Ashley represented me during my divorce in 2015. He was patient in explaining the process and proved an expert in his field with his knowledge of family law. He provided incredible support in helping me take the right steps to put my family in the best position possible for our new journey. His representation had both conviction and compassion and I feel that he was able to help me get a very fair settlement in my mediation process. Ashley represented me a second time last year when I had to go to trial against my ex-husband to modify our divorce decree to be able to relocate myself and my daughters back to Kansas City. I was lucky to have Mr Schomburger as my court appointed attorney for felony and misdemeanor charges I was facing. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so based off my experience with him. He is obviously very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He was able to get my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor and I received what I believe to be the best possible outcome I could have hoped for.

John is honestly the only dude in the criminal justice system who I’ve met who honestly cares if or not the person being charged of the crime is guilty in any sense of the word. The judges and officers in collin county just seem to want jailers money and convictions. Soon as I graduated highschool I was wrongly charged with felony drug charges which were a roommates of mine. He looked into it, took multiple court dates but eventually took to me getting it completely dismissed. Always looked me in the eye and asked me about home setting and furthermore. This was years ago, just was curious to see if he was still doing okay... couldn’t find him so guess I thought I’ll just leave a good review. God bless ya John

John did an outstanding job representing me in a recent criminal matter. I faced felony charges for DWI with a minor in the vehicle. This incident was the result of fleeing the scene of an aggravated assault wherein the person who assaulted me called 911 to report me for the DWI with minor claiming he was concerned for my child. Throughout the entirety of this case John was very professional, persistent and pleasant. He contacted me on a regular basis to keep me informed about my case. He was flexible with timing and was able to work around my schedule when we needed to discuss matters or look over documents in person. Although this was a very stressful situation for me, John remained very cool headed and able to keep me calm. I felt comforted knowing that he served as a prosecuting attorney prior to switching to defense. He is able to truly see both sides of the case and counter accordingly. His kind demeanor, thoroughness, prompt follow-up and intelligence made working with him such a relief as well as a pleasant experience. I knew that he had covered everything prior to us walking into trial together. He was able to get me a verdict of "not guilty". I was in tears as soon as I walked out of the courtroom. Great - very straightforward with me about how things were going to work. He was a lil slow meeting me at the court house on some of my court dates...ok, really, really slow a few times...but i'm def not his only client, so I get that part. In the end, he was able to get several charges thrown out and got me on probation when I probably shouldn't have been. Overall very pleasant to work with & a pretty cool guy in general. Highly recommended.

Hired Mr. Wheeler to handle my divorce. It was a nasty divorce and a difficult one, but he got me a better deal than I ever imagined. While in the middle of the divorce, because I was a little messed up, I got a DWI. Mr. Wheeler worked with the DA to get me basically off while sternly instructing me that he wouldn't do this again and told me to get it together. I did and am turning my life around.

Lisa believed in me. Charged with agg. assault w/deadly weapon by a district atty. with a chip on her shoulder. Lisa took my case because she could see the facts from the beginning. I lawfully used my right to defend myself using my LTC and a legal firearm to stop an unstable individual from assaulting me for the third time. The(thankfully) voted-out DA wanted to take my freedoms only because my attacker called 911-FIRST. Lisa's staff is fantastic keeping the family informed and really treating you as if you matter.

I was charged in Judge Werlein's Federal Court with 23 Counts of Conspiracy, Health Care Fraud, and Wire Fraud, and I was found NOT GUILTY by the jury on all 23 counts after 4 weeks of trial. Contacted Ms. Icenhauer-Ramirez on the recommendation of a friend. She was everything the friend said she would be (see Review Title for qualities). She told us what to expect and what the approximate timeline was. She was very good keeping us informed about where we were in the process, next steps, when things would likely happen, etc. I hope we never need a criminal defense attorney again but if we do, she is our first call. Linda was an amazing attorney. I have had other attorneys in the past who can't even compare. She actually cares about her clients and is extremely nice. She was very responsive and great at keeping me up to date on what was going on. Nervous about my case, I consistently had questions and she was prompt to answer them. I came to Linda with a class B misdemeanor when I was already on probation and did not have a clean record in the past. I thought I was more then screwed. I found myself in unexpected trouble and was paralyzed with fear of the unknown. I met with Mr. Carsey and he helped settle my mind about the process and possible outcome. I expected that meeting with an attorney would be rigid and dry, but John was very comforting and clearly cared about the outcome of my case. It was nice to know that I wasn't just a file that was being shuffled around the legal system, I actually had a lawyer who cared personally about the outcome and fought for a better than expected outcome.

