I was on court a few years back and I seen the way he walked into the court room and was very respected and known by all the court staff, so I asked him for a bizz card and he gave me a very plain card with just his name and number and said that’s all I need to have on my cards Any how I have referred him to many new clients in which 2 were involved in murder cases and got them dismissed . I also referred him to another on drug charges and that was a overturn . My case he got me dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor and no jail time . Yes he is the best in Houston . What I liked most about having Mr. Elliston as my attorney was how I didn't have to be my own lawyer - on the job training, at fighting my own case, not good. I never left his office confused nor feeling like I’m stupid or as if he didn't really listen or hear me, but more importantly - he proved over and over again to be a staunch defender and supporter of my innocence and as my lawyer, he didn’t let anyone else forget it - not even me, in other words - he’s not going to allow you to hold your head down, he makes you feel like now that he’s onboard, your chances just increased 100% so hold your head up high! It’s little things like that that meant the world to me.
I liked that Mr. Elliston was also patient with me, once a very nervous and confused client, he was compassionate and understanding, often knowing exactly how I would be feeling throughout this situation and helping me to overcome the doubt. He would always remind me that he was on my side and that we are in this together. He just took over! He was good at “exposing the other sides hand & helping me to understand the prosecutor’s/accuser position and what they’re most likely up to in cases like mine and why the system works like this or like that, etc.!” So many reasons I chose to hire him - he told me to go back to work, to take care of my health and to start eating again, to stop worrying and go back to living life and enjoying my family and to now “let him go to work on my case”. He would often get me to relax by saying “you told me the truth, you gave me all that I've asked of you, we fully understand what the plan is and now let me go and show you how we're going to fight this thing”! We’d talk and strategize, then we’d talk more and again find more to be uncovered and analyzed, and then researched, always in constant communication with me - all efforts were always leading towards our strong end game. And throughout this process, not only did I witness how very detailed oriented he is but I soon came to realize what a great a communicator I had in my lawyer. And not to mention how his people skills shined through when we began to build a coalition of friends and advocates/witnesses to help with my case.
He went to work - on my case, never making me feel as if he had “a ton of other things do!” He pushed on, perseverance, creative thinking and just flat out persistence - he didn’t let up and he doesn’t let up until he gets what’s best for his client!
My case was no-billed and I eventually got my record expunged. I can’t thank Mr. Elliston enough - he's my friend. I've made sure that my friends and family have is number on hand.

Cathy is my court appointed attorney on a case that just will not end, yet through it all she is the best attorney I've ever known and I've dealt with MANY lawyers for different reasons. She is extremely personable and dedicated to her clients. Over the years of fighting my case she has seen my personal struggle through some difficult times and she always has had a kind word right when I need it most. She genuinely cares about her clients. Scott represented on an eviction, which He won based on the notice was not received only the summons to appear from the constable. He had to do an Exparte for a Writ of ReEntry due to the person not adherring to the Dismal of the Eviction. Today we had the hearing on the Writ of ReEntry which Scott and his partner Bryce won. He gave me advice in 2014 I didn't take, in a divorce I should have gotten. Now its 2017 and here we go again. Tommy was actually my second lawyer I hired for my case, the previous attorney is a good sales man and knows his stuff, but his personality made it difficult to work with him, Then I found Tommy and he showed a keen interest in my case and more importantly, I truly felt like he believed the atypical things that got me to this point. My previous lawyer asked me towards the end of the initial court hearing "you really didn't confess?" just blew my mind because I had been saying that for years.

I've never seen a lawyer maneuver through trial the way this guy does. I was going to hire him as an attorney and decided to sit in on a public trial he was arguing. Holy SHHHHH is this guy good. Jeremy Fredrick Rosenthal is an amazing lawyer and genius strategist who helped me through a really difficult time in my life. Mr. Kricken is wonderful! He helped us 110% thru our whole process. We were being evicted and the landlady and lawyer were not communicating with us but in the end we won our case and were able to return to a drama free relationship with our la Daley once again, he is just great! I can't express enough how much this man changed my situation around. I went from being led to believe by a court appointed attorney that I I was facing 9 months in jail for a probation violation and that there was absolutely nothing she, I or anyone could do about it for that matter to needing to take a few court mandated classes in order to avoid jail time. At first I was skeptical to hire someone I found on craigslist but my I needed someone who could work with me on payments as I'm self employed and since covid month after month I'm still barely able to cover rent on my shop. But being he was a former prosecuter something told me this guy knew how maneuver through the system in a way that could benefit me. This man went above and beyond even when I wasnt as responsive as I should have been. He got me very doable deadlines for the courts orders and I simply can't thank the man enough. I can't wait for business to pick back up so I can thank him with what he really deserves and is owed overdue and that's with the payment he earned and then some. Before he jumped on the case I really was in a state of mind that my whole life as I knew was about to change for the negative and had practically shut down mentally on lost my drive to strive to succeed in anything as I was given the false Impression by a crappy court appointed attorney who simply didnt want to spend any more time on my case because she doesn't care about her clients and probably felt the court doesn't pay her enough to care. After calling a few attorneys, I was very fortunate to find Mrs. Joslin. She took the time to listen to my case and understand everything that had happened. She asked for a little background about me and for a couple documents. She presented my case to the court and was able to get my case dismissed. I did not have to take several hours out of many different days to go to court for a minor offense that could have resulted in fines, loss of license, and possibly even jail time. I am very thankful for her services and will use her services again in the future if I may ever need them, which hopefully I won't. I had two separate cases that I needed to take care of. Most lawyers would advise you to go to court so they can take your money. Michael was the opposite. He gave me great legal advice and made me feel like he really cared. He advised me to take a deal and even said I can call him if I need anymore help. We were referred to this firm by our realtor. We were the victims of a scam artist here in San Antonio claiming to be a custom home builder. From the first phone call, we knew that Austin Navarro was a God send. He called us the Friday before Christmas and listened to and allowed us to vent while we told him our entire story. Austin never rushed us and allowed us to unload all the drama we had been going through with the "builder”. Austin was confident from the beginning that we were going to be ok. He never made promises that he didn't keep. Austin treated our case like we were family, he never gave up and he never stopped fighting for us. He was patient, professional and never acted as though we were a bother. When Austin arrived at our mediation, he came for battle. This builder has scammed a lot of innocent people in this area. He is notorious for trying to play the long game - he attempts to drag everything out until the victim runs out of money. That strategy didn't work with Austin. Austin stayed on him and his lawyer constantly. Austin was truly fighting for us the entire time. When we were stressed and ready to give up, Austin stayed positive and never failed us. Did I mention Austin was our 2nd lawyer, the first guy (another firm) just took our money and did nothing. That guy was basically manhandled by the builder’s lawyer. Austin on the other hand took our case very seriously from the first day. I have recommended Austin to all the other victims of the scam builder. (Hopefully Texas will eventually go after this guy criminally) but in the meantime- I am quite certain he never wants to hear the name Austin Navarro again. I would HIGHLY recommend Austin to anyone that needs a professional, strategic, thorough, caring and INCREDIBLE lawyer in their corner.
