I worked with Price Law Group through my Bankruptcy and From the moment I had my initial call in I was impressed with their customer service. They answered in a friendly manner and didn't sound angry or bothered with me like some other places I called. Unsure and having never been through a process like this they eased my concerns by first listening to my situation completely. I was frequently cut off and not allowed to explain the full scope of my situation when I spoke with other law firms. They first listened then they explained how they may be able to help me. They broke down the Bankruptcy process and how long it would take and how much it would cost. They even worked with me and allowed me to do a partial downpayment. The thing that impressed me most is the responsiveness when I have a question or concern. I would email Scott and have a response back literally within minutes addressing all my concerns in the email. Their prompt response time made me feel as if somebody was ALWAYS working for me and not as if I was a second thought. The bankruptcy process is quite daunting and can seem overwhelming, however with the attentiveness and constant communication from Price Law, the process was easy and pain free. I would recommend them to be your 1st call and only call.

I was looking everywhere for a lawyer to handle my case to evict a tenant. Luckily, I found Sep! I drove 2 hours to meet him to consult my case, and it was well worth my time. We won the eviction and was able to get my property back all in one piece. That’s not all, he went above and beyond to help me claim money back from the insurance to cover the costs and repairs. I was just looking at my peer reviews on Avvo and thought I have to do one for Sep. I'm an attorney and Sep is actually my attorney. He first contacted me to be an expert witness on a foreclosure matter and after many conversations with him I hired him to represent me on a case. So far, he's represented me on two matters, and while litigation is not pleasant for the participants (not sure if it's worse or better when you yourself are an attorney) it was always a relief knowing Sep was my attorney. When people hire me and leave my office saying they feel a weight lifted from their shoulders that is the highest compliment.
That is what I can say about Sep; that is exactly how I feel when I retain him. When he is handling your matter, your mind can be at peace as long as you do what he asks and trust him.

We purchased a CPO Jaguar F-Pace that turned out to have been in a significant pre-sale accident that was never disclosed to us and that negatively impacted our ability to use the vehicle, resulting in expensive out-of-pocket costs for repairs. I live in a building that isn’t well cared for despite rental hikes and I wound up breaking my foot after slipping down some stairs. Honest, trustworthy, and hard-working Attorney. Understands the value of maintaining an open line of communication with the Client and charges a very reasonable flat-rate fee (i.e. no hidden charges). Answers questions promptly (i.e. same day response).
I hired Attorney Grzechnik to complete two (2) debt settlement(s). First debt settlement negotiation began September 2014 and was completed smoothly and expeditiously (less than 90 days start to finish). Second debt settlement negotiation began very recently and is still outstanding; however, I have complete confidence that Attorney Grzechnik will handle the second settlement with no problems whatsoever. Up to this point I can honestly say that I know I made the right choice when I hired Attorney Grzechnik. I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

The are basura I just recommended this service the case a year ago and it’s still waiting. Mi friend said I’m waiting and waiting and the said the lost the paper work I don’t know and it looks like this one is like a scam so him pay in full so they can make more faster service but still I don’t don’t get any results. My collections case was difficult. The opposing party used all means at their disposal to make it impossible to collect. First by attempting to ignore me, then by moving money in accounts, and finally by making promises of settlement then violating their written promises.

I have had two cases for Phillip. The first was a business transaction gone bad and required extensive discovery, finding details and analysis of documents. Phillip never stopped looking for the last bit of strength. In the final days he was able to get a favorable settlement from a tough Chapter 11 case.
The 2nd was on behalf of my grandson. He had an opportunity to become a 1/3 partner in a business where he was the acting manager. My Grandson knew my business and knew II was required to use competent legal advise. He asked me to look at the deal proposed by his, then, employer. I referred it to Phillip and , on my grandsons request, guided my grandson on the special points of future protection required to make the deal good for all parties.

I have been a paralegal my entire life and embarrassed to say that I found myself in a horrible civil litigation matter. I purchased a home in December 2012 only to find leaks, mold, and dry rot the day I moved in. Even though I hired a home inspector and obtained pest and roof inspections, they all failed me and the seller lied and didn't disclose the massive mold and dry rot issues and standing water under the home. It was a nightmare and I had to move out of 1/3 of my home and seal it off due to hazardous contamination. The seller later filed bankruptcy. I first hired a Lodi attorney who essentially did nothing but bill us $10,000 in a 6 month period. I then went to Art Small in Stockton, who took my case on contingency. If it weren't for him trusting in me and our case, I would have been screwed and lost everything. The case was complicated because of the bankruptcy, but Art fought on my behalf in both BK and civil court and ultimately I received far more than I ever would have expected. I won't be rich but can now finally make all repairs and then some. Art went above and beyond and put up with my constant questioning. I now consider him a personal friend. He is hard working, honest, and fair...something hard to find these days especially in an attorney. I've worked with many, but Art is as good as they come. He really knows his stuff, especially in debt collection and litigation, and how to play the game. The Lodi attorney basically told me I had no case but took my money anyway. My name is Jacques Delacroix. I am a retired professor of Management. I live in Santa Cruz, California with my wife, Krishna Delacroix who is an artist. Recently, we went to John D. Laughton, A Professional Law Corporation in Monterey, California for help to deal with the complex and forbidding business of making end-of-life legal preparations. We dealt entirely with Brandie Luis Esq. ,and with the pleasant office staff person (whose name escapes me right now because, well, I am writing a will am I not?)
Ms. Luis deployed incomparable patience and perseverance in dealing with our passivity (and perhaps, with our unconscious resistance). She guided us skillfully through the meanders of legal dispositions we did not even suspected to exist. As a result of her quiet efforts, my wife and I now think that we have done all the right things with respect to our offspring and with respect to the world at large. We believe that thanks to Ms Luis, our passing will not trouble much the peace of those we leave behind. We even think we will leave behind us a slight wake of benevolence. Those are satisfying and probably rare feelings.
Ms Luis ' disposition is so conscientious and so kind that once, she ever made a house call to us! (I hasten to add that this may not be a service the firm offer routinely and to all is customers. We may well have received favored treatment, on his occasion though I am sure we did nothing to deserve it.)
Obviously neither I nor my wife have any previous experience with this kind of endeavor. However, we suspect we stand more on the side of clients from Hell than on the side of angelic clients. Ms. Luis never lost her cool with us and she continued to direct us with a firm but friendly hand until the task was completed. If loving lawyers were not a human impossibility, we would say we have come to love Ms Luis!We could not recommend her personally and the John D. Laughton firm more highly.
