Ms Mortensen can be relied upon to fully engage in your case. In the particular case I was involve in she read hundreds of pages of documents to come up to speed on all the issues over a single weekend. There were safety issues in the case that were clearly her priority at all times. Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story
resulting in a quick and unanimous not guilty jury verdict. I'd highly recommend Ross he was well prepared, knew the law and expertly navigated the legal system which I found to be biased against gun owners.

Robert Van Dorn was referred to me after I found myself in a very scary situation and had to find a lawyer to defend me. From the first meeting he was very kind and understanding, not at all "cold" or unfeeling like I had pictured lawyers to be. Mr. Van Dorn was my lawyer for a parenting plan modification and child support order between me and my ex husband. I was unsure what to expect when I had my first consultation with Mr. Van Dorn, and was immediatly put at ease with his confidence and openness about the whole process. From the beginning to the end of my case he never made me feel like any of my questions were stupid, and was very prompt in responding to my e-mails. I had a great experience working with David recently, he was very quick to respond to both my initial request for representation and to the later emails at all stages of the case. Mr. Sciranko assisted me with a protection order case when the respondent hired an attorney. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and was transparent about possible outcomes of my case. The judge ruled in my favor. Mr. Sciranko did not charge me frivolously, but instead made sure to perform only the work necessary to complete my case, and I ended up receiving a partial refund on my retainer. I would hire Mr. Sciranko again for any future family law matters, and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He is knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients.

Robert was there every single step of the way always ensuring that he was present, available, and reliable. His responses were timely but better yet, he made sure that I remained focused on the facts and fighting for the best structure/outcome for my child. In family court, it can be extremely exhausting and draining in all aspects— emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, and it is so easy as a parent to get caught up in the emotions, but Robert was there and knew exactly what needed to happen, what was going to happen, and even what needed to be said/drafted as part of our court order/case. He helped mitigate a lot of issues that my child’s father and I had while going through the process - and is extremely trustworthy and will make sure your ask is communicated clearly. I would highly recommend Laura Dorey to anyone needing assistance with their SSD Claim. Laura was very helpful getting me ready to go before the Judge. When the Judge was finished asking me questions Laura asked me some more questions that she felt the Judge should hear to help my Claim and I feel those were the questions that made the Judges decision. I do not feel I would have had the same outcome if it hadn't been for her expert advice and support.
Laura has continued to follow up with me after the Claim was approved to make sure everything was going smooth for me.

When I became disabled, and filed my paper work, I was denied. At that point I noticed Russell and Hill online and figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a call and get their opinion. They felt they could help me reverse the initial decision through appeal. I was denied a second time. They encouraged me to appeal again, which meant a hearing in front of a judge. They were with me all the way in preparation, filing the proper paperwork, and were with me during the hearing. It was wonderful to have Laura Dorey with me as my counsel, who is very knowledgeable and capable. I didn't know what I was doing, and really needed their help through the whole process. Finally there was a judgement in my favor, and my life has changed with their help. I don't feel I could have done this without them. I truly was about to give up.

Mark is a conscientious lawyer that listens to his clients perspective and follows up on the details laid out by his client. This is uncommon for a public defender. Mark remembers his clients after serving them. He fights for justice and is not afraid to tackle a challenging case by following the law. He is hands down one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with, and trust that I have experience in this department. I pushed for him to file a 3 6 hearing to challenge the police statement and he did. at the last minute, I took a deal but that was not what Mark suggested. He believed we had a fighting chance, I was just tired of fighting and living in addiction on the streets. A few years later, I had been arrested again and he saw me on a roster. He came to visit me and share some words of encouragement. We are still connected today. And, I am 10 years clean and thriving. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. Jennifer is a rare kind of lawyer, because she actually cares about what happens to her clients, while still remaining professional.
In my experience in this unjust system, lawyers generally don't want to hear your side of the story or even the truth. They don't empathize with your situation, and don't give you any idea of what is going on in layman's terms.
I unfortunately had the experience of being falsely charged by a very abusive ex who used the system to get back at me for finally standing up for myself and leaving him.
Jennifer not only encouraged me and gave me her support, she also was very knowledgable and gave me all my options and possible foreseen outcomes.
Like I said, a rare gem in a field of coal.
My case was dismissed after only a few weeks of working with her.
After almost a year of being tossed around and ignored by my public defenders before hiring her.
I never thought I could afford the luxury of a private attorney, but her prices are very reasonable and she will fight for you like you're her own family.
If I ever need a lawyer again, (I'm hoping not) I would not hesitate to hire her and have complete faith in her abilities.

