When I was caught driving on a suspended license Micheal save me from having to go to court and made a deal to removed the suspension on the condition that I wouldn't receive another suspension. A year later I ended up with a second DWLS in a different county. I contacted him again and Micheal went out of his way to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the first case to remove the violation without additional fee. He was fair on his cost of service and answered questions for me whenever I had them. If you’re in the Moses Lake/ Grant County area hiring Micheal Earl is a no-brainer.

Couldn't be happier! 31MPH over ticket from a close relative completely dismissed. $199 flat fee and no points on the record. Also no need to attend court, so no time / money lost from that! Sit back, relax and let him do his job. You pay nothing unless he at least reduces the ticket to a non points offense. Keeping points off your record is the most important part for saving money long term, because it keeps your insurance rates lower. There's literally nothing to lose and plenty to gain, so hire him immediately if you get a ticket.

I could not have been happier I hired Mr. Webber for an assault charge in the in the County of Wenatchee Washington. I hired Paul after I received a reckless driving ticket for driving excessively fast (over 60mph) in a 30mph zone on a motorcycle. I was never clocked at any speed, the officer only used his judgment from what he saw through his rearview mirror as I rode past him. Paul was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and compromised on a judgment of 2nd degree negligent driving and a $550 fine. The judge had even mentioned that usually the compromise consist of taking a driving class on top of the reduced charge but Paul was able to negotiate the terms without me having to do it. I was very pleased with this outcome as I could have faced jail time, higher fines and mandatory license suspension. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking representation where you know an attorney will work for the best possible outcome in your favor.

I was in an accident where conditions of the road were primarily to blame. No one was hurt in the collision and a state trooper eventually showed up and gave me a citation stating that the vehicle was driven too fast for conditions. After I hired Paul he took care of getting all the necessary information from the police report, which he advised me was easily dismissed as the citation did not have any evidence whatsoever. Paul's advice was to contest the hearing and the citation ended up being dismissed. I was impressed with the reasoning and advice he provided through a couple of phone calls and was I'm glad I could rely on his experience and knowledge.

This guy deserves so much more than just 5 stars.
I meat Matt through a mutual friend because of a 17 year old bench warrant came calling. I also work in the legal field and it was messing with my job, my daughter was getting married in the same state as this warrant and i couldnt do the 10 days of jail. This was a Failure to Comply Bench Warrant 10 Days Jail-No Bond for a DWLS 3rd Degree. Needless to say the prosecutor was not making any deals. Matt prepared a Motion and set the hearing. I of course was a nervious wreck. However, the judge found in favor for defense because Matt did his homework. He was respectful, professional and was not afraid to argue the case out against the State. HE'S AWESOME and i cant thank him enough for what he has done for me. The outcome for me was a recalled bench warrant and my 40 hrs of community service reinstated. If you want someone that will fight for you and go the extra mile for you, this guy is it. He definately WONT let you down. THANK YOU AGAIN MATT :)
Oh and i forgot to say, my hearing was during his vacation; he came back to town for my hearing then went back out and finished his vacation with his family. I couldnt believe it. I am an 80 year old woman who tripped and fell on some raised concrete in front of the house I'm renting. Injuries included a broken right hand finger. The rental lease I signed has a clause in it that states I am responsible/liable for any damage in and on the property or personal injury. Mr. Kirk handled my case with knowledge and care. I was arrested for DUI in Kirkland, and it was my 2nd DUI arrest in less than 7 years. The seriousness of a second offense is greatly increased over a 1st offense, the mandatory penalties, the monetary fines, mandatory jail time (Minimum 30 days). I am a professional, a father of 3 young children, small business owner with employees who also depend on me. Very unnerving to consider how spending 30 days in jail would affect me and those that depend on me, not to mention the very significant monetary costs, driving restrictions, home monitoring, etc.
I did a lot of research, and interviewed 3 attorneys to represent me in this DUI case. All 3 were very highly rated, with very positive reviews. I was impressed by all of them. I chose Bill Kirk to represent me based on his analysis of the circumstances of my case, the aggressive strategies he proposed to attack the case against me, his great familiarity with the Kirkland Municipal Court system and it's prosecutors and judges, and just the overall impression I got from meeting with him. He was clearly very intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and competent, as well as being warm and empathetic. He was very easy to talk to, took the time to explain all my options, outlined all the steps that I needed to take. He was not the least expensive of the 3 attorneys I interviewed, but he inspired the most confidence, and ultimately I decided that Bill Kirk was the attorney that I most wanted on MY side in the courtroom.
Bill did a wonderful job representing me in the courtroom. He analyzed every detail of evidence, he was exceptionally well prepared for each pretrial hearing, he presented logical and organized arguments against all vulnerabilities in the prosecutors case against me. He was clearly well liked and well respected by all present in the courtroom.
Ultimately Bill Kirk was able to get my case dismissed before going to trial. What a GREAT relief that has been for me!
Bill and his staff always acted with great professionalism, and also with great sensitivity to how embarrassing and scary this situation is for his clients. I think it would be VERY hard to find any attorney anywhere who would be able to provide a better or more capable defense against a DUI charge. I give my very highest recommendation to William Kirk. Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.

