My name is Cody. I was facing 3 charges in Sumner County. After first consulting with Chad Ross, He told me exactly what I needed to do. On my first court date, He got me a continuous and as my final court date approached, He reached out to me to let me know a little more about my case. On my second and final court date, he quickly resolved my case and got me out of court quickly. He fought for me undeniably and even though my record is HORRIBLE, he was able to get 2 of the charges dropped and 1 reduced, no jail time. I received a short few months probation, reduced court cost, no probation fees, and I only have to call in to my probation officer once a month, I don't even have to report to the office. The kicker, this was pro bono, so imagine what Chad Ross will do for you if you hire Him. I'm grateful for Chad taking my case and fighting for me in open court like he did.

I’ve spoke to chad on evenings and weekends, very responsive. My case has been very eventful, he’s always been honest with me. I’m on an extremely tight budget, his costs were very fair by comparison and he worked with me on payment. He’s not the “feel good” then not deliver guy. He sets up honest expectations and has over delivered for me.

Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

I was accused of DUI and two counts of assault on an officer and my lawyer sent me a letter asking to talk about my case I went to the consultations i told my side an he read the reports and went from there and questioned each officer in front of the judge all the lies that were told on me and I was dismissed on all charges.eventually sued for excessive force and won.

Kate was very important in helping my son navigate the system. We are from a different state and found ourselves in uncharted waters. I was blindsided being served by my longtime landlord, who called me friend. He had often bragged about his great joy in evicting tenants, but we always paid on time and were his "favorites". After a 4 year relationship he served me and my partner. Expecting the worse & not knowing where to procure an attorney specializing in landlord-tenant matters, Mr. Segraves was suggested as a highly skilled attorney in such concerns. I contacted his office & his kind and compassionate staff offered me a appointment surprisingly fast. Although busy with his other specialties, he sat down with us, reviewed our evidence, asked pertinent questions specific to our case & pending court date. Having served as a temp. in a landlord-attorney practice (in a different state) many years ago & not familiar with Tennessee Law, I had no idea what to expect. Was recently charged with a domestic assault charge, that should have never happened. Patrick went to court with me and was amazing to watch in action in the courtroom. He totally blew away the prosecutor and convinced the Judge that it was a bad arrest, and the Judge discharged my case. He knows his stuff and is very prepared when he walked into the courtroom.

The review I'm giving is NOT paid advertising. I am freely giving this review based on our experience. On 7/22/2021 my son was arrested and charged with a felony. My heart broke in a million pieces. I knew my child didn't commit the crime. But I also knew that regardless my son would still have to go through the process. After a few text messages, I knew that Mr. Brandon Hall would do his best to help my son. I explained the situation to the best of my knowledge. I told Mr. Brandon Hall that sometime my son makes bad decision. But I knew that this decision was different from any other bad decisions he had made in the past. Mr. Brandon Hall texted me back in a few days and told me that he would be happy to help my son. "PARENTS" a load was lifted off my shoulders instantly. Mr. Hall has never meet me but I'm guessing he is a parent himself. I'm not sure but I believe Mr. Hall could feel my pain through our text messages. Mr. Hall texted me from his home several times. " I thought to myself this has to be an outstanding lawyer" .. Who texts their clients parent in the comfort of their home. I tell you who " MR. Mr. Thomas represented me on a bankruptcy case. He is very professional, kind and down to earth. He always was there to answer any of my questions, always returned my calls and made the embarrassing bankruptcy experience so much more comfortable. Divorce is never easy. Especially when it is very sudden. When I met with Ms. Lyons for the initial consultation, she immediately put me at ease with her calm and soothing demeanor. She knows the law inside and out, and as my case got more and more outrageous, she really helped while deftly handling the craziness that ensued.

My experience, as the majority of the reviews I have read and would agree with, are nothing but spectacular thoughts and feelings regarding Mr. Kloosterman.
I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. He is very diligent and respectful to all. In our cases, he was very thorough, doing legal research citing the law to opposing counsel and the judges. He advised us of our options and potential outcomes in both cases and allowed us to make very informed decisions regarding our cases as we moved forward.
I have and will always continue to highly recommend Mr. Kloosterman as he genuinely cares for his clients, is an excellent lawyer, and, more importantly, a fantastic man. He has always made himself available to us after hours and even weekends! Mr. Kloosterman has taken calls from me well after midnight in emergencies and talked to me after hours for extended periods of time. Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. Todd not only disrespected the courts but he also violated his oath, please someone report him and have him removed as an attorney.

Honestly, I have went through many experiences with lawyers, and so far only Mingy has worked to my expectations. She answers phone calls, if not she definitely calls you back. I got arrested for sleeping in my work van at an Applesbees. I had drank a little too much at the bar and didn't want to drive across the street to my hotel. After leaving Amanda a voicemail about my case, she called me back fast and had already looked up my case number and knew all about my case. My son was arrested on a weekend on a mistaken identity, and Janie's first comment was "I've got this." She went to court on Monday morning, had the warrant and extradition recalled that morning, and worked non-stop to have him released in another state - all two days prior to July 4, with everyone else headed out of town. At the follow-up court hearing, all was dismissed. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared, which contributed greatly to the speed of handling the case. There are not enough stars for her.

Janie is a truly wonderful attorney. She is smart, strong and will not back down from a challenge. My case was bleak. My son was called back to court when he shouldn't have been. Nobody wanted to help they were lagging trying to make trouble for him .Chelsea stepped up to the plate (unlike the original attorney). Our case was a very difficult and complex situation crossing a state line. We contacted the James A. H. Bell Law Firm regarding a criminal defense for our son. He turned the case over to his associates, one of which was Chelsea Harris. Chelsea gave it her all for almost 15 months to give my mentally ill son the opportunity to properly defend himself against totally false charges that were made against him in Tennessee.