I was new to this area and was in need of an attorney for a divorce, I have only met a few people here and started to ask around and I was given Brad Feit's name twice by 2 different people. So I decided to go and have a visit and after sitting down with him for just a few minutes he was so down to earth and I felt so comfortable. I have had attorney's in the past and boy most of them do not have that personality so this was a breath of fresh air to say the least. I asked for help in a payment plan as I was new to area and was living on savings till a land a job and he was so accommodating that also made me feel so much better and relieved. He knew his job and explained each step of the way that was going to happen, he also kept in touch with me via email and phone and if I had any questions he got back to me with answers. I contacted Will after I had a legal dispute with my landlord. Working with Will was fantastic – he gave me well researched legal advice, was incredibly levelheaded, and I left feeling like he really knew what was best for me. Although I was skeptical I would leave negotiations with a good resolution, Will followed up frequently and I was surprised to leave with the terms I had wanted it while still maintaining a good relationship with my landlord. When I was blind sided with a BOGUS anti harassment restraining order out of the blue, I was unsure what to do or where to turn. I was referred to Walter Potebnya by an associate of his. What I liked most about consulting with and then hiring Mr. Potebnya was that he listened to me, was able to see me almost instantly, and heard me through my concerns for about 2 hours before ever discussing fees unlike most other attorneys who size out your wallet first. Mr. Webster was incredible! At first his quiet tone, modesty, and nice personality intimidated me as using him as an attorney but I have learned that this is what made him a professional! Everyone I spoke to thought highly of him! As his client he listened and lawered up like you'd see in a Hollywood movie! That is all I ever wanted in my trial. Mr. Webster was assigned to my case in 2015. He defended me against fraudulent changes which had no basis and for which I was the victim not the aggressor as alleged. He diligently upheld my innocence and eventually we prevailed with the changes ultimately being dismissed. would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great trial lawyer who is willing to stand strong for his client. Peter gets results. My ex wife did everything that she could in her power to conjure up lies in effort to send me to jail. I was frustrated but turned to Peter. We took our case in front of a jury, and he was able to contradict my ex- wife's testimony and extract the truth. The jury went to deliberations and with an hour they delivered a no guilty verdict. I was ecstatic and felt a major weight lifted off my shoulders. Unfortunately my legal problems didn't stop there. My ex-wife continued to use the legal system unethically attempt to send me away for along time. She falsely accused me of violating a no contact order by driving by her house. It was bought to my attention that there was a $25,000 warrant out for my arrest. Once again I turned to Peter. I was angry and agitated because of the incessant false allegations. Peter infused in me that he would thoroughly investigate and defend my innocence. One by one he began to uncover hidden truths about my innocence. He initially went to the prosecutor encouraging them to dismiss the case because there were just to many inconsistencies in my ex-wife's statements, and that I was an innocent man. The prosecutor was stubborn and refused to dismiss the case. Nonetheless, Peter remained steadfast and wouldn't give up. He continued to collect more information in effort to make it more apparent to their office that I was innocent. Finally after numerous of sit downs with the prosecutor analyzing all the evidence, they finally agreed with Peter and this dismissed the case.

I was referred to Bill from my Microsoft buddies back in the 90's because he supposedly defended Bill Gates II. I used him for a speeding ticket and negligent driving.
