I was referred to Mr. Lee through a lawyer referral service. After describing my case to him over the phone, which I took to be my initial (free) half hour consultation, he invited me to meet with him at his office to discuss my legal situation in more detail. I did so and went into depth with him about a civil action the State was taking against me along with related potential criminal charges from the County Prosecutor. Mr. Lee spent over two and a half hours studying my documents, asking case related questions of me while answering my own for him. He provided me with good legal advice and helpful information while demonstrating genuine interest in my personal outlook as well as the health and wellbeing of my family members, given our unusually demanding living situation. To my amazement, Mr. Lee charged me nothing for his time but simply stated that he’d take my case if I should eventually face charges.
In short, Mr. Lee impressed me as being a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who truly cares about his clients.

By far the best attorney I have had the pleasure of working with. I had an unemployment matter with a very large corporation. He was very helpful and informative. Carlos saved my husbands life, and our family. Two years ago my husband was arrested, and facing very serious charges. If convicted he was facing 40 years in prison. I knew picking the right attorney would be the most important decision I ever made. Before finding him, we where totally clueless on what to do, and how to handle this extremely stressful situation. The day Carlos told me he would take this case all my anxiety lifted. Although he is extremely intelligent he spoke to me in away he knew I would understand. He believed in us and our story from the start, and did everything he could to calm my nerves and to ensure me he will do the very best, and work as hard as he can to save my husband. After the first meeting he had with my husband, he had him moved out of lockdown he was in for 23 hours a day to regular population, and in a much more comfortable location in the Jail. The months and days leading up to trial he was always there to answer any question I had, any time of day or night. I saw a total change in my husbands confident level. Any problem that popped up, he made me feel like it was our problem, together, not just mine. He did an amazing job at trial, it was a very stressful two week trial, and Carlos and his wife are an amazing team. His wife even helped me ensure one of our star witnesses made it to court on time to testify after he ended up in the hospital. The trial ended with a hung Jury, witch is amazing considering everything we had against us. Carlos was ready to do it all over again. Only he negotiated an amazing deal with the prosecutor, a deal that was to good to pass up. My husband will be out in less than 2 years, and he was facing 40 years. We couldn’t be happier, and Carlos and his wife have become more than just our lawyer, they have become our dear friends. He really went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Mr Nur helped me with speeding ticket. Overall process was very smooth. I just had to submit photo of the ticket and they did everything else. They attended the hearing. I didn’t have to attend at all. Neither did i have to subpoena the officer.

I highly recommend you call and schedule an appointment. He listens and fights for you. I went to one appearance and he represented me through my whole case and he got it dismissed. He was very honest and upfront, and he didn’t waste my time. The only down side I would say is that his team doesn’t give updates or call back in a timely manner when you call the office. I do have to add that my case was being handled around the holidays and so I understood why he was working around the clock covering for his assistants so they would get vacation time. What worked for me was when I emailed Nader he worked hard to get back to me and he would call me and leave me detailed messages regarding my case and that made things easier. If you want someone who will fight for you and stand next to you every step of the way this is the person. He is worth every penny and if he is representing you then you don’t have to worry. At first one is worried if they hired the right lawyer, but rest assured if you hire Nader, he is the right lawyer.

I was referred to Mr. Frost by my family law attorney. My criminal case and family law case were intertwined and it was important they work together. Mr Frost was very straightforward from the get go. He explained all options and their implications. He was also very willing to listen to my concerns and my feelings and had a way of gathering the information needed. My case went to trial, and Mr. Frost worked quickly and aggressively. Joshua is a professional lawyer, he took my case and resolve it with confidence. I had DUI and DWI charges plus reckless driving and child endergement. Hi my name is Steve and I made a serious mistake and chose to drink and drive.
I first met Dallas, I was in terrible emotion shape but Dallas was so professional and actually cared about my well being that I was completely blown away.
He made me feel like I was NOT a loser and that I was in good hands and that he could help me fix the mistake I had made.
Yes I was reluctant to believe but. Dallas saved my Drivers License.
I can not even begin so say what an impact this did for me!
I was able to keep my Job and continue to drive.
Dallas saved me on the State part of a Dui and then he introduced me to one of the finest ladies I have ever met for the civil part of the incident .
This lady's name is Jennifer Fassbender. Jennifer also treated me with complete professionalism and respect. Her approach made me feel like she truly cared. I did commit a very serious violation to the great people of Spokane and the State of Washington but she helped me get through this tragedy with hope and a better understanding of what I had done.
The court system made me jump through a lot of hoops that are law I.E. The blower thing in the car and stuff like but she professionally protected me.
Next because of this Dui stuff my wife said she wanted a divorce. I do not agree with my wife's decision but Jennifer suggested Julia Pelk she was equally awesome.
Julia and her associate were so again professional and I did not even have to appear in court. Thay handled everything.

