Mr. Winfield is the professional lawyer to choose when your blind-sided and in need of extreme help, with good advice. I was looking everywhere for a lawyer to handle my case to evict a tenant. Luckily, I found Sep! I drove 2 hours to meet him to consult my case, and it was well worth my time. We won the eviction and was able to get my property back all in one piece. That’s not all, he went above and beyond to help me claim money back from the insurance to cover the costs and repairs. I was just looking at my peer reviews on Avvo and thought I have to do one for Sep. I'm an attorney and Sep is actually my attorney. He first contacted me to be an expert witness on a foreclosure matter and after many conversations with him I hired him to represent me on a case. So far, he's represented me on two matters, and while litigation is not pleasant for the participants (not sure if it's worse or better when you yourself are an attorney) it was always a relief knowing Sep was my attorney. When people hire me and leave my office saying they feel a weight lifted from their shoulders that is the highest compliment.
That is what I can say about Sep; that is exactly how I feel when I retain him. When he is handling your matter, your mind can be at peace as long as you do what he asks and trust him.

After having the misfortune of being involved in more than 3 unrelated lawsuits in the last 2 years, I retained Mr. Isherwood to handle my cases.
Mr. Isherwood is an outstanding multifaceted attorney with the ability to quickly understand complex cases already in progress and provide excellent clarity in communicating with his client.
This is not the first time I have had to retain an attorney, but it certainly is the first time I feel I retained an upstanding, highly skilled, responsive, and highly experienced attorney with excellent knowledge of relevant statutes and the ability to quickly respond and stand up to big-money law firms. Scott's ability really helped put my mind at ease.
I won the first 2 cases. As for the third case, it was initially mishandled by another lawyer who was ultimately removed from my case. I again contacted Mr. Isherwood to help understand and clean up the giant mess left behind by the former incompetent attorney as well as help avert a complete catastrophe in my life brought on by a crooked mortgage servicer.
In the courtroom I was amazed by Mr. Isherwood's lightning fast ability recall facts and quickly object to the opposing party. Also, in court he often recalled the facts about my case faster than I did and was able to use these facts to ultimately win my case against a larger lavishly-funded law firm.
They say "Litigation is not a poor-man's sport", fotunately Mr. Isherwood has continually demonstrated a knack for averting long, drawn out and potentially expensive litigation and getting straight to the point.
I have so far used Mr. Isherwood against a fraudulent "restraining order request" which he won, a fraudulent claim for defamation, in which I also prevailed, as well as litigation against a bad mortgage servicer for which he has continued to provide extremely valuable and helpful services that have helped avert multiple catastrophes instigated by much larger large firms and people with deep pockets.
Mr. Isherwood has also been invaluable for general legal advice.

We purchased a CPO Jaguar F-Pace that turned out to have been in a significant pre-sale accident that was never disclosed to us and that negatively impacted our ability to use the vehicle, resulting in expensive out-of-pocket costs for repairs. I live in a building that isn’t well cared for despite rental hikes and I wound up breaking my foot after slipping down some stairs. Honest, trustworthy, and hard-working Attorney. Understands the value of maintaining an open line of communication with the Client and charges a very reasonable flat-rate fee (i.e. no hidden charges). Answers questions promptly (i.e. same day response).
I hired Attorney Grzechnik to complete two (2) debt settlement(s). First debt settlement negotiation began September 2014 and was completed smoothly and expeditiously (less than 90 days start to finish). Second debt settlement negotiation began very recently and is still outstanding; however, I have complete confidence that Attorney Grzechnik will handle the second settlement with no problems whatsoever. Up to this point I can honestly say that I know I made the right choice when I hired Attorney Grzechnik. I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

Mr. Singer was an appointed lawyer for my son, a mentally ill prison inmate. He pulled out all stops to help my son get transferred to a prison closer to me and my wife so that we can visit him more. Mr. Singer is now a judge and he still returns my calls, though he is no longer able to represent our son. I pray for my son's early release so that he can receive better mental treatment than that available through the corrections system.

Mr SInger helped me resolve a battle I was having for many years with my neighbor. This was a real estate issue where my trees had grown and were encroaching on the neighbor's side and dropping stuff into their pool.
