continued my case till I had completed all required tasks while out with no bail. Got better results than I had hoped for. Pray that I never put myself in a situation that I every need him again, but if I do he will be my first call. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend choosing Matt to represent you. I hired Matt and was impressed throughout the whole process. He has your best interest in mind and works toward the goal you both agree upon. He achieved my goal of getting my DUI down to a reckless which in my particular situation with a prior was a huge WIN in my eyes. He knows all the players which was a great advantage to me. David was assigned to two of my cases while working as a public defender in OR. At first I was representing myself because I was worried that a PD would not fight as hard as I would. I never had to worry about that. In both cases he went above and beyond using his experience and knowledge of the law to have them both dismissed. In one case he outsourced a PI to contact multiple charachter witnesses who testified against the plantiff. It felt like having a pack of dogs defending me from harm with a broken leg in the woods. He fought harder than I could have alone and significantly increased the efficiency and effectiveness of my defense. His professionalism, dedication, punctuality, and direct nature were in line with what I would expect if I paid a lawyer 20 grand. I could not have asked more of him. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I was in a truly hopeless situation before I was referred to Ms. Miller by a coworker. My daughter was in a terrible, volatile environment with a mentally unstable mother who was failing to perform basic motherly duties. I felt powerless to the situation. Jennifer was immediately encouraging from our first phone call, and jumped on getting the necessary papers filed for emergency custody. She worked with me and my family to get my daughter permanently out of the situation and living with me.
She was able to articulate the situation to the judge perfectly, as well as work with the judge to formulate a parenting plan that includes not only protections for my daughters wellbeing as she grows and is allowed more time with her mother, but also allows me, as the custodial parent, to monitor her mothers mental state. The plan requires regular updates to the court and to me about her mental health treatment, and protects my daughter if things take a bad turn in that regard. My daughter is thriving and happy today with a healthy routine, and none of this would’ve been possible without Jennifer’s extensive knowledge of the WA State legal system.
I always felt like I was being taken care of with Ms. Miller. She is a powerful force for justice and was excellent at explaining the process as time went on. She kept me updated throughout, but did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes filing papers and drafting documents for the case. She always made herself available if I had questions about the case, and gave me great advice on how to address certain situations with my daughter’s mother as they presented themselves.
I will forever be grateful to Jennifer for everything she’s done for me and my little girl. Her can-do attitude is infectious, and her vast knowledge of the legal system put me at ease during the most difficult time in my life.

Coleen is an awesome lawyer, got arrested for a DUI, she was the first person i called for help, very patient walked me through the whole process. She fought for the whole way and got my charges dramatically reduced. Do what ever she says in the time she sets, if she tells you to drive to Redmond for your DUI class and victims panel its for a good reason.
I will be recommending her to anyone I know that needs help with the law.

This lady probably prevented a stroke! Out of deep worry and need for help, I was lucky to find her in her offices, long after everyone else had stopped answering their phones and gone home. A person in my family had gotten herself in some deep legal problems and I was in no financial position to retain a lawyer. Coleen spent an hour and a half of her own unpaid time, explaining the law and the consequences and how to work around the system, without having to pay the thousands other firms would of charged me. Without Coleen and with my medical conditions, I'm certain I would of suffered a stroke from the stress. I was facing a felony charge for something I did not do. I I contacted Coleen immediately after getting arrested for a free consultation. Thereafter, she went above and beyond what was required of her to provide free legal advice to me across a period of three months. Many other lawyers that I tried to contact simply ignored my emails or charged a consultation fee.
Subsequently, as my case progressed, I retained Coleen. Thanks to her contacts and experience, she was able to eventually get a hold of the deputy prosecutor to persuade him not to file any charges!!
Throughout this entire harrowing episode, Coleen has been a steady and reassuring source of strength for me. She patiently dealt with my incessant questioning while always keeping me in the loop. Couple months ago I got into an at fault accident; rear ended a car. There were no injuries and no major damages to the second car, but I got a speeding ticket, that could increase my insurance rates significantly. I represented myself in a civil protection order case for almost two years. It was exhausting and took a huge toll on my mental and physical health. Raymond showed up to all my hearings, and was willing to explain the situation with my DUI really well. I was able to make informed decisions about the case, the DOL hearing, and how to avoid jail time. I would use Raymond again in a heart beat. I Consulted Greg for DVPO and he was very quick and clear about communicating what needs to be done and very patient. Greg is a fantastic attorney. I hired him for a complicated case that I thought was resolved. It was very frightening to receive a letter out of the blue from the court but Greg was excellent at talking me through the specifics. He was honest and upfront about what could happen. The day before court we were able to talk and he had a comprehensive plan of attack that put me at ease after weeks of intense stress and worry. There is no better DUI lawyer than David O. As a former prosecutor, he has built relationships with that offense that allow him to more effectively mitigate your circumstances. He resolved two DUI for me. I errored at a young age and he allowed me to get out of it. He'll instruct you from start to finish and emphasize handling necessities in advance as to show you're taking it seriously to the judge. You can find "cheaper" lawyers, but they aren't better. You pay for what you get.

From the cuffs to the never-ending court proceedings, having a DUI charge may be a terrifying experience, and I am grateful I had David O by my side every step of the way! Attentive, personable, and knowledgeable, David ensured my every need was met. Prior to every court proceeding David always made sure I was prepared, and there were no surprises, he even answered questions I didn’t know I had! Although having a strong lawyer in your corner is extremely important, David is much more. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.

Wonderful Service and Representation, exonerating of all false claims! I am not from Seattle, was traveling for business and was set up. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.