I had a terrible issue with a neighbor who requested a protection order against me. It was one of the most stressful events I had experienced. I didn’t know how to defend against the false accusations in such a short amount of time. It feels like you are tried and convicted when you have to defend against this type of thing. After calling several lawyers, Ms. Rodriguez came highly recommended by another lawyer who saw her in court fighting my type of case successfully. In December of 2014 I unfortunately got pulled over under the assumption of a DUI. I heard from a friend about the padula associates and went forward with my decision and hiring. Lauren took on my case due to having a greater understanding of the breathalyzer test that the police station used.
Long story short; she warned me my case was very, very tricky and it'll need some work. After many months of court dates, phone calls and reaching out to someone who can come on board to help with my case, it was dropped to a reckless driving!
She is very adiment and tries her hardest! She gives 100%, easy to contact and kept me in the loop. I never was hesitant on asking her questions, she keeps it real and is very easy to get along with. Being charged with child abuse by prosecutors and then getting "Founded" of child abuse by CPS left me devastated to say the least. I had already hired a criminal defense attorney to address the assault charge I was being charged with. It was not until I had gotten a letter in the mail from CPS saying that they "founded" me of child abuse that I then called my criminal defense attorney. My attorney then explained to me that they were two completely separate matters which would require two separate attorneys. My criminal defense attorney on this matter then referred me to Denise. Here is why I recommend Denise as an attorney. In my case I hired Denise to appeal the CPS matter. My first time talking to Denise on the phone I was full of emotional trauma and had a lot to say about what had happened. She listened to everything that I had to say about what happened with this matter but also how toxic the relationship between me and my mom biological daughter had become over the last year. Denise did not pass any judgement against me nor did she profile me as what I was being charged with. When we spoke about the facts of what had happened and that there was no intent and I was just playing with my non biological daughter which lead to an accident we then used everything we could to prove that what had happened was "truly" non intentional. Denise typed out a very professional, truthful and sincere declaration on my behalf and submitted mailed it into CPS for what we hoped would be over turned. As the months went by my criminal defense attorney had gotten a he assault charged dismissed and not too much longer after Denise had gotten the CPS matter over turned. Denise is not just someone who will go up to bat for you but she also will listen to you have to say even if it does not benefit your case. Which at the time when I found Denise is what I needed. I needed a professional such as her to listen to me and hear and understand how much suffering I was truly going through and that it was an honest mistake. Thanks to Denise getting my case with CPS over turned I will be able to do things such as volunteer at schooling events or girls scout events with my biological daughter in the future. Miss Gagner is a 5 star attorney and I have the up most gratitude for her. If you are being charged with something and you are innocent or even if you are guilty. I ran the gamut of attorneys before finding Natalie and honestly I was getting quite discouraged. Mr. Maybrown is very selective in the number of cases his firm brings on. Thankfully, Mr. Maybrown represented me for a very serious false accusation. Ultimately, he successfully brought the truth out and got the case dismissed. I can see why the firm is selective in the cases they bring in, because his attention to my case was always paramount, he was extremely responsive to every question and concern, and frankly, treated me like a family member and not someone who was just writing the checks. On Thursday December 11, 2008, I received a criminal complaint against me. According to the court papers, the charge was a criminal offense; the alleged violation was an assault. I was shocked and strongly believed that there must be an error due to the fact I did not recall “knowingly” committing an offense against any being, let alone a human being. Initially, I did not know what to do. The second day I called a friend who is a attorney, his practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on general commercial litigation, i.e. he was not a criminal defense attorney. After reading the court complaint letter, my friend’s reaction was similar to mine. He said this is very bizarre; situation and proceeded to call the City prosecutor to find out what the complaint was really about. He did his best with no success. With a court date set for December 23rd that I was not able to attend, my friend was kind enough to represent me and request discovery materials, so hopefully we could understand what was going on.
Knowing the complaint was absolutely false; I took it very seriously and started the search for a knowledgeable top-notch criminal defense attorney. I received Todd’s name as a recommendation and contacted him. He quickly returned my phone call. We sat together the second day after my call and Todd began efforts on my behalf. The day I met Todd, he told me, the accuser may bring two more individuals to the hearing and clearly explained what we were going to do. I told Todd I was looking for an excellent attorney. I was upset and disappointed at the possibility I may be found guilty of something I did not do. I was in great distress at having the burden on me to prove my innocence.
What appeared to be a minor case in my opinion, I understood, could have major consequences on my life if the matter was not properly handled. My accuser managed to find two “professional” witnesses, i.e. two liars like him, to support his absolute false claim. Todd, through professionalism, excellent investigation and due diligence in gathering information perfected the case for a win on my behalf during cross examination. Needless to say, I was highly impressed with Todd’s performance. He did a great job. The judge was disgusted with the prosecutor’s office because of the way Todd demonstrated excellence in presenting the matters.
Todd took time to understand every aspect of my case and used his knowledge and experience to my advantage. Todd is an attorney with integrity that can be trusted and relied on. He is an attorney who is thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Todd is a staunch advocate for his client.

In February of 2013, my son was charged with murder and assault in Whatcom County Superior Court. We found Dave Nelson on line and became interested in him because had a great reputation with many years of criminal defense expertise. We called him and he responded right away. My son had self-defense and legal justification as his defense to both charges, but the prosecution insisted otherwise.
