The first day I met Chet, he pulled me aside and explained to me what being a defense attorney meant to him. He explained that it didn’t matter how much money someone had or their standing in society. He reassured me that I didn’t have to impress him. He Put his heart and soul into giving someone the absolute best defense they could possibly have. Working every angle and considering every outcome.. In addition to his unimpeachable ethics, Mr. Palumbo is also very personable and considerate. Always worried that my attorney certainly won’t care nearly as much about my case as I do, I texted him far too often, He didn’t have to convince me. It was obvious in his actions.. I never had to wonder where he was or if he was going to show up in court. His communication.with me was quite remarkable… he always returned my text messages within 60 seconds. Adam Young saved my life. I was charged with two charges that would’ve ruined my professional life. My arresting officer seemed to like me and told me to hire Adam if I had the money to do so. It was the best money I’ve spent in my entire life. Within a few months Adam Young got both of my charges dropped and expunged, and I got my life back without having to go to a single court hearing or worry about any details of my case (because he confidently told me I’m not going to go to jail and my charges would be dropped upon hiring him.) Unfortunately, several times throughout my life I've needed a good attorney. The most recent instances were for traffic infractions in SC. David has far exceeded all my expectations. I hired Mr. Farrell to handle a ticket my daughter (Out of State student at USC) received after she had paid the ticket. She had not realized that paying the ticket is an admission of guilt (neither had I), and would result in her license being suspended in her home state (Georgia). Mr. Farrell had to file to reopen the case (successful) and get the ticketing officer to lower the speed (by more than 8mph) in order for her not to be considered a "super speeder" in her home state and have her license not suspended (a law applicable to only under 21 years of age). Mr. Farrell was very thorough and responsive and professional. He had a very good raport with the presiding judge (over in Aiken County).

Austin helped my family out. We are so thankful for him and office. I was wrongfully arrested and assaulted amongst other things. The police put 6 bs charges on me. I just knew id end up in prison even though i was innocent. Because of Austin things went my way better then expected. All charges dropped and they were all felonies. This woman is like a relentless bulldog in court! I have never seen anything like it. She fought for me so aggressively and did an incredible job.
I am so incredibly thankful for her. She knew my case forward and backward. No matter what the other side threw at her, she had documents and paperwork for my defense.
Even the court officer said it was entertaining! She was on fire in there!
This woman could have her own show. In my opinion, she knew more about the law than the judge did!
I couldn't have even wished for anything more in an attorney. She was so ready for court and did her job phenomenally!
Regina Ward is one of the best attorneys I've ever seen. I switched to her as my attorney for the second court hearing, and I have zero regrets. I wish I would've had her for the first hearing.
I just sat there amazed through the three hour hearing that was only supposed to be one hour.
