Honest, dependable, exceedingly bright, intelligent, reliable predictions and recommendations, superb case law research, tenacious pursuit for a client-oriented result tempered with pragmatism which ultimately prevailed in proving our cause and winning our case with the favorable result and vindication we sought. If we had lost the case my recommendation for Rob would be the same. I don't think anyone can ask for more in their representation. Ours was not a simple process. We felt our position was morally and legally correct and therefore we were not willing to compromise or settle. Rob stuck with us. Our case lasted 6 1/2 years involving lower court and higher court rulings, summary judgments, higher court appeals, poor and mistaken lower court rulings, and ultimately higher court rulings rectifying the lower court errors. Rob's performance throughout was excellent in all venues revealing a thorough mastery of the law and competence in strategic preparation, planning, presentation, and higher court appeal processes.

I initially reached out to Ken during a difficult time and he was extremely friendly and helpful during our initial consultation. While I already had a different attorney at the time, the experience left a positive impression on me. Fast forward a couple of years later, I needed an immigration attorney for my wife's green card so reached back out to Ken; and am I glad I did. He is extremely responsive, answers questions more thoroughly than most attorney's I've worked with, and is just an overall joy to work with. I'm now working with him a second time to remove conditions on my wife's green card and he's still just as great to work with. Interestingly enough, I could have gone through my company's immigration law firm free of charge (one of the largest immigration law firms in the world), but I tried working with them and it was clear they were just not on top of things the way Ken was. So I happily paid out of my own pocket (Ken's rates are very reasonable) to hire him. Sometimes, it's better to just work with a local attorney with a personal touch. I would highly recommend Ken's services to anyone!

i hired Ken for immigration related services twice and he exceeded my expectations on both the scenarios. I was charged of assault IV, because I disciplined my son in public. If found guilty I was looking at about a year in jail. Mr. Lanz Was absolutely awesome at my trial by jury and the process leading up to it. The staff is excellent, they listen, relay messages correctly, and help to calm you down. If you are blessed enough to draw Mr. Lanz as your public defender, do not be afraid to contact the staff with any information or questions. This is a lawyer who will do everything he can to do what is right.

As a 23 year old multiple convicted felon I've had quite a few court appointed attorneys over the years, and all of them were basicly just paper pushers besides Chris Lanz. Im facing theft 2 and trafficking stolen property 1 charges and my case has been on koin 6 news and in the Columbian a few times, and I'm happy to have him as my lawyer. He actually knows what hes talking about, and hes proven that at every court date I've had with him when I walk out free and without having to make bail. Excellent lawyer if you ask me.

Dillon Smith as a fantastic attorney. He represented me in a civil trial recently. If not for him I would have lost the case and I could have also potentially ended up going to jail because of the accusations someone else had been claiming about me. I interviewed two other attorneys before deciding to hire Mr. Smith. He seemed the most knowledgeable on the subject matter in the particular area of law that I needed representation for. He won the case for me and the petitioner didn't stand a chance. During the hearing, the petitioner put on a full dog and pony show, The judge was very biased towards me as well (perhaps I reminded her of someone she doesn't like or she was buying into the petitioners entire act) However, Mr. Smith was extremely professional and stuck to the facts of the case - as well as pointing out the lack of solid evidence - and in the end we prevailed. Had we not won, I could have also suffered financial loss due the petitioners claims. I am very thankful for Mr. Smiths help. He is a remarkably talented and top notch attorney. He is also a terrific human being. He sincerely cares about his clients. He went the extra mile for me, putting in lots of leg work and thoroughly researching every part of the case in order to reach the outcome I was hoping for. I highly recommend him. Ten stars!

Dealing with courts, cops, lawyers, judges etc. can be a scary situation, but Mr. Smith provided me with some relief as I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and was invested in me as a client AND an individual. He immediately went to work building my defense, mitigating the circumstances and minimized my time of incarceration far beyond anything I could have hoped for. A few years later, after my criminal obligations were fulfilled and I was able to have my rights restored, both voting and firearms, I knew who i was going to need. Nick once again took up my cause, and again, completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did he get ALL my rights restored, but he took it many steps further and rescinded all my guilty pleas, (12 felonies, all non-violent) convinced the judge to sign off, vacating my entire criminal history, and all within a 2 week period. The appreciation I have for him is second to none!

This was my first time needing a lawyer and I couldn't have found a more perfectly suited match for my case. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and was able to significantly reduce the sentence down from what they originally gave me. I personally, will never put myself into that situation where I was in before, to even need a lawyer but I strongly recommend others partner with him if that's what you need. His prices are extremely fair and cheaper than what you'd get elsewhere, and he puts in double the effort to get you the most fair sentence possible.

