Michael Crowder is amazing! We were in a very scaring situation with my daughter with a DWI and a couple of other not so good charges. Michael Crowder was able to get all charges dismissed. He use to be a police officer for years. So he definitely knows the laws very well and how to navigate through the legal system. He is also very reasonable in price compared to other attorneys. I hope I never need a criminal attorney again but if I do he will be the one I call. He also, was able to get the cases expunged. I will be using him for will preparation in the near future.

My ordeal started in April of 2013, when I was falsely accused of Indecency with a child. I originally hired another attorney in San Antonio who guided me through the first few months. I was happy with him but I wanted more so I did my research and Ben's name kept coming up. The Sifuentes law firm is exactly what I needed since I also needed employment guidance since I was a police officer of 19 years. The stakes were high and I was facing certain prison time if I didn't hire the right legal team. Knowing this I made the decision to hire Ben. It was a move that I did not regret! Since the beginning I knew this was another type of attorney. He reviewed the evidence over and over. Ben would assemble an entire staff on a Saturday and we would go over every shred of evidence. I can tell you Ben will work for you and he will out work the DA's office. Ben will be prepared! My ordeal ended on the third anniversay to the day with a "Not Guilty" verdict. It took the jury less than 15 minutes to render this decision. I can tell you Ben is like a family member now! If you need an attorney in Bexar County I would tell you to hire Ben!

In March 2015, I found myself in need of an attorney. I searched and searched but couldn't find anyone willing to help me fight a very powerful corporation. I was about to give up when a friend told me about Ben Sifuentes. I was very skeptical when I first walked into Ben's office. I had been to so many attorney's and none of them would entertain the idea of helping me.
By the time shook Bens hand and walked out of his office, I knew I was in THE best hands I could be in! Ben went to work on my civil case and I was amazed to see him work. Ben is extremely skilled and very experienced in both criminal and civil trials. While preparing to defend you, Ben will sit down with you and listen to you. Don't get offended if he turns his head away from you or leans back in a chair while you're talking to him. He is not ignoring you! Quite the contrary! Ben is playing out every scenario and thinking 10 steps ahead of those who you are fighting!
I can truly say Ben takes your best interest at heart and does not do things without thinking them over hundreds of times. He wants to make sure every angle is covered to give you the best defense imaginable. Ben is also tenacious, almost Pitbullesque. Well back to my story, I witnessed Ben tear apart a state witness in my civil hearing, without the witness even knowing what had happened lol! Needless to say, after my hearing, I was reinstated to my job with back pay which is rare to be awarded!

April 15, 2012 I was arrested for a DWI. I had a history of DWI convictions. The District Attorney was ruthless. I was on Parole and could not bond out. I went to trial and was found NOT GUILTY on April 2, 2015. Yes, I was found NOT GUILTY after sitting in jail 2-1/2 years. I felt my neck under the boot of an impatient, Byzantine legal bureaucracy of Galveston County. The true blessing and hope was that I was in good hands with Tad Nelson and Amber Spurlock on my side. I was in the conservative court of Judge Lonnie Cox, which is said to favor the State. I was summoned to his chambers and was greeted by an Electric Chair sitting next to the photo of him and his bride. One could not feel any less comfortable. The Galveston Police officer had a story and so did I. Both stories conflicted each other. Tad Nelson listened to every word I had to say and he asked all the right questions. Tad and his team did their research, and did a great job doing so. Thanks to Amber Spurlock with Tad Nelson, we won! I am forever grateful for all the attention he gave me and the fact that she paid attention to what I had to say. I tell everyone I know about Amber Spurlock and Tad Nelson because of their great work. It was a very stressful time and Amber was there for me. Her greatest strength has to be her ability to extend her knowledge of the ever changing state and federal laws; while also becoming familiar with a multitude of other industries. I received an arrest for a 3rd DUI. Needless to say I was at my wits end. There was no blame to go around, it was my fault. I was referred to Mr. Gray and was very fortunate for him to take my case on. Due to fact I was a Veteran, Mr. Gray was very familiar with the Veterans Court Program here in Rockwall County. He was actually a part of the Vet Court Team for some time. We agreed the Vet Court program was the best course of action. Mr. Gray worked closely with me to get me into the program. It was not an easy process. On my part, I was writing letters and Mr. Gray was in constant contact with the County DA. Needless to say, approximately 9 months later, I was accepted into the program. After two years in the program and successfully completing the rigorous requirements, my charges were expunged. None of this would have happened without Mr. Gray. If you find yourself in serious legal bind, and you feel like there is no hope, I would highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Greg Gray!

I've known G. David Smith for over a decade and he's my go to person when anything arises in business (yes, even though when it's outside his scope of practice). He's down to earth, makes you feel comfortable and his ethics are very high. He's a straight shooter and doesn't sugar coat it. His office is a very comfortable setting in a beautiful victorian house. He's knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something when it's out of his scope of work, he tells you and researches it. If it's not worth it, he will tell you to move on and take your bruise.

I my case I was arrested for possession of cocaine under 1 g and a misdemeanor Xanax charge. So I was looking at a felony and a misdemeanor. I have had a previous felony in another state which we all thought was going to be a factor in the final outcome. Channing being quick to move was able to get the misdemeanor dropped and the felony was dropped down to a misdemeanor. The reason that this was a great outcome was because I did have a previous felony. Whether you have the disease of addiction that has you caught up or you just got in trouble I would recommend Channing Neary. I believe that she takes every case is very personal and I believe she is very competitive. If I don't see fire in a lawyer I damn sure won't hire. She is straight up and I'll tell you how it is and extremely polite and kind at the same time. But when she gets in that courtroom then it's showtime because she knows your life depends upon it!