The minute I contacted Amy I knew I was in the best hands. I was a wreck, crying and she comforted me and reassured me that we are going to handle this. She always kept me up to date with dockets and what not. Anytime I had a question or concern I would shoot her a text or give her a call and she always answered same day, next day at the latest. She is an amazing lawyer who gets stuff done. I’ve never had a point of contact (especially a busy attorney) get back to me so quickly, answer all my questions, and reassure me that it is going to be ok. We hired Mr. Bush after over a year with a different attorney who simply did not communicate well and appeared to be tired of working on our case, and we felt like we were going nowhere fast. We had the opposite, most favorable experience with Steven Bush. Our situation was complicated as the actual "client" has severe Alzheimer's Disease and still does not even know he had a "sexual touching" charge filed against him. He was incapable of standing trial, yet the DA refused to drop the case and this created a very difficult situation for our family. Mr. Bush took over the case with grace, integrity and amazing respect for the delicate state of mind of his client, my father. He truly went the extra mile, spent extra time and never made us feel like any question or concern was stupid or not worth his time. He also was very fair with his fees, never ever taking advantage of the time needed to work on the case. His paralegal, Naheed, was also truly amazing, ALWAYS replying to any of our calls or emails truly within minutes, and with great care and respect. Mr. Bush is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained several different possibilities of how to handle the case since my father was incapable of standing trial and he helped us work with him in the way that was most beneficial for my father, considering his very poor and fatal condition, and also considering the cost to our family to handle it. The outcome of our case ended up very favorable, and for the greatest benefit of my father, and was handled peacefully and graciously. Mr. Bush covered every detail, so many things we would have never even have thought to ask about, with great care and concern. I hope we never again need a defense attorney, but if we do, Steven Bush is definitely who we will call.

Trey was an absolute God-send of an attorney. He represented me and my kids and got me more visitation than I even asked for originally. I was arrested, unfortunately, for the 3rd time in almost 18 years for theft. Each arrest being almost 6 years apart to the day. After meeting James he treated me with humility and grace despite my wrong doings. He truly tapped into why did I do what I did, what led me down this road, and was able to finally uncover something I was so badly needing to heal. I was in and out of the foster care system growing up with documented abuse for years- I was able to share this information with James and he connected me with the perfect therapist. Jessi Garza is a great attorney. I had the privilege of obtaining her services about a month ago. I was unfortunately arrested for charges that I thought would never go away. I was targeted by scammers. These scammers are so convincing I almost fell for it. I called the Mingledorff Firm and they took it from there. Another time I was falsely accused of a car accident when I wasn’t even in town! T.Mingledorff got the supporting video footage and resolved the matter with the police directly. I was in need of hiring an attorney, it was late Sunday evening, when unfortunately I came across a very stressful custody situation. I was nervous about choosing an attorney. I haven't ever needed one. I was also surprised at the retainer that most attorneys charge. Xalli Gonzales allowed a payment plan that worked with my income. What I really liked is that she explained how billing works with an attorney who charges an hourly rate. She knew I was tight on money. I was never surprised by a bill because she discussed it with me each step of the way. I was also nervous about showing up to court. Mrs. Gonzales made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everything was resolved promptly and painlessly.

I had an attorney who did nothing for me but lose my right to see my son. I fired the old and hired Xalli Gonzales. She wasn't the cheapest but she explained exactly what she intended to do and put me on a payment plan that I could live with. We recently had our final hearing and she won back my standard visitations with my son. I don't know what I would have done without her. My other attorney showed up to my final hearing with a motion to withdraw. Xalli was there, took over the case, and we won everything back. On responsiveness I didn't rate her as excellent because it takes her about 24 hours to return a call. But it is actually HER that calls and not an assistant so I guess that is still pretty good.

I had him as a court appointed attorney in 2015. I had a possession charge and he got the case dismissed. The police found the drugs in my wallet with my ID and the driver of the car gave the police permission to search the vehicle and he still got the charged dismissed. I was arrested for DWI over .15. I didn't think I had a chance and just wanted to plead guilty, take probation and go home. Mr. Jordan convinced me to let him evaluate my case for trial.