Jason represented my son in a criminal defense case in 2013. Jason was very effective in navigating us through every plausible option for us to consider in my son's defense. He thought of virtually every possibility and made tactical moves to avoid them. The "victim's" family attempted to misrepresent damages resulting in the prosecutor actually filing a felony against my son, and while we all knew it was unfounded and made us extremely concerned, Jason was cool, calm and collected through the process of exposing all this and getting the charged reduced back to a misdemeanor. I have worked with people my entire professional career and have come to be able to read personal characteristics very well. Jason is a smart, caring and savvy individual that we could not recommend strongly enough.

I had a little too much to drink one night while vacationing in Vancouver and managed to get myself arrested for DV. I had never been in trouble before and I was terrified. The other inmates filled me in on how things work in WA, I was convinced my life, as I knew it, was over. When I was released and made it back to my home state I hired Joe to represent me. Not only did he manage to make sure I didn't have to fly back for the first hearing, I just got a phone call from him stating that he is looking at my Motion to Dismiss! I was arrested for my first Dui in August 2014. I was very scared and wasn't sure what this meant for my future. Mr. Loughlin was recommended to me from a friend. The very first thing he was able to do is get my first court date rescheduled so I could take the vacation I had planned several months in advance. next, he warned me that very few people win their case against the Washington Licensing Division. he did some research on my case and by presenting the proper evidence, he was able to win this for me. I had a pretty unique situation, and because of this he worked very hard with the prosecutors and was able to get an offer that I was happy with. He kept me very informed of my options and what the process would be every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to others!!

Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. At the trial his cross examination was very tough on me. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Fortunately for me, the evidence was overwhelming and the jury found the defendant guilty. However, Mr. Bogar was impressive. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. If I ever end up needing a great attorney, Mr. Bogar is at the top of my list. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent.

Shawn crowley was recommended to us and when we called we immediately liked him. He was detailed and competent in child welfare laws and was able to put our minds at ease concerning the issue. Shawn was very thorough and tenacious in fighting for our rights and was able to get the case dropped due to lack of evidence. We appreciated his loyalty and sense of humor during a very rough period for our family and child. I would definately recommend Shawn to anyone needing a great and dedicated lawyer!

I hired Shawn for a family law issue and he was a likable guy who turned out to be aggresive,knowledgable and dependable. The case got dismissed and he didnt charge me for all the miniscule things like some lawyers do.

When I initially contacted Mr. Crowley and explained my issue, Mr Crowley asked enough questions to make sure he understood my problem. He was very clear about potential solutions and suggested what he considered the best one was. He immediately put me at ease by giving me all of the important information. He did not talk over me or waste my time with legal jargon. At every step of the way, he let me know what was going on either by email or phone, so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. I thought that I would be in court, but he ended up getting my case dismissed. Can't do any better than that. Would hire again and have referred friends with good results. A+

Well what can I say - Rachel came through for me in a big big way. I was 2300 miles away and she helped me get this mysterious 9 year warrant that I was unaware of, quashed in a relatively short period of time saving me the time and expense of traveling to Kirkland, WA to attend court based on a report issued by Bartell Drug concerning a gallon of water I had drank that I later repaid...Can't say enough good things about Rachael who did her due diligence to get this dismissed...many accolades Rachel Carol Loo!!!

The State spent thousands of man hours in three different cases over a three year period to try and put a medical marijuana patient behind bars. Mr. Mestel made the Feds dismiss their case at the day of jury trial at the door of the courthouse. But that was wise as he had just outright beat KIng And Pierce County with jury acqittals.. The State spent, by their own accounting, a quarter of a million trying to jail me and he cost a mere fraction against that state funded onslaught and I paid him, gladly and with a fraction of what he and his wife got for my wife in two personal injury suits. I am still in the medical marijuana industry and paying taxes and doing fine as Mark whooped Goliaths ass three times before they backed off and now respect me as legitimate business man who payes taxes and has rights!

Kelly contacted me about my case at the SCC in 2018, where I had been transferred to , after I had completing an eight year sentence for a crime that I did not commit. I went to trial for a breathalyzer refusal and won. This is a very tough thing to beat and Morgan got me through this case. The case was strung out over a year but Morgan remained committed and determined to see this through even though the chances of winning a refusal once it has gone to trial are slim. I am very greatful for the outcome of this case.

Josh is a very professional yet personal attorney. He cares enough to look over the whole case, to find and act on the inconsistencies in the discovery. When I found Michael, I had just been fired by my second attorney, in a very complicated, difficult, and high stakes divorce case.