Showed up for pretrail hearing on a speeding ticket & driving with suspended license. My attorney (Kenneth Price) was a no show & judge was sending unrepresented defendants home for a future court date. Since I live almost 5 hrs away and work a lot this was unacceptable. I decided to go outside the box and attempt to hire one of the attorneys in court rep. other clients, judge agreed and I found Mr. Wainwright who agreed to help, not only did he have my speeding ticket deferred but he also had my driving while license suspended thrown out. Going through a divorce, you will feel empty as you watch your life fall apart. It's isolating and embarrassing all at the same time. The people that once encircled your life start to disappear for a while; distanced if they do speak to you. There's hardly not anything more alienating than that position. I'm sure there are more "crafty" or cunning lawyers speckled throughout the whole marketplace, but it is in these times that you will need someone to be your companion along the way. I hired Kelley for a felony theft case. My case effected my job, and I needed it cleared up quickly in order to return to work. Within 30 days of my first court date, Kelley had my case reduced to a misdemeanor deferred, so that I could return to work. Kelley worked diligently with the prosecutor and myself to get the matter resolved quickly. She has a great rapport with the DAs, and she kept me informed every step of the way. The day I hired her, I felt such relief because she has a true passion for helping her clients. Even after my case was closed, she still contacted me to make sure I understood all the requirements of my deferred adjudication and to help with anything else I may need. I would highly recommend Kelley for anyone who wants a lawyer that truly cares about the well being of their clients, extremely knowledgable about the court system and criminal laws, and has a great rapport with the DAs.

I had a felony theft case, and it effected my job. I needed the case dropped quickly in order to return to work and keep my position. I knew the minute I spoke to Kelley on the phone that I was in good hands. She attentively listened, asked questions, and showed empathy for my situation and genuine concern for my well being. Kelley helped me with a theft case that was ridiculous anyway. Not only did she explain everything that was going on, what could happen, she also made me feel instantly upon our first meeting that everything was going to be fine. I had been so stressed about this issue and when I met with her she made me feel relieved. She is extremely knowledgeable of the criminal court system, responded immediately to any questions I had, and she researched the case to the tiniest detail. I was amazed at how skilled she was and my case has been dismissed completely. She told me in the beginning that was what she was going for but that there were other possibilities. I always knew what was going on and what she was going to do each time we went to court. If you want a skilled attorney who will keep you well informed and also make you feel like you are her only client (even though you know you are not her only client) then I recommend you giving Kelley a call immediately.

Sylvia Escobedo was hired on my case for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. She kept me informed on everything that was going on with my case. Prosecutors came to her with pleas but the pleas wasn't options for us to take. She did her job as a great lawyer for 5 months and some days. Those 5months were long and stressful and Attorney Escobedo presented my case to a Grand Jury and my case was "NO BILLED" .SO MUCH STRESS LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS!!! I split up with my husband and had no income coming in. I applied for foodstamps and was working odd jobs. I reconciled with my husband a year later and got off aid. I never received a letter that the food stamp office wanted money back. 2 years later I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and thrown in jail for days. i was terrified. Never having been in trouble I called a friend who had had similar problems on a warrant they knew nothing about. Joe Flores was on the job in one hour. We had bail and after 3 weeks of hard negotiations resolved the matter before trial. Restitution was made and I do not have a felony on my record which is what I was facing with prison time. If you need a lawyer who knows what is doing and that has a great reputation and is a powerful force on your side you need to call Joe. He will pick up the phone and text you back day or night. He has a legal staff led by Ms. Palacios who are superb and very caring. I hear so many bad things about lawyers on TV and the radio and in newspapers, but Joe Flores is not only an awesome lawyer, but he also is very very caring. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time due to a friend's bad choice. We were taken in but my side of the story was not being heard. Joe took this case on and was in constant contact with my family to let them know that I was ok and keep them calm. A friend and I were brought in on the same charge. We then went and hired our respective legal counsel for the issue. My friend's lawyer was more expensive (by 33%), didn't really care one way or another about the outcome, and ended up getting my friend probation. Cash Connely, on the other hand, was fantastic. He was communicative, punctual, and genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. Throughout the experience, I was updated, assured, and given Cash's realistic opinion on the matter. He was personable, and I genuinely enjoyed the periods we were in court together. In my case, I was offered the same probation. Instead of accepting it and calling it a day, Cash fought for me. He spent the whole day persuading the prosecutors and putting in effort that my friends lawyer never did. And in the end, my case was dropped. If you find yourself in a situation, look no further. Without getting into actual details, I will give you my experience with him. 10 years ago after spending money on the "Big Name" Attorney's in Tampa (who did nothing and had no plan) I ran into Mr. Baer, the new guy out of Texas. He made no promises but did some things at the time I thought were CRAZY! I was thinking "that sounds good, but just like the other Attorneys told me, no way they are going to go for that" I had that planted in my head, but Mr. Baer told me all they can do is turn us down. Still not convinced however, I let him do it his way. Now that I look back on it you can't do "normal things" and expect "crazy results" You have to be a little bit crazy if you want to crush it.