When I recieved my DUI charge the first person I contacted was Dallas Cooney and because of the severity of my charge (2nd strike) Dallas took the case personally. Boy was it worth it to have Dallas and his team on the case. I was facing certain jail time and years of restrictions if not a complete loss of driving priviledges. It was very serious but Dallas managed to take what looked like an open and shut DUI case for the prosecution and have my ticket reduced to a Reckless Driving Charge with substantially less consequences as my DUI charge would have been. Needless to say the entire experience has "scared me straight" and I would never drink and drive again if drink at all! Dallas was always straight with me and kept the worst possible scenerio at the forefront of my mind and when I recieved a letter from the Department of Licensing that all charges had been dropped against me I just couldn't believe my good fortune. Now was the next test of the criminal charges. Somehow Dallas was able to come to an understanding with the prosecutor and my charge was reduced to a reckless driving ticket which itself had some pretty stiff penalties but nothing compared to the original charge. It felt like a miracle. In fact it was. Dallas was great to work with and very personable. Though he kept me abreast of the severity of the charges and possible consequences he always seemed to inspire confidence regardless of the outcome. I just felt the entire time that I had the best possible person in my court. The fact is, even if the outcome was not as favorable as it ended up being for me, I couldn't think of another attourney I would have represent me. Just an amazing experience all the way around and the result being a reduced charge and a changed man all at the same time. Thank you Dallas.

I'm a Canadian who was traveling in the USA. I was stopped by a trooper on the HWY for apparently speeding. The Trooper, completely degraded me, accused me of dealing illegal drugs, and questioned my ability to afford the vehicle I was driving. Yes again, I was stopped for speeding? After being verbally interogated for 30 mins he arrested me and printed out 3 citations; Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment and an infraction. At this Point I was nervous and felt quite intimidated. When I got home I searched for lawyers and talked to many on the phone who couldnt give me any conclusion except pleading guiltly to 1 criminal charge and paying the infraction. I then got intouch with Henry. He spend the better part of 1 hour on the phone with me and took on the case with confidence. After the first hearing, Henry was able to negotiate a dismissal of both criminal charges and I had to pay a $550 infraction. I was really quite pleased with his work and how efficient he was. I would refer Henry to anyone who needs the help of a lawyer who is professional, honest and most importantly knows how to get the job done!

I had a very bad spring back in 2012. I rolled my wife's car during a bit of nasty weather. I was confronted by some, not so nice police officers, and ended up getting in a scuffle. Things went quickly from bad to worse and I was quickly arrested. I discovered Henry's services through the bail business I utilized to get me sprung from jail. It was a fortuitous discovery! While I didn't walk away from the charges or found innocent, I did get a plea bargain from the DA, thanks very much to Henry! He stated more than once that he would go to bat for me and fight the charges, which was very much appreciated. At the same time he informed me of the risks. I really didn't want a felony charge to stick, I had been a professional businessman prior to this incident and wanted to continue to be so. A felony would've destroyed my future! I took the plea bargain, did my time (21 days or so) and moved on. Henry's help was money spent well! He is a genuine person that actually cares about his clients! If you are looking for someone to represent you that has amazing credentials and the care and concern that you deserve as a human being, then Henry is your guy! Trust me! He is your guy!!!!

