He is very knowledgeable about family law and knows the ins and outs of the court system in Yakima very well. He is to the point and usually can get things accomplished without heated difficulties with other attorneys. But, when that is not possible, he is able to present clear, concise arguments resulting in success in court. He is also very straightforward with his billing-There are no misunderstandings. Mr. Sessler was recommended by another lawyer that I consulted with. And he proved to be effective! My case was a complicated one (insurance and others involved) and he handled it neatly, minimizing my fines and fees. I had a dui case in 2012. My parents had a lawyer that pretty much handled all their issues. Cashton was a friend of my parents lawyers. The first time I met him, I knew I could trust him. I met with previous lawyers before but none of them made me feel comfortable, handing my money over to them to handle my case. He was great, honest, caring and did what it took to help me out. Filing bankruptcy can be a stressful and humiliating time. My husband and I never dreamed we would ever even have to contemplate such a thing, but there we were, facing the harsh reality of a chapter 7. You see, my husband and I have always worked multiple jobs, prided ourselves on being hard workers! I'm an RN and he's an Aircraft Mechanic. But due to circumstances out of our control we found ourselves at David Smiths Law Office, to discuss bankruptcy. Talk about feeling at an all time low. David Smith was amazing! He and his staff walked us through our options. They were kind, non judgmental, knowledgeable, professional, and when he held my hand and told me it was all going to be ok, well I went home, and I just cried. let me start by saying if you go cheap you will get what you paid for and that's what happen to me before I hired Nick Marchi. I hired a lawyer by the name Frederick Arcala from Zerwin & Arcala law and because of him my family an I had to go thru some hard times because of immigration. Arcala did not know anything about immigration law like Nick did. I hired Nick in 2013 because of my conviction and Immigration has ordered me to be deported (because of Arcala not knowing the immigration law). Nick was able to keep me in the US while my case was being reviewed. It was a tough 6 years I have to go thru, all my appeals was denied and dismiss. ICE wanted me out but Nick work to get my status back to normal and Now February 2019 we got the best news that we been waiting for BIA has finally accepted my appeal and I got my green card status back and this is because of Nick hard work. All I have to say is Thank you to Nick and his office for putting all the effort on getting my status back and have the chance to be a US citizen soon!.

Tom and his team helped me tremendously. I was arrested for two serious felonies. Each charge carried a 10 - 15 year sentence. He was able to get one charge completely dropped and the other dropped down to a misdemeanor with no jail time for my sentence. Three years later his team had my charge vacated from my record. Will and his colleagues are outstanding. My mother was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon after being forced to defend herself from an attacker in her home. Will, Steve and their team could not have been more thorough in the time and attention spent on her case. During the actual trial, Steve and Will performed excellently. They had the prosecutor on her heels the entire time. All charges have since been dismissed without prejudice and my mother is home free instead of serving the long prison sentence she was facing. Michael listen to me, i am an 80 yr old lady and he assisted to finally get the HOA and property company to pay for damages to my condo. It has been over 1 yr and I cannot describe the deliberate hassle, causing health and financial consequences due to stress. Prior to finding Michael, I hired a law firm prior (3 visits - retainer of $2000.00 and bill of $1500.00 and all they did was charge me $80.00-120.00, almost every 3 days for “strategizing”. Michael spent maybe 30 minutes, such a reasonable fee, and successfully solved what should have never happened by the HOA and Property Management company in the first place. I read their web site and thought these guy think outside the box. Never can I thank Michael enough. No one seems to care or listen to old people theses days.

I highly recommend Steve. He fought hard to make sure that I was treated fairly and gave me the opportunity to get my infraction reduced. He is very knowledgable and gives a very good cross-examination. Sometimes it is tough in traffic court to make people believe your side of the story when an officer is telling a different story but he knew how to ask the right questions and was able to get the truth out.

The first time I used him was for a criminal offense in the 2000's that is now perfectly legal statewide (we all know what I'm talking about). Peter was honest and clear with me about fighting this. He tolld me it was a coin flip. I was willing to flip. Long story short, after I turned down 5 plea bargains, all no time but had to take a felony, the prosecuting attorney decided to ad an enhancement (that's called malicious prosecution and is illegal). Mr. Connick is a phenomenal, intimidating and well prepared trial attorney. I claim prosecutors fear facing him. I had two members of the front court come up to me to tell me it was one of the most fascinating cases they have ever heard. They hear cases every day. That to me is the ultimate compliment to Mr. Peter Connick. The second time was a family issue that Peter won for me. All my siblings and their attorneys lost. To this day none of them can believe it. Probably because I paid AT LEAST half on fees that they did. If your willing to fight, Peter is your man.

Big Pete defended me in a very ugly domestic violence case.The day of trial he had it all taken care of and credit for time served and a fine. I thought screw it lets go to trial.And Again pete Had A Great Deal but my big mouth got me found guilty at trial.Had i done what i was told by my Mr Connick i would of walked so the trust thing this is a guy you can trust 100% and compared to any attorney in this state pete would be the choice and do what he tells you even if you dont agree with it

Pete is truly the best. He saved me 25 years of my life at 24 years old. He then again represented me in the the small town of Ellensburg Washington on bogus Assault charges. He is an animal in trial. I have recommended him to many people and he has always won their cases. I trust him with my life as he has saved my *** many times. He is fair and affordable and I always asked him why he didn't charge thousands of dollars to clients, he said that if he did...a lot of people wouldn't get the help they need, including me. Neil is amazing! Prior to hiring Neil, I had worked with 2 other attorneys for a total of 6 months & my experience was that the (other guys) had actually caused my legal experience to be prolonged by not being prepared, not being able to be reached quickly enough & not providing legal advice that would squash problems immediately (which led to them making a ton of $ off of my ignorance & I had to use all the equity in my home to pay them). When I called Neil, I asked him to be my “bodyguard,” & wow, he followed through! There were times I asked him to provide responses to CPS that were so aggressive, that I thought for sure he would say no; not the case-he delivered statements that sent CPS back to hell. Being nice is not the way to go in these types of cases. Hardball, minimal/vague statements & protecting your rights is the only way to escape unscathed. On one particular day, government workers showed up at my door while I was not home; I emailed Neil & asked him to meet me there & he dropped everything to make it to my house within 15 minutes for me to cooperate with the workers, without my rights being violated through a private interview that could be used against me without an attorney present to be expert witness to my statements & to jump in quickly on concerning subject matter. He was always prepared & available at all times of the day/weekends due to the emergency nature of the attack I was under. His quick, calculated responses to these sick/twisted government workers/criminals is what saved me & my family’s lives. We are forever grateful to Neil.

Heather was considerate,helpful, knowable, concise and got the job done. She was familiar with both the Prosecutor and the Judge, which was imperative in her recommendation for my plea. I would hire Heather again without hesitation!

Allen was the lawyer for my mother's case, however he was really being a lawyer for our entire family. He communicated excellently with each family member by addressing every concern as well as providing vast insight. He was genuinely humble and kind with the utmost professionalism throughout our long case. I was impressed how much he went above and beyond and even followed-up with us after we thanked him for his counsel. Allen Bentley did a superb job of respresenting me and ulitmately prevailing in a federal criminal case that involved the imposition of an illegal sentence. We were up against bureaucratic US Attorneys who claimed they had a right to impose a $30 million restitution judgement against me simply because of a procedural error despite their knowledge that the sentencing judge intended the amount to be $50,000. Al did extensive research and provided superb arguments as to why the case should be put before the judge for resentencing. He ultimately got the government to stipulate to the resentencing and persuaded the judge to sentence me to the amount that he originally intended to impose ($50,000).