I was introduced Henry because I had no idea whom to hire when I was in charged for DUI, very scared and nervous. Henry listened to me very carefully and gave me the power that we could definitely solve the problem. He is very ambitious, not overwhelming, and organizing; most of all he really knows what he is doing. Not only as a client and the lawyer, he loved to listen to me whatever that is, even my personal stories and feeling so he could put himself in my shoes.. He was also very patient when I had so many questions even when I called his personal cell phone, and he got back to me right away with happy voice when he missed my calls. The one thing that I really appreciate him is that he did not have to go to court with me after the case was actually closed, he showed up and put me on the list earlier so I didnt have to wait for an hour.. Even thought the case was over, he still was willing to take care of the case with no extra pay. I thought it was very nice of him that he just doesn't let me alone dealing with the case afterward.. Not only he has such a great personality, he is also very responsible and knowledgeable. Of course I was not the only client of him, but Henry always remember what is going on with my case, even all the details, he would love to answer all my questions. My family and I were involved in an auto accident back in 2016 (not at fault). Never having been involved in an accident, I was pretty shaken up and not really sure what to do or expect. First, let me start by saying that I was not referred to Mr. Donnan but instead found him online as a random attorney who handles criminal cases and appeals. I have not had positive experiences regarding legal issues in the past, so my expectations were low at best, and my distrust of anyone being able to gain positive outcomes on my behalf was high. Additionally, the law may be free of passion but my own case motions were loaded with emotional baggage that I did not wish to revisit if there was no guarantee of success. Especially, since I was revisiting previously settled and closed legal issues.
A single meeting with Mr. Donnan persuaded me to take that chance though. He is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about his area of law. Couple that with his familiarity of the opposing attorneys and sitting judges that he interacts with, Mr. Donnan exudes a natural confidence that makes an extremely stressful process tolerable. Andrea represented me in case where I was accused of assaulting two minors. The case went to trial and I was acquitted of all charges. It was a stressful experience, and I was happy to have Andrea on my side.
Her preparation was thorough. She left no stone uncovered during her investigation pretrial. She did a great job during trial too. I thought her questioning of the witnesses was perfect, and I was very impressed with her approach to questioning the two children who testified in the case.
I also appreciated that she was very available for communication with me throughout the whole process.

If you want a good loyal honest attorney Nigel Malden is the man for you. My husband and I had a case that we needed an attorney fast. I did not know where to turn so I went to the telephone book.. I called Attorney Nigel Malden's office. His Legal assistant is a very kind, warm and friendly lady. I explained what our case was about his legal assistant informed me to send the documents that I had regarding myself and husband's case, and she would discuss it with Attorney Malden. After submitting the documents requested it was within two days we got a response from Mr. Malden's office to inform us that he would represent us. We had a meeting at his office and the very first time that my husband and myself met Mr. Malden and his legal assistant. Jenn Kaplan was by far the best attorney I've ever had. I've been represented by a few lawyers over the years and she is the only one that treated me like we were working together and she is amazing at her job. She spent days going through my discovery and looking through legal precedents to prepare for a pre-trial suppression motion that resulted in my charges being dismissed due to 4th Amendment violations. I offered her extra money after the case was dismissed because I was so happy with the results, and not only did she refuse to take it, but she drove half an hour out of her way so I didn't have to wait for the bus in the rain, and explained to me how she was able to use the illegal search to get the evidence suppressed and that the prosecution knew if they lost the motion they would also lose her motion to dismiss. She also does a lot of pro bono work for animal rights and holds seminars for people to familiarize them with the law and how to deal with police officers. She has a 3 part video on YouTube that anybody who wants to know what their basic rights are and how to avoid being tricked by the police into saying something you might later regret. I would recommend her to anybody no matter what the charge. She works hard, keeps you in the loop, and even though she's a brilliant attorney, she explains things in a way that makes you feel like she could be talking to one of her colleagues. I got her number from a friend who's been in trouble with the law a few times, and he said she was the only lawyer who actually made regular visits to visit him in jail to keep him in the loop about his case.
